| Eric Holder may be the least popular member of the Obama cabinet. He is at the center of many of the Administration´s ugliest fights with left and right, over everything from drones to race. (Snip) First, he has, without major exceptions, backed the president´s views on executive power. Second, he has owned and absorbed the flack for many of the Administration´s most politically challenging battles, from racially-charged fights over voting rights to the battle over so called "gunwalking" on the Mexican border. The third reason is simple: He has not led any politically damaging investigations into the Obama Administration.

He once considered dropping out, but we´re told that Assistant President Jarrett emphasized that such a move would not be good for him nor the President. So he continues on, somehow absorbing and masking every scandal to come his way. Somehow, sometime, somewhere, however - the truth will set us free of this man.

Holder,very selective in crimes he prosecutes,is a big reason Obama got elected. There´s a lot of criminals having a field day with little or no law enforcement.
There´s an idiot at the Slimes who wants to do away with immigration enforcement to save the country money. Never mind,the flood of people coming in here who would eat up those savings in no time but they they might have enough collective clout to push for an Obama 3rd term.

FTA:"Holder´s return for the second term means that, in the eyes of the White House, he´s done his job; even that he´s indispensable. He´s endured Congressional demands for his head. He also reportedly considered resigning in 2010, but Valerie Jarrett, another Obama intimate, reportedly told him that “this will not be good for you and it will not be good for your friend, the president."

In a stunning end to one of the most aggressively unsuccessful tenures in retail history, JCPenney (JCP) last night announced that CEO Ron Johnson would be leaving effective immediately. Myron Ullman, Johnson´s predecessor at JCPenney, takes office as CEO. When Johnson was initially wooed by JCPenney, it was to serve as CEO with Ullman as Chairman. In January 2012, Ullman was unceremoniously removed from the board. Gone with Ullman was any control the Board of Directors had over Ron Johnson and his control of JCPenney resources.
