First there was equal employment opportunity. And when that did not satisfy the leftists, affirmative action came along.
And when that didn´t work, diversity became the operative term.
Diversity, we were told by the left, was immportant, because, well, it offered diversity. So if a woman or minority was less qualified for employment, hire them anyway, for the sake of diversity.
(Beyond diversity is the quota system being used by graduate schools. Blacks and hispanics are granted admission (And ironically, white women are discriminated against)inconsistent with their academic ability.)

Race and gender really don´t matter in dem politics but for the reason candy came up with. It´s because they´re all across the board far left liberals, that is the real diversity problem.
Blacks don´t like global warming or gay marriage but they go along with the program because they want Obama´s "help" in other areas.Blacks are falling further behind despite Obama throwing more money into poverty programs and sending blacks to college.They´re still going to hit a brick wall when it´s employment time because they´re fully indoctrinated America haters.

The Hypocrisy of CNN and the wretched Annie Crowley are appalling; I watched this horrid woman lecturing a Republican about "Needing to Compromise" on the gun issue. Her god, 0bama, is the poster boy of noncompromise, he puffs out his chest and proclaims to the Republicans that He Won, He makes the rules. On the budget deal, the Republicans raised taxes on the rich and many others and asked what 0bama would compromise on ... his answer was, "Nothing, I get this for free." Crowley and 0bama are hypocrites.
