AP Gives False and Conflicting
Information on Potential
Voter Fraud Case

Breitbart´s Big Journalism, by Brandon Darby

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 1/15/2013 9:30:31 AM

In a move that serves to discount the severity of voter fraud in the US, the Associated Press’ Gary Fineout posted two conflicting reports regarding a voter fraud investigation. Strangely, after posting inaccurate information in an article, the heavily left-leaning AP staff writer then posted an update -- one that conflicted with the first false posting, yet was still false in itself. The issue at the core of the matter was an alert to authorities in both Rhode Island and Florida that the exact same individual was on the books for having voted in both states in a

How I wish there was a way for these criminals to be charged with fraud like other criminals. It is outrageous what they are allowed to get away with.

Not only did the reporter make up facts NYT-style, but the editor blithely let him get away with it. They no longer make any pretense of integrity, but brazenly put out raw propaganda. It would be criminal behavior in many places, unprofessional in any other occupation, and sanctioned by any profession, a group with which journalisms shares no commonality.

The White House continued to downplay public statements Iranian officials have made in recent weeks that appear to undermine the nuclear agreement Tehran has made with the U.S. and other world powers. The latest came from Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif Wednesday. Zarif told CNN that the Obama administration is mischaracterizing concessions his side has made in the six-month nuclear deal, saying Tehran “did not agree to dismantle anything.” "The White House version both underplays the concessions and overplays Iranian commitments" under the agreement that took effect Monday, Zarif said in an interview with CNN that took place in Davos, Switzerland,

Presidents Day seems to have no equal when when it comes to how the occupants of the White House and vice president´s residence vacation. According to new records obtained by the taxpayer watchdog group Judicial Watch, three separate jaunts taken by President Obama, first lady Michelle Obama, and Vice President Joe Biden during last year´s Presidents Day weekend cost at least $295,437. And that’s mostly just for security, not Air Force One or other official costs. The records were obtained from the U.S. Secret Service and details some of the "security and/or other services" of Obama’s mid-February 2013 golf trip

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie´s re-election campaign and the state´s Republican Party committee have received subpoenas from federal prosecutors investigating allegations that his aides created traffic jams as political payback. Mark Sheridan, a lawyer representing Christie for Governor and the Republican State Committee, tells The Associated Press the subpoenas are for documents related to the closure of traffic lanes near the George Washington Bridge. A state legislative committee investigating the traffic jams has also issued subpoenas to the two organizations. Sheridan says the Republican governor´s campaign and the party will cooperate with investigators. The traffic lane closures created gridlock in the town of Fort

A former high-ranking San Francisco government employee convicted of felony possession of child pornography will continue to receive his government pension because, according to city regulations, evidence of “moral turpitude” is required to revoke a pension yet viewing violent kiddie porn does not qualify as moral turpitude. As reported here in the Tatler, Larry Brinkin, a prominent San Francisco Human Rights Commissioner and nationally known gay rights advocate, was arrested in 2012 for possessing and possibly distributing videos and images of babies being raped by adult men. Because of Brinkin’s “iconic” stature in the community as the person who pioneered

It´s the kind of money maneuver disgraced stock broker Jordan Belfort would applaud. Martin Scorsese´s The Wolf of Wall Street, nominated for five Academy Awards including Best Picture, got a cozy tax break from the state of New York where the movie was shot.f How cozy? Thanks to state law, The Wolf of Wall Street received a 30-percent tax credit from New York State, which means taxpayers paid for $30 million of the movie´s $100 million budget, according to the Manhattan Institute, a nonprofit, nonpartisan economic research and policy group. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Belfort, a Wall Street

The U.S. Supreme Court announced on January 10th that it will consider a First Amendment challenge to an Ohio law that makes it a crime to "lie" about political candidates, which a pro-life PAC says was used to censor its political speech during the 2010 mid-term congressional election. “The court decided that our case was worth listening to because of a concern about a potential chill on speech,” said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the Susan B. That´s one of the dozens of recommendations and "best practices" issued Wednesday by the President Obama´s Commission on Election Administration. "Our mission in this report was to improve the voter experience," commission co-chair Benjamin Ginsburg told MSNBC on Wednesday night. "I clearly reject the notion that somehow Republicans don´t want people to vote." Ginsburg served as a top attorney for Mitt Romney´s presidential campaign, and his fellow co-chair, Robert Bauer, served in a similar capacity for Obama´s re-election campaign. While the administration publicly expresses full confidence in its health care law, privately it fears one part of the system is so flawed it could bankrupt insurance companies and cripple ObamaCare itself. "Week after week, month after month," says John Goodman of the National Center for Policy Analysis, "the Obama administration kept telling us everything´s working fine, there´s no problem and then they turn on a dime and fire their contractor." To justify a no-bid contract with Accenture after firing CGI as the lead contractor, the administration released documents from the Department of Health and Human Services and the Center

The lawyer slated to represent a top Christie Christie aide sacked over the Bridgegate scandal is no longer representing her, MailOnline has learned, leading to speculation that she may be planning to turn on her former boss. The news came on an icy, snow-drifted Tuesday as Christie took his oath of office for a second term as New Jersey´s governor. Walter Timpone, a Christie-linked attorney whom Kelly retained after her public firing, received the subpoena served on her Friday by a New Jersey Assembly special investigative committee. But he is stepping aside because he has a conflict of interest.

The Pentagon on Wednesday is expected to announce widespread changes to rules governing religious items and religion-based physical attributes that service members can maintain while in uniform — including beards, some religious tattoos, and turbans. NBC News obtained an early draft of the new Department of Defense instruction which states that the military will make every effort to accommodate “individual expressions of sincerely held beliefs” (conscience, moral principles, or religious beliefs) of service members. It goes on to say that unless doing so could have an adverse impact on military readiness, unit cohesion, good order and discipline, health and safety,

Are you dazed and confused by Barack Obama, the nominal Democrat, whose conduct as president since 2009 has seen him sink from nearly 70 percent to 40 percent or less in the national polling, from which he has seemed to learn nothing, but still marches on? Fear not, the doctor is in: Fred Siegel of the Manhattan Institute, whose latest book, The Revolt Against The Masses: How Liberalism Has Undermined the Middle Class, explains all you wanted to know about Obama, and much else. It explains why he never became the new Franklin D. Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy or Lyndon B.

What’s so great about Zulu? To answer that question properly, you need to pass this test first. 1) Do you know Men of Harlech off by heart? 2) Can you name at least half of the 11 Victoria Cross winners in the film (by their nicknames where possible) without resorting to Google? 3) Have you ever found yourself stirred to ridiculous feelings of patriotism by John Barry’s magnificent film score on the morning commute? I really hope someone else answers “yes” to all three, otherwise you can chalk me up as a lone madman. Zulu--released 50 years ago this week--is

The bare-bones Wendy Davis story — the one without embellishment — is sufficiently inspiring as a matrix for defying expectations. The daughter of a teenage mother and a teenage mother herself, Davis managed to beat the odds by getting a college education and Ivy League law degree, then launching a political career that’s brought her national adulation. But since Davis’ Democratic gubernatorial ambitions caught fire last year, “facts have been blurred” in the retelling of her life’s story, as reported Sunday by this newspaper’s senior political writer, Wayne Slater.

TOPEKA — A man who provided sperm to a lesbian couple in response to an online ad is the father of a child born to one of the women and must pay child support, a Kansas judge ruled Wednesday. Topeka resident William Marotta had argued that he had waived his parental rights and didn’t intend to be a father. Shawnee County District Judge Mary Mattivi rejected that claim, saying the parties didn’t involve a licensed physician in the artificial insemination process and thus Marotta didn’t qualify as a sperm donor, The Topeka Capital-Journal reported.
