| ESPN has apologized for Brent Musburger´s comments about Katherine Webb during the BCS national championship game between Alabama and Notre Dame, even though the beauty queen apparently did not find his words offensive. "If he had worded it different and said we were hot, or sexy, or commented on our body parts, it would have been completely different," Webb, the reigning Miss Alabama USA, told Esquire. "I didn’t take any offense to it, because I think it’s OK for a man to tell a woman that she’s beautiful, no matter what age."

I heard Musberger´s comments. Not a thing wrong with what he said. It was a little school-boyish, but gentlemenly. If the suits were offended by this, how must they feel at the comments of many of the players. Yet, you hear no complaints about them. And Miss Webb appears to be more mature than the whole lot.

I´m a man. I know what he was thinking and I know why he said it. Not a big deal but poor taste from the sniveling little runt, Musberger. How anyone can stand the guy is beyond me. I always thought he had more interest in the locker room than women.

That was a horrible game that was totally out of hand by the time Musburger said that.
Those guys had to be desperate to find something to talk about, since the game wasn´t the least bit interesting after about the first 10 minutes.
She is attractive. I don´t blame Musburger for pointing it out, and didn´t think it was creepy in any way.
But I guess he broke the first commandment of the lie-beral PC police, and actually said out loud what every man (and most women) in America were thinking when they saw her -- that her boyfriend was a VERY lucky guy!!!!!

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon. Newtown killer Adam Lanza may have launched his murder spree at Sandy Hook Elementary School as an “act of revenge,” the Daily News has learned.
