Counting the Ways the Media Lies
About the Economy

Big Journalism, by John Nolte

Original Article

Posted By:ketchuplover, 2/3/2013 4:26:36 AM

Pop quiz: What was the biggest news story this week? And I don´t mean, what was the biggest news story according to Obama´s media. Obviously, it was the economy taking a nosedive into negative territory last quarter, along with the fact that hardly enough jobs were created last month to keep up with population growth. Oh, and the unemployment rate increased. Of course the economy is the biggest story; it affects the most people and Obama´s doing it wrong. But not only is the media never-minding the economy, much of the media coverage related to economic bad news is forever

Comments:
Remember when it was considered uncouth to use the word, "lie"? In describing this administration and the media fawning of it, how can one avoid the term?

Big photo of the crook. With ad block you can right click on any photo of obama add to the blacklist.

Unemployment at 15% and above and the stock market with it´s 80% trading with itself with phony transactions and the trillions in debt.

The comments at Breitbart show the democrats have paid liars ready to pounce on the truth. These media people are paid off. Note that most of who you see on tv have been there over a decade if not decades. They were chosen because they were willing to be bought. They enjoy lying.

Sen. John McCain censured by Maricopa GOP
KPHO Phoenix, by Adam Longo    Original Article

Phoenix- The Maricopa County Republican Party has voted overwhelmingly to censure Arizona Sen. John McCain. Members of the group feel the senator has failed to stand behind the Republican Party´s principals and crossed the aisle and voted with Democrats too many times. The vote was 1,150 for the censure and 351 against. Here is the resolution as drafted by precinct committeeman Tim Schwartz: As leaders in the Republican Party, we are obligated to fully support our party, platform and its candidates. Only in times of great crisis or betrayal is it necessary to publicly censure our leaders. Today we are faced with both.

Did Al Franken really cast the
´60th vote´ for Obamacare?

So who did cast the critical 60th vote for the Affordable Care Act, a?k?a “Obamacare”? Facing a new election year, the GOP has an answer ready to go: U.S. Sen. Al Franken, the Minnesota Democrat whose 2008 recount victory over Republican Norm Coleman helped alter the balance of power in national politics. (snip) But in a body of 100 senators, Franken is hardly the only contender for the distinction. Not to mention that in the end, the essential finishing touches of the health care law passed the Senate — thanks to some tricky legislative maneuvering — with a mere 56 votes,

Washington — Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson is steaming mad about Obamacare, and he’s decided to sue the Obama administration on one of the only grounds he can — its treatment of members of Congress and their staffers. The Oshkosh Republican is a plaintiff in a lawsuit to be filed Monday accusing the administration of giving them special treatment that places a harmful burden on Johnson and other members of Congress. Under the health care law, members of Congress and their employees were kicked off their federal health plan and forced to buy insurance through an Obamacare exchange. But unlike other Americans going

Honolulu -- President Obama departed his native Hawaii Saturday to return to Washington, but his wife, Michelle, is staying behind for a few extra days to celebrate her 50th birthday with friends. As part of her birthday gift from her husband, the first lady plans to remain in this tropical paradise a little longer to hang out with friends in advance of her birthday on Jan. 17, according to a statement from the White House. Their two daughters, 15-year-old Malia and 12-year-old Sasha, were scheduled to depart Honolulu late Saturday and arrive in Washington on Sunday morning. The girls are set to

It was the 2013 Politifact "Lie of the Year," our president´s now infamous line: "If you like your health care plan, you can keep it." Now all Americans are realizing what Catholics have known from the beginning: President Barack Obama is a master of deception. Lest people forget, passage of the Affordable Care Act happened in part because Obama struck a deal with a single Catholic holdout: Bart Stupak, D-Michigan. Stupak agreed to vote for the bill in exchange for an executive order protecting conscience rights and preserving the Hyde Amendment´s ban on the use of federal funds for abortion.

Washington – U.S. President Barack Obama might wish he could take back 2013, although it’s doubtful he could change anything. He began the year promising to transform America into a more economically egalitarian and socially conscious society. He ended it with apologies and empty words. A modest gun control law, tax reform, immigration reform, a budget, all failed in 2013. (Snip) The most telling indication of Obama’s failure is the national income gap. A study by Berkeley economist Emmanuel Saez shows that since the 2008 recession incomes of the top 1 per cent grew 31 per cent while the other 99 per

When President Barack Obama’s chief of staff, Denis McDonough, approached John Podesta a few weeks ago about taking over the high-aggravation job of White House counselor, the biggest concern wasn’t that he would say no. After all, he had already done so twice before. Obama’s team was more worried that Podesta would say no and that word of his rejection would leak, making the White House look feckless and desperate at the end of Obama’s brutal fifth year in office. So, the circle of people in the know was kept to a small handful; it was so closely held that

Only days after we learned the Obama administration had appointed an Obama donor to head investigations into the IRS targeting of conservative organizations, we now have a leak from law enforcement saying the FBI doesn’t expect to file criminal charges. That’s the gist of a late-breaking story Monday evening in The Wall Street Journal. The story notes that though the investigation may go on another few months, unless other evidence is unearthed, the FBI conclusion will be that the IRS was a “mismanaged bureaucracy” enforcing rules “ it didn’t understand.” Without the evidence, we’re not in a position to say. But criminal

Black dogs don´t get as adopted as easily as others animals of other colors. The reason is largely because of some common misconceptions about them. Black dogs are mischaracterized as mean and potentially violent and according to NBC News. Black Dog Syndrome is a phenomenon in which dogs with black fur often go unadopted because of misinformed stereotypes. Black dogs are are euthanized at a much higher rate than dogs with different complexions. Many owners of black dogs say they are sweet, lovable, but also unwanted. The chances of being adopted are poor if you´re a black dog.

Sarah Palin´s brother Chuck Heath, Jr. posted the following on his Facebook account January 11th: My father, who worked multiple jobs and faithfully and honestly paid his taxes for fifty years, had never heard a word from the IRS. In 2008, his daughter was tapped to run for vice president of the United States. Since that time, he has been, in his words "horribly harassed" six times by the agency. Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee wants to ban the term "RINO" -- "Republican in Name Only" -- in the Republican Party. The former governor complained in a letter to supporters that during a recent social media outreach, he was disturbed that too many Republicans were attacking each other and calling them names. Huckabee pointed out that he got a tweet from someone who complained that he was a RINO, which upset him. "With all

No one will have read the law; this is government by press release.
