Sen. Schumer: NRA Fringe Group, Doesn´t Represent Average Gun Owners

| In comments made Friday, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said the National Rifle Association (NRA) is a "fringe group" that is "very extreme." Moreover, according to Schumer, the NRA doesn´t "represent average gun [owners]." Schumer says that during the 1990s the NRA used their lobbying power to fill background checks with loopholes, thus leading to a situation where "40 percent of all guns sold in American have no [background] check." You´ll recall that Obama also used this "40 percent" claim when pushing for more gun control earlier in the week.

Comments: Seriously? As usual this moronic blowhard gets it wrong.

In an earlier life, Schumer was a Judenrat. He gladly helped the Nazis smooth the flow of his own people into the ovens at places like Buchenwald, Auschwitz, and Treblinka. When the camps were liberated by the Americans, Schumer was quickly and deservedly dispatched by the former inmates.
In his current life, we American citizens are the benefactors of his caring and compassion. Seriously, Schumer is a despicable little creep who should be tried for treason.

Well of course.....and that´s why their membership has exploded within the last month by more than 100,000.
But this is what happens when you use 0bama math: spend your way out of debt and increasing membership numbers don´t mean Americans support the NRA and what they stand for.
They have broken Rule #1.

Schumer is a liberal from New York, it´s pretty certain that he does not know enough average gun owners outside of New York to know much about them, not alone how their positions stack up with the official NRA position. So what Schumer is spouting is pure liberal Democrat propaganda.

Yes, he is indeed a fool, and an evil one. On the pistol permit application here in WNY we have to tell where in the house we are going to keep the gun. We have to give 3 references each of whom will be interviewed by a police officer. That´s just the beginning of the process and of course there are fees at each step.
Wonder how much we pay for armed security for this idiot. Ramona (the Pest)

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell´s campaign has contacted the FBI after a recording of a private strategy meeting was published Tuesday in a liberal publication, claiming the campaign was the victim of "Watergate-style tactics" to bug the office. Several snippets of the audio from the February strategy sessions were published Tuesday by Mother Jones magazine, along with a lengthy article. The recording, obtained from an unnamed source, included McConnell aides discussing ways to politically damage actress Ashley Judd, who at the time was talked about as a possible McConnell challenger.

One of the first political issues negotiators must tackle in crafting an immigration reform bill is among the most important: what to name it. It’s a decision that will bruise egos, create legacies and deeply affect subsequent messaging battles. “Every time the bill is mentioned in the press, you either have a brand that´s positive or a brand that doesn´t mean anything or even hurts you,” said Frank Sharry, the executive director of the pro-immigration reform group America’s Voice. The wrong name, he warned, could doom a good bill. “If there´s not a

Margaret Thatcher had more impact on the world than any woman ruler since Catherine the Great of Russia. Not only did she turn around—decisively—the British economy in the 1980s, she also saw her methods copied in more than 50 countries. "Thatcherism" was the most popular and successful way of running a country in the last quarter of the 20th century and into the 21st. Her origins were humble. Born Oct. 13, 1925, she was the daughter of a grocer in the Lincolnshire town of Grantham. Alfred Roberts was no ordinary shopkeeper.
