Perhaps the single unifying theme of liberalism/progressivism/socialism/communism is the absolute disdain for God. Normally, they are clever enough to hide this, but now many of them are "out of the closet" on their atheism. We need to thank Mr. O´Donnell for this glimpse into their belief system.

Sorry O´whoever you are, What Pastor Giglio´s ousting shows is not "the undue influence of the Bible. His ousting shows the undue influence of small minorities of perpetually offended, self agrandizing elitist know nothing cry babies whose screeching far outweighs their importance.
There has never in history exited a single human that could get up in front of 300 million other humans never having said or done something that offended any of them.

Maybe instead of eliminating the oath on the bible we should modify it to read "May the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob strike me dead if I do not honor this oath, taken in His name." Whether or not the oath taker believes in what he´s saying, God will hear him and hold him accountable.

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell´s campaign has contacted the FBI after a recording of a private strategy meeting was published Tuesday in a liberal publication, claiming the campaign was the victim of "Watergate-style tactics" to bug the office. Several snippets of the audio from the February strategy sessions were published Tuesday by Mother Jones magazine, along with a lengthy article. Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”
