EPA chief Jackson resigns
amid transparency investigations

Daily Caller, by Michael Bastasch

Original Article

Posted By:MissMolly, 12/29/2012 6:07:26 AM

A Washington attorney says that Environmental Protection Agency Chief Administrator Lisa Jackson’s resignation and investigations into the EPA’s use of secret email accounts are not coincidental. “Life’s full of coincidences, but this is too many,” Competitive Enterprise Institute Senior Fellow Chris Horner told FoxNews.com. “She had no choice.” The Justice Department also plans to release emails Jan. 14 in which EPA Chief Jackson’s alias account discusses coal regulation. According to Horner, this clearly is a factor behind Jackson’s decision to leave the agency.

Looks like Jackson is / was doing her best to support obama´s goal of putting coal out of business.

“12,000 emails from Lisa Jackson’s ‘secondary’ email account that discuss the Obama administration’s war on coal....”

In an alias email account in the name of Richard Windsor in order to avoid FOIA requests.

These people are rotten. In the real world, they´d all be in prison. This was a blatant conspiracy to destroy the coal industry and put this country under the thumb of higher taxes and outrageous utility bills in order to push eco-energy garbage. They should be prosecuted under the RICO act. But by whom???

#1 "Looks like Jackson is / was doing her best to support obama´s goal of putting coal out of business. "

Lisa Jackson is just a spoke in the wheel. Obama´s goal is to put the U.S. out of business. Remember, he grew up in a country which commonly refers to us as the Great White Satan.

Of all the terrible people in this regime, Jackson was the worst; worse than Cass Sunstein, which is saying a lot. Jackson had disdain for the country and the congress. Can you imagine how much time was spent attacking the coal industry if her secret alias email account was used to send 12,000 messages?

Now that Obie and the msm are completely dialed in on the coverup skill courtesy of Benghazi, look for this one to get swept under the rug, too.

Great point, #2--they should be prosecuted, but by whom? Just another ho hum story that will go under the rug. There´s no story here.
People die and the story goes under the rug--this administration is so guilty of so many crimes, but who will prosecute--NO ONE!

There´s a RED FLAG here:

The Justice Department also plans to release emails Jan. 14 in which EPA Chief Jackson’s alias account discusses coal regulation.

The DOJ is doing this? Doesn´t that make you suspicious? Are they throwing her under the bus to hide something bigger or to hide a MAJOR offensive against capitalism in general?

We already know the DOJ will do nothing to harm Obama and his agenda, so one must ask why they are doing this.

So, one of the most virulent communists in this Administration is leaving to, among other things, "spend time with her family", usually code for Get Out Of Dodge. If the DOJ is ready to toss a heavy-hitter like Jackson under the bus (if that´s what they´re doing), what they really want to hide must be really, really big.

Why is it that when liberal blacks are in charge of anything we see rampant corruption. Conservative blacks bring straight as an arrow honesty to government. Could it be that liberals have an attitude of entitlement and a religious zeal for their agenda? And that liberal blacks even more so? When will we learn that liberalism is a cancer that destroys all it touches. It has already destroyed the black culture and family. Liberal blacks don´t care as long as the white liberal power base gives them their rewards.

And it is in the final stages of destroying us all.

This will be interesting on a number of levels. Reminds me of the old Kremlin watchers following the latest intrigues between the various factions of bloodthirsty Soviets. There are no good guys in this, only bad guys battling it out between themselves inside Robbers Roost.

My take is that Jackson, in her battles with Sunstein, forced the little wimp out of the nest. He got beat up by a girl. But, uh oh, he´s an old UC pal of Obama, and Jackson has no Chicago Force Shield, so Obama is having Holder get payback on HER.

The release of her private emails will be great entertainment for the muggles, like disclosing transcripts of communications between Darth Vader and the death star. The MSM will go crackers with the storyline, portraying it as Eric Holder as Han Solo and Barack Obama as Luke battling evil at the highest levels in the Empire. But remember, there are no good guys in this. Only thieves and pickpockets quibbling over how to most effectively fleece us.

Fire everyone in the EPA. Rehire any people that were not involved with any of the abuses. Probably very few. Rebuild from scratch, and redefine their mission.

Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis testified before Congress today that federal officials didn’t share their intelligence on Boston marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsanaev until days after pictures of the alleged terrorists surfaced. Davis told lawmakers the FBI began to share information about their 2011 investigation only after Tamerlan died following a gun battle with law enforcement. Russian officials had flagged Tamerlan Tsarnaev as a possible extremist in 2011. The FBI had investigated him and knew he traveled back to Russia months before the bombings.

A preliminary tally indicates that almost a third of all of the managed bee colonies in the United States — 31.1 percent — didn´t survive the winter. That makes it the fourth-worst winter since 2006. Bee Informed, a partnership funded in part by the Department of Agriculture, released its annual survey of colony deaths yesterday. For the seventh winter in a row, the percentage of colonies that didn´t survive exceeded the "acceptable" range of 14 percent. For the fourth time in those seven seasons, the percentage that didn´t survive was double what scientists consider acceptable.

The European Union, you might have heard, has some pretty serious economic-and-debt problems going on, but don’t you dare accuse them of neglecting the little things. They’ve found the time (and, presumably, the money and resources necessary for the added bureaucracy and enforcement) to attempt to expand further their regulation of the farming industry, as well as outlaw certain seeds that haven’t been explicitly tested and approved. They say they’re just trying to streamline and better the existing regulations, but not everyone’s convinced: The European Commission is reforming the European Union’s plant and animal health legislation

As a presidential speech writer for the first Bush White House, I am always very interested in what presidents say in their formal speeches. They know, of course, that their remarks will be widely covered by the press, studied by analysts, and influential in contemporary political debates. For that reason, presidents rarely speak off-the-cuff, and their every word is carefully chosen for exactly the message the White House wants to convey to the public.
