Brit Hume Slams Hillary Clinton’s Tenure At
State With A Laundry List Detailing Her Mediocrity

Mediaite, by Noah Rothman

Original Article

Posted By:FlyRight, 1/27/2013 2:39:38 PM

Fox News Channel Brit Hume contributor took issue with his colleagues on Sunday when he said the effusive compliments that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has been showered with are largely unearned. He launched into a monologue in which he outlined why Clinton’s tenure at State has been decidedly mediocre – “competent,” but not great. After his detailed list, Hume was confronted by Juan Williams who accused him of underestimating Clinton and President Barack Obama’s first term accomplishments.

If nothing else, the benghazi mess showed that, first, Hillary was not in charge at State, and no one else seemed to be in charge. That is a slam on her as Secretary of State.
And when the president and his people huddled to come up with a public statement about Benghazi, Hillary was completely excluded. She said she didn´t select Susan Rice to appear on the sunday shows, and she did not participate in the content of what Rice would say.
Think about that. A tragedy of major proportions, on her watch, where four people died, and were in benghazi at her direction, and she is shut out of the presidential circle completely.
That tells you all you need to know about her tenure at State.

Hillary Clinton´s ill-tempered statement,"what difference does it make now" was a callous remark. This shrewish woman´s demeanor was very much like Obamas. It stated clearly: what am I doing here? Why should I, Hillary Clinton, be made to answer questions, etc. She has the same arrogant, self-important elitist attitude that so many of our present politicians possess. We now have King Barack and Queen Michelle..two self-absorbed, authorative dictatorial people sitting in the White House. If Hillary decides to run for President in 2016 I truly hope enough Americans go back in history and refresh their memories concerning Hillary and Bill Clinton. If they do this surely they could not in good conscience vote for either of them for any elected office.

She is directly responsible for the murder of the Ambassador and the staffer. She is an accomplice in the murder of the two brave Seals on the rooftop of the consulate and willingly took part in the cover up of the Benghazi debacle. The Middle East is for the most party controlled by the radical islamic savages whose stated goal is the destruction of Israel and the United States of America (how the media loves to gloss over that last fact!). Great, competent? She has been an unmitigated disaster as Secretary of Disgrace and the seeds of a global war have been sown by her efforts and those of Dictator Obama. We will harvest the bitter fruits of this in the next couple of years.

The talking heads on all of the Sunday shows are empty heads and part of our problem.
I am disappointed that Brit Hume would even say she was competent.

Juan Williams is a buffoon. There is no obnoxious behavior that the Left will not condone.

The Clinton foreign policy we got under this regime is what Obama wanted. The Middle East is in constant turmoil, exacerbated by Obama`s ideology. Israel is in ever more danger as a result.

This can end badly. Let`s hope it does not.

John Kerry is now reporting for duty. Aren`t we lucky.....

Hillary Clinton has visited 113 countries. Wow!!! Super-Hillary has flown all over the world doing... nothing. All on our dime. Why, Secretary Clinton even accepted full responsibility for Benghazi - while attending a conference in Lima, Peru on - get this - women´s empowerment.

The worst stunt Hillary ever pulled? Presenting the Russian foreigh minister with a tacky little box affixed with a red button that read "Peregruzka" - in Roman letters no less. (Doesn´t anyone at Super-Hillary´s State know the Russian language and write in the Cyrillic alphabet?!? Anyone at all? Didn´t think so.) BTW the Russian word for reset is "Perezegruzka," but it doesn´t matter. The Russians would never use the metaphor of resetting an electronic device in the context of setting right a strained relationship. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov was visibly irritated at Hillary´s stunt. Hillary asked: "Did I get it right?" Lavrov snarled his reply, in very undiplomatic language: "You got it wrong. The word is perezegruzka." He was extremely annoyed at Hillary´s shocking lack of professionalism and essential lack of seriousness.

Oh, and that´s exactly what America´s "competent" public officials need to do: present a tacky box affixed with a red button to the foreign minister of a country that has thousands of nuclear-tipped missiles pointed at us. Wow!! Super-Hillary!! You go girl!!

You go Hillary, as in just go away, and "love America" on your own time and your own dime. Hillary is a creep, a slick, polished, and experienced liar, and a phony.

#22 has it. The Hillary reset button stunt, which she now runs away from, was a sophomoric disaster, all the more so because in the diplomatic world, nuance, sophistication and high couture are paramount, and her college frat party gag was a monumental gaffe. Hillary is a tone deaf politician, the worse sort to occupy high diplomatic office.

PIAPS is trying to reawaken the early American political tradition of Secretary of State being the track to the White House. And in this case it may very well work.

Bill may actually move back home if he sees an opportunity to be co-president - as he & she so famously pronounced in 92. The memories of the 35-60 year old crowd of the prosperous 90s with BJ at the helm may be enough to propel her to the Big Chair. And the media will absolutely bury anything that would make her appear unable or unwilling to carry out her American responsibilities as POTUS.

The Wall Street Journal has a big frontpage story today on the disability epidemic. It’s a good addendum to my column from last week. The unexpectedly large number of American workers who piled into the Social Security Administration’s disability program during the recession and its aftermath threatens to cost the economy tens of billions a year in lost wages and diminished tax revenues. Signs of the problem surfaced Friday, in a dismal jobs report that showed U.S. labor force participation rates falling last month to the lowest levels since 1979,

By any observable metric, zombies are totally hot right now. Look at movies like "Warm Bodies" and the coming "World War Z," the ratings for AMC´s hit series "The Walking Dead" (12.9 million viewers for its recent season finale) and $2.5 billion in annual sales for zombie videogames. Over the past decade, between a third and a half of all zombie movies ever made have been released. A glance at Google GOOG -1.51%Trends reveals that in the past few years, interest in flesh-eating ghouls has far outstripped popular enthusiasm for vampires, wizards and hobbits.

J. David Kuo, an evangelical Christian conservative and former top official of President George W. He was 44.He was diagnosed a decade ago with brain cancer, his wife, Kimberly, said. The arc of Mr. Kuo’s life and career had taken him from liberal to conservative, from hard-edged Republican activism in the 1990s to disillusionment with the idea that politics could serve as an extension of his faith.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

Gluten-free diets are all the rage, but they can be dangerous if not done right. What is gluten? It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon. Baking hardens the gluten, which helps the finished product keep its shape. Wheat — and gluten — is ubiquitous in the American diet.

Newtown killer Adam Lanza may have launched his murder spree at Sandy Hook Elementary School as an “act of revenge,” the Daily News has learned. A close friend of Lanza’s mother told The News that the troubled boy was a target of relentless bullying when he attended the Connecticut school years ago. “I think Adam felt betrayed by the school and this was his act of revenge,” said Marvin LaFontaine, a friend of Nancy Lanza’s. “Nancy told me he was being picked on at school. That they were just torturing him.”
