Attorney claims EPA chief
resigned over alias email accounts

Fox News, by Judson Berger & Doug McKelway

Original Article

A Washington attorney suing the Obama administration for access to alias emails sent by EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson claims that a recent decision by the Justice Department to release thousands of those emails next month contributed to her resigning Thursday. Jackson, in a brief written statement, said Thursday she is leaving the EPA after four years on the job, for "new challenges, time with my family and new opportunities to make a difference." The agency did not offer an explanation. But Chris Horner, a senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, said

Comments:
Those in the regime can never take the heat. You have to give Chris Horner credit for taking on the EPA. One of her radical underlings will just replace her. There are more than enough of them available.

Over and over again, regardless of the guffaws and protestations of the RAT infested media whores.

Good thing she´s a Democrat or she would be wearing bright orange.

FTa: EPA spokesman said the agency has for roughly a decade assigned internal and public email addresses to administrators

If that were truly the reason, a simpler method would be using initials in one or the other, or adding a number or code letter to the person´s name, while still allowing the easy look-up of "all" emails for a FOIA request.

Anyone who has more than two brain cells bumping into one another can see that.

My apologies to people with less than two brain cells, you know who you are.

The same EPA that purposely injected diesel exhaust into a sealed room with sick ´subjects´ who had no idea they were breathing toxic air. Just imagine for a second if this had occurred under the Bush Presidency. People read this story and think that it can´t be real. Not only is it real, but the EPA actually had a Carolina University help with the ´study.´ It was all contrived to justify even more regulation of diesel vehicles.

LOUISVILLE, Ky.-- The mystery of "Watterson-Gate" may now be revealed. A Jefferson County Democratic Party official alleged Thursday that two men affiliated with the liberal SuperPAC Progress Kentucky, Shawn Reilly and Curtis Morrison, bragged about secretly recording a private McConnell campaign meeting on February 2. "Why they did it, I didn´t know anything like that. They just got overwhelmed and recorded it," said Jacob Conway, a member of the Jefferson County Democratic Party Executive Committee. "Mr. Reilly is completely innocent of any criminal wrongdoing," countered Ted Shouse, Reilly´s attorney.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was vague in her answer about how Senate gun control legislation, now under consideration, could have prevented the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, but said initiatives for school safety might have provided better protection to the children in Newtown. “How can we ever not act upon the killing of 20 little children?” she asked. Pelosi cited an initiative about school safety in the Senate bill and its background check changes, which she said, “would have been very important.”

The conflict between law enforcement and armed military personnel in the community around Fort Hood, one of America’s largest military bases, has recently and repeatedly involved the issue of gun control — and the tension has been exacerbated in part by an Obama-supporting prosecutor described as a “bandleader” of anti-gun efforts in the heavily conservative community. The conflict reached a fever pitch last month, when Texas police arrested an active-duty army sergeant for “rudely displaying” a hunting rifle. The sergeant, C.J. If you, or your workplace, are still using Windows XP, it’s time to move on. Microsoft will officially end support for the 2001-vintage platform on April 8, 2014, just shy of a year from now. That means no more service packs, no more updates and, most importantly, no more security patches. Windows users generally receive periodic updates from Microsoft via its Windows Update service. These fixes often patch irregular behavior in the operating system. More importantly, they plug vital flaws in the OS´s security, preventing hackers and exploiters from running roughshod over private PCs.

Increased demand for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets have also played a role in this decline,

Controversial gun legislation cleared a key Senate hurdle Thursday, as lawmakers voted 68-31 to start debate on the package which includes expanded background checks and new penalties for gun trafficking. Senate Democrats, joined by a few Republicans, were able to overcome an attempted filibuster by more than a dozen senators opposed to the current bill. Those senators could still slow-walk the debate, but the Senate will ultimately begin votes on amendments -- one of which is considered crucial to winning support for a final vote.

After saying the United States needs to “equip our citizens with the skills and training” to fill jobs in manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, Obama said, “And that has to start at the earliest possible age.”
