Could ObamaCare´s ´affordability glitch´ leave your family without health care?

| The “Affordable Care Act” is turning out to be anything but. (Snip) Advocates for the poor are now suddenly concerned about a new oxymoron, the so-called “affordability glitch,” where your employer can no longer afford to cover you and your family, and you will be forced to go to the state exchanges for your health insurance only to discover that you can’t afford the rising premiums there and don’t qualify for a federal subsidy. The only “good news” about this glitch is that new IRS regulations may exempt you from paying the 2.5% tax for non-compliance,

Comments: ...You still won´t have health insurance.
Bill Hemmer and Dr. Seigel just discussed this on the morning Fox show. Well worth a read and passing on to your mailing list.

Impeach them all! They had the nerve to pass this without reading or understanding the implications of the bill. The American people snookered by the worthless piece of trash they call a president.

Here´s the fix.
Propose another outrageous bill named the "Even More Affordable Healthcare Act" which will waste a few trillion more dollars.
When the Republicans vote against it you say: "Our plan would have worked but the evil Republicans hate grandma and they killed the bill.
Ergo...not our fault.

Perhaps the smug dipwads in the legislature should have READ THE BILL before voting on it?
There ought to be a simple law ... any member of the House or Senate - or any President - who votes for or signs a bill without having read it first will be bound and gagged in duct tape and unceremoniously thrown into the Potomac River.
If the workload is too high to read a bill before the vote comes up, leave things as they are and vote ´No´.

Reading the bill would have done no good as the bill is filled with lies as are almost all bills passed by Congress, especially those proposed by democrat presidents.
This was the plan all along. Make health insurance unaffordable. Make us dependent on democrats. That way all the loser democrat politicians who could not earn 10% of what they earn as congressmen can continue to live lives of luxury and privilege. This was, is, and always will be the "plan".
democrats are the most corrupt assemblage of human beings ever to assemble on earth. Republicans are not much better but I´d rather be waist deep in pooh than neck deep in pooh. That´s why I vote Republican.

0bama lied when he said his "Affordable 0bamacare" was lowering healthcare costs. My premiums have tripled since it was voted into law. It is obvious that many companies will have to opt out of healthcare for their employees, as it is just too expensive, and their people will be put in 0bama´s "exchanges" and have no opportunity whatsoever, to stay with their own doctor. However, remember that 0bama and his family will have gold plated healthcare which will take care of them the rest of their lives, along with all these dimwits that voted for this horrid healthcare. They never need to fear "exchanges" or rationing, because congress and the president are exempt. Wake up America.

Obamacare was designed to be a mess in order to force the single payer system on us. That was the whole point of it. Obama got Kucinich to vote for the act by telling him it was a means of getting to single payer. The reasoning was that if you force an awful boondoggle on the people, they´ll demand that the government take over the health insurance business.

This is what happens with ´must cover´ and ´community rating´. Community rating used to be the death knell for any health care proposal. The only way to finance this boondoggle was a massive wealth transfer from younger, healthy workers to older, less healthy workers. Without the mechanism to force the transfer private insurance goes into the death spiral and we wind up with single payer.

These are trying times. Never in the history of this country have we been so weakened and polarized by what many view as deliberate government policy. Now anti-gunners in the U.S. Congress, the Obama administration, and legislatures across the country are seeking to exploit the Newtown tragedy to promote their “gun control” agenda that envisions federal, universal background checks on gun purchases, and that could lead to gun registration and confiscation. At the same time, the increasing militarization of law enforcement, most visibly demonstrated by the growing use of massive, SWAT-type raids on businesses and individuals, sometimes with federal

“Do you have a solve for this problem?” “Let’s all focus on the build.” “That’s the take-away from today’s seminar.” Or, to quote a song that was recently a No. 1 hit in Britain, “Would you let me see beneath your beautiful?” If you find these sentences annoying, you are not alone. President Obama´s biggest gaffe yesterday when speaking of California Attorney General Kamala Harris was not in flirtatiously complimenting her as "the best-looking attorney general," but in introducing an observation from the system of beauty into a forum that was about the system of power. What´s that, you say? Irin Carmon does a great job in Salon in laying out the bounds of propriety for when it´s appropriate to talk about a woman´s looks as a general matter. But I´ve long felt we lack a solid theoretical underpinning for easily discussing these issues, and why precisely it is that
