Obama: ‘Israel Doesn’t Know
What Its Best Interests Are’

Bloomberg News, by Jeffrey Goldberg

Original Article

Posted By:Attercliffe, 1/15/2013 3:55:38 PM

Shortly after the United Nations General Assembly voted in late November to upgrade the status of the Palestinians, the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that it would advance plans to establish a settlement in an area of the West Bank known as E-1, and that it would build 3,000 additional housing units in east Jerusalem and the West Bank. A large settlement in E-1, an empty zone between Jerusalem and the Jewish settlement city of Maaleh Adumim, would make the goal of politically moderate Palestinians--the creation of a geographically contiguous state--much harder to achieve.

Comments:
Israel doesn’t know what its best interests are??? But Obama knows what America´s best interests are.

I think he´s lost it--if he ever had it.

That answer is pretty easy; if Obama is for it then it is bad for Israel and good for his Islamic jihadist friends.

Coming from the most incompetent leader of the free world in history, Israel should advice Mr. Obama to follow the old saying:
“It is better to be quiet and be thought a fool, than to speak and be known as a fool”

He has not shown much leadership or expertise in running this country (which he doesn´t understand) let alone running a country that he hates (Israel).

His incompetence is universal.

The date was December 22nd, 1944, during the Battle of the Bulge at Bastogne.

Lt. Col. Ned Moore told General Anthony McAuliffe that we had a German surrender ultimatum. The General’s first reaction was that the Germans wanted to surrender to us. Col. Moore quickly disabused him of that notion and explained that the Germans demanded our surrender. When McAuliffe heard that, and once he got over his incredulity, he sent back a very succinct response to the Germans - “Nuts!”

Even in the face of overwhelming odds, to simply surrender does not speak well of personal bravery or courage. The Israelis lack neither, a fact that Bronco Bama cannot seem to get his head around.

I spent my formative years in the ´50´s wondering how a fairly modern European country could fall for a smarmy little man, cheering by the hundreds of thousands to propaganda by torchlight. The best and brightest of the German generation slaughtering 6 million Jews. I was relieved to be told by my teachers this was over, the world would never allow it again. I´m telling you, it´s happening right now. Evil has been with us since the Garden. Obama is leading us where we´ve been before. If we´re really lucky, it will be a revolution to set things right again.

Leftism for dummies: other people do not know what is in their own best interest, hence Leftists are not only justified, they are morally obligated to ignore their ideas and wishes and to impose what is truly in their best interest, whether they agree with it or not, and by force if necessary.

The self-confidence and dogmatic certitude of Leftists is inexplicable to other s. What makes the Leftists so smart? How come they know everything and are always right? How can they be so sure their own motives are pure? Such questions do not arise for Leftists. Many people view this as arrogance, but it is actually a form of insanity. Barack Obama is by no means unusual in this regard. He is a standard, plain vanilla, generic model campus Leftist. They all think and talk and act like him. It never occurs to them to question themselves or the source of their proclaimed wisdom and virtue. They are, in a very specific but quite real sense, insane.

Tell me this if God doesn´t have Israel in his hands how come Israel is the only Christian nation in the middle east and no muslim or islamist nation has succeeded at

Lord messiah o´bama does not know what his best interest are if he did he would not be

The devil himself cannot defeat Israel let alone a half wit of the New World Order known

Texas held its primary balloting on Tuesday, as voters braved icy weather to head to the polls to choose the Republican and Democratic nominees for the general election in November. Today’s meeting of the Nato-Russia council to discuss Ukraine is a welcome development in the efforts to defuse the crisis. Dialogue is important not merely because, in Churchill’s words, “to jaw-jaw is always better than to war-war” but also because it is the best way to ensure that there are no misunderstandings or misjudgments. Sugar consumption should be halved to help reduce health problems such as obesity and tooth decay, the World Health Organisation (WHO) has warned. The WHO set out draft guidance advising a dramatic reduction in sugar intake amid growing evidence that it contributes to chronic diseases. The move follows calls by some leading scientists and campaigners for the current recommended daily limits on sugar intake to be halved to 5 percent of an individual’s overall calorie consumption--the equivalent of six “level” teaspoons a day for the average adult. Martin Wolf had a typically wise and trenchant op-ed in the Financial Times yesterday on the difficulties which face newly democratising countries, from Ukraine to Egypt. He rightly identifies four key factors underpinning successful democracies. The first is active and empowered citizens, who accept the importance and inevitability of dissent, and are committed to peaceful processes of political change. The second is honest "guardians": those in official but unelected positions of power, be they bureaucratic, legal or military, who use that power in the service of the common good. The third factor is well-functioning markets, which create prosperity and allow

Where Lois Lerner goes, drama follows. On Wednesday, the former IRS officer again invoked the Fifth before the House Oversight Committee. That precipitated a heated exchange between the committee’s Republican chairman, Darrell Issa, and Democratic ranking member Elijah Cummings, who called the hearings “un-American.” And that spat has become the story. No doubt that is exactly what Cummings had in mind. Because it distracts attention from the substance of the hearings — and from the questions raised by e-mails and public remarks Lois Lerner wrote, received or made when she was IRS Director of Tax Exempt Organizations. WASHINGTON — Charles G. and David H. Koch, the billionaire brothers who are perhaps the best-known patrons of conservative Republican politics, are bespectacled and in their 70s. They look genial enough. But Democrats are embarking on a broad effort that aims to unmask the press-shy siblings and portray them, instead, as a pair of villains bent on wrecking progressive politics. On Thursday, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee is starting a digital campaign that will use Internet ads and videos, as well as social media, to tie Republican Senate candidates to the policies and actions of the Koch brothers.
