Boomtown: Lamborghini Moves
North American HQ to D.C. Region

Breitbart's Big Government, by Tony Lee

Original Article

Posted By:mikkins2, 1/27/2013 11:21:49 AM

In a disturbing indicator of how wealthy the D.C. political class is becoming by extracting taxpayer money from the rest of the country, Lamborghini moved its North American headquarters to the D.C. region because it saw the city as having the most potential for growth. Peter Schweizer, the president of the nonpartisan Government Accountability Institute (GAI), said this was a "troubling" development Friday in "Boomtown," an explosive one-hour investigative special that aired on Fox News´ Hannity on Friday. Schweizer said it was incredible Lamborghini's headquarters

Comments:
Another inconvenient fact that highlights the reason why both Democrat and Republican parties never seem to be able to cut spending. The tragedy is that at least the democrat party is upfront about wanting more taxpayer money to facilitate more spending. The Republican Establishment has been playing its believers like a fiddle. Too bad for them that many conservatives will no longer be dancing to the tune.

Of course the fan club will always be dancing in the isles. Who do you is making money off the concessions..

This show is very revealing...almost as revealing as the photos of the Inaugural Luncheon with all the crystal, linen, china, flowers, and silver. Did you read the luncheon menu that Moochie Obama was shoveling into her maw? (That woman didn´t swallow one bite before she shoved in another!) Talk about elite-and criminal, that would be they!

The "Boomtown" program lays bare the knowledge that the so called politically informed who sit on "the panel" during Bret Baier´s show know all about Boomtown, and how the political elite permanent ruling class system works, yet not a peep escapes to the rest of the country.

All of the "talking heads" shame America and the taxpayers who can barely hold their lives together. Throw them all out.

A good enough reason to impose term limits on these scoundrels. I don´t believe our Founding Fathers had in mind an entrenched elite with virtual lifetime sinecures ruling the country. I believe Maryland ranks near the top in numbers of millionaires. D.C. would be shockingly high too but for the number being dragged down by inner cit poor. Hrumph.

On the day the House Oversight Committee held Lois Lerner in contempt, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said Congress should impeach Attorney General Eric Holder if he does not indict those like Lerner for their roles in the IRS´s targeting of conservative groups. In a Thursday appearance on Sean Hannity´s radio program, Cruz said Holder should be impeached for "defying Congress and the rule of law." He said Holder´s actions were not in the spirit of the Department of Justice, which Cruz said has "a bipartisan tradition of resisting partisan pressure and upholding the rule of law." Sen. Mike Lee of Utah launched an “anti-cronyism” agenda Monday with a column in the National Review urging the Republican Party to advocate populist, free-market reforms over tax loopholes, government subsidies and federal bailouts. That kind of Republican party, he writes “could not only unify and excite conservatives, but appeal to hardworking families in the purple and blue communities that President [Barack] Obama’s special-interest favoritism is leaving behind.” Mr. Lee is scheduled to continue the rollout with television appearances, town halls, a speech at the Heritage Foundation on April 30, and several pieces of legislation. The Tea Party Establishment:

Will the real Republican Establishment please stand up? In the four years since the Supreme Court struck down fundraising regulations that effectively gave the Democratic and Republican parties a monopoly on large-scale political activity, a collection of Tea Party-affiliated organizations has arisen in Washington that competes with the GOP for campaign contributors, money and influence -- and over what legislation to push and which candidates to nominate. The groups, including the Club for Growth, FreedomWorks and the Senate Conservatives Fund, have moved aggressively to kill legislation they oppose and oust incumbent Republicans they deem insufficiently conservative. Like the national Republican Party, which they

An Arizona conservative congressman is shining light on how President Barack Obama is using $3 million of taxpayer money to teach National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) officials how to lobby Congress. In the first of a series of efforts targeting wasteful government spending, Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) wrote to House Appropriations Committee chairman Rep. A group of conservative House Republicans put a Medicare “doc fix” bill in mortal peril with their objections – but then acquiesced to a plan from GOP leadership to pass it without a vote. The vote was repeatedly delayed this morning as top Republicans scrambled to find the necessary votes for the legislation. Solar power has won the global argument. Photovoltaic energy is already so cheap that it competes with oil, diesel and liquefied natural gas in much of Asia without subsidies. Roughly 29pc of electricity capacity added in America last year came from solar, rising to 100pc even in Massachusetts and Vermont.[Snip] The technology is improving so fast--helped by the US military--that it has achieved a virtous circle.
