| Following President Obama‘s second inaugural speech, MSNBC host Chris Matthews suggested that because the Republican Party is now so unpopular, in order to win future elections they will have to “rig it” through new voter laws. “If states like Pennsylvania ever get controlled by Republican legislators, that is frightening,” Matthews said, implying those GOP-led legislatures will attempt to curb the voting rights of the largely Democratic black voting base within the states’ urban areas. Co-host Rachel Maddow agreed, adding that swing states like Illinois, Wisconsin, Virginia, and Ohio are other

The pubbies are down in popularity yet they are the majority of legislature in some states and on top of this contradictory statement the pubbies must cheat in order to win. Yep, that could only make sense to a dumb lib twisted mind.

If they keep saying over and over again that the Republican part lost big over and over again the low info voters will buy into it. The doims cheated in Ohio where there were more republican registered voters that dims, yet the dims won. In the entire country the military voted around 75 25 for Mitt, yet in Virginia the military voted for Obama, In Philidephia the registered blacks votes had 100 plus show up to vote and every one of them voted for Obama. None of the above examples, passes the smell test. The dims cheat and call it their "ground game"

All through my life, I´ve read stories about how either the Republicans or the Democrats are dead to the world after the last election where the Democrats or the Republicans won every election from dogcatcher to President.
And four years later, like Lazarus from the dead, the other party comes back to life ... and victory.
Admittedly, the Democrats are looking to fix the game with unlimited welfare recipients and poor immigrants here just to cash in on the goodies. But sooner or later, the tide will turn.
It may be harder in 2016 than in the past ... but then again, if things do really do go to h-e-double-hockey-sticks then don´t be suprised if the Republicans -- or a true Conservative party -- arises from the ashes.

Sadly, Chrissie is right.
With 50%+ of this nation already on some sort of welfare, and NØbama having four more years to make welfare slaves of at least 30% more of the population, why would that part of the population give up all their ´´freebies´´ with no motivation from their government overlords???
And as soon as he makes about 50,000,000 illegals into instant citizens (I´m guessing before the 2014 congressional elections), with full voting rights and a deep gratitude to NØbama and the Demon-RATS, it´s pretty hopeless.
Our only prayer is if NØbama is stupid enough to keep pushing the gun control issue -- which even Slick Willie Clinton is warning him against.
Ronald Reagan is rolling over in his grave right about now at how we conservatives have let this country be destroyed by the welfare slaves and other takers...

Pure craziness. the black vote should be relatively static because their population growth has been flatlined for a while. they´re the ones manufacturing votes because the real numbers aren´t there. How is it possible that Obama has gotten 10 million more black votes in each of the last two elections. When you take the numbers in jail or felony loss of voting rights, kids under 18,their voter pool shrinks.
Even the UN recognizes that voter ID laws are common sense in a sovereign country. You can´t have a flood of foreigners coming in and voting with fake identities.
Look where there´s concentrations of middle easterners,a lot of whom are on overstayed visas, voting in states like Va.

Question? How are all these illegal aliens going to VOTE in 2014 ........ if and when they become legal immigrants ............. WITHOUT waiting the 7 years to become citizens, and having to take and pass the citizenship exam in ENGLISH [like other legal immigrants]? {rhetorical question]

http://tavernkeepers.com/polling-place-in-tight-allen-west-race-registers-158-85-voter-turnout/
Election officials have announced that St. Lucie County, Florida will have a recount of early ballots. It appears that a recount is definitely in order as only one precinct had less than 113% turnout. The unofficial vote count is 175,554 registered voters 247,713 vote cards cast (141.10% ). The National SEAL Museum, a St. Lucie county polling place, had 158.85% voter turnout, the highest in the county. While we applaud St. Lucie for getting out the vote, this takes voting early and often to a whole new level.

Several snippets of the audio from the February strategy sessions were published Tuesday by Mother Jones magazine, along with a lengthy article. The recording, obtained from an unnamed source, included McConnell aides discussing ways to politically damage actress Ashley Judd, who at the time was talked about as a possible McConnell challenger.

One of the first political issues negotiators must tackle in crafting an immigration reform bill is among the most important: what to name it. It’s a decision that will bruise egos, create legacies and deeply affect subsequent messaging battles. “Every time the bill is mentioned in the press, you either have a brand that´s positive or a brand that doesn´t mean anything or even hurts you,” said Frank Sharry, the executive director of the pro-immigration reform group America’s Voice. The wrong name, he warned, could doom a good bill. “If there´s not a
