I think it is valuable to keep the Benghazi flop and disaster in public view. A sample of the lack of intelligence of the hag clintoon and various other morons. If she runs for prez, we need to nip that one at the start with her real resume.

Of course State could have asked Defense for a plane. Instead State negotiated for three hours to charter a private plane. The security people they sent were only 7 in number. Then when they landed they spent another almost three hours trying to get to the scene.

I never heard of anything so poorly managed and it was our supposedly best and brightest who were in charge.

It sure sounds like the response team from Tripoli was delayed at the airport just long enough to line up and attack after they arrived at the Annex.

When considering the response to Benghazi, we would do well to remember that Hillary! does not have the same mindset as a normal American about the U.S. military. Recall how they treated military attaches in the Clinton White House (to serve coffee and act as household servants). Hillary did not immediately think of calling in the U.S. military because, like her husband, she "loathes" military personnel. Add to that her control freak nature. So what we got was an egotistical, arrogant control freak who initiated a turf war between DoS and DoD.

Of course the military could have reacted promptly and the outcome would have been more favorable. But, in Hillary´s mind, the military would bungled the whole thing; she had to be in charge. More bad decision making on Hillary´s part. Her assistant for diplomatic security was a female, probably an anti-gun nut. When we L-dotters think of a security director, we think of former military special ops or similar person; these Clinton and Obama people do not.

There was an almost immediate intercept of a conversation of the attackers reporting on their success and indicating they planned to hit Tripoli...therefore, NO personnel should have been sent from there, but, as the General noted, military rescue units should have been sent to BOTH Benghazi and Tripoli!
