| Washington - President Obama, in his most detailed comments on an independent inquiry’s report on the attack against the American diplomatic compound in Libya that killed four Americans on Sept. 11, said Sunday that the security and management flaws identified were “huge problems” that reflected “sloppiness” in how the State Department safeguards its missions abroad. (Snip) “My message to the State Department has been very simple, and that is we’re going to solve this,” Mr. Obama said. “We’re not going to be defensive about it; we’re not going to pretend that this was not a problem —

Charlene Lamb, an assistant secretary of state for security, or some such title, refused Ambassador Stevens´ request for more security, after consulting with (senior) state department officials." Who would be the senior officials??
And did the four State department people, including Charlene Lamb, stop working for State, or were they reassigned to other state department duties??

"Sloppiness" is what happens in the kitchen when you don´t put all the dishes away or you leave a project´s papers on your desk.

The photo on Lucianne´s front page showing the bloody handprints is so heartaching, to contemplate the ordeal which produced them - and I wonder, if the FBI really did an investigation of the "crime scene" - have the investigation yielded any clues as to whose handprints those are? Couldn´t they study the DNA with all that evidence and determine whether it was Ambassador Stevens or one of the other three men who perished? Perhaps it was not the blood of one of the four Americans but perhaps a brave Libyan who attempted to help the Americans but is not known, not counted. I also want to know what those words mean that are spraypainted on the wall in the background.

I wonder what God´s purpose is in letting Obama run our beloved country into the ground.
Captain Ahab was mad for revenge of the "white whale", and so is this new Captain, Rehab, the Transformer.
Also, Obama noted the sloppiness, but it was about the news handling, and their bomb of a lie, the CIA planted provocation video. Didn´t sell well, but the cover holds. No witness tales. None. No mission secrets revealed, the weapons added to the Brotherhoods arsenal, and the attack plans proceed as the Congress wet´s it´s pants over it´s cowardliness in the face of growing tyranny. This is the same type thinking behind the military´s new handbook which bans service people from making derogatory remarks about the Taliban. They blame this for so called insider attacks. So instead of stepping up efforts to obliterate the Taliban, they take away soldiers free speech rights.

Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank
