Jake Tapper and Ed Henry are the only two White House Reporters who are actually reporting the news and asking O the tough questions.

My prediction is that Jake Tapper will be joining Fox News when his current contract with ABC comes to a merciful end. Just remember that Brit Hume went from ABC to Fox!

Tapper should have had the Sunday gig that Georgie Snafalopagus got. I think he´ll be ready when Roger Ailes makes that phone call.

While I believe that we are pretty far gone in so many areas of that "legislating" our way back to being moral and responsible is impossible, and "controling" guns is not the answer...

I wonder what Obama´s cronies in Chicago think about him finally "taking action" after the slaughter of middle class white kids...gong to meet with parents, attending memorial services etc.

He has not been to Chicago even ONCE to meet with his own neighbors, walk with Fr. Pflager through the streets or attended an innocent child´s funeral.

They thought they had one of "THEIR OWN"...on THEIR side. They were played for suckers. I wonder if they know it?

We don´t know anything about your involvement with Fast & Furious.
We don´t know anything about why four Americans were left to be slaughtered in Benghazi.
We don´t know why you think spending trillions of dollars is going to get us back to prosperity.
We don´t know anything about YOU, for that matter.

So no, Zero - we DON´T know.

A world-class smartass, that´s what the American people just re-elected.

And all that partying means no time to think about the lost lives in Chicago?

Is it me? Or did anyone else notice the curt, dismissive nature of Obama´s response? There´s something in his body language. I can´t put my finger on it. But he looked at Tapper like he wanted to throw him the f-bomb.

He really has no regard for us. I think he looks down on people. He´s impressed with himself and derides those who question him. Can you imagine his inner circle? Talk about "yes-men."

With readers/listeners getting the same information and coming to totally opposite conclusions, how in this world do we ever get anywhere??

When you are so busy saving the world there is just so much time in a day. Saving school children from shooters just didn´t come up that far on the priorities. There was the campaign, hob-nobbing with Hollywood, golf, and several vacations that just had to be done.

Gosh Jake, being President is tough, don´t you know that? And I´m tired now so I don´t need any more questions like that. Got it?

Obama was very quick to jump on the idea of disarming the American public, but what has he done to disarm the Libyans who did a mass killing on our embassy? Its more important for him to disarm us than the terrorists (or was it movie-watching protestors?).

He has not done anything about gun violence, because he was so busy not doing anything about so many other things. Like the economy, Benghazi, fast & furious, etc.

Everybody deplores what the crazy man did at the Connecticut school, but remember thousands of black kids have been murdered in the big city ghettos, by all sorts of means, and weapons, since Obama took office, and we never hear from him on all that.

Banning just about all modern semi-automatic firearms, encompassing both rifles and handguns, that can possibly hold a clip or magazine containing more then 10 rounds, as many liberal Democrats want, is not going to stop criminals and crazy people from murdering people, and would end up eliminating much of the US firearms industry that could not survive on US Government contracts that Obama also wants to slash, resulting in the loss of thousands of well paid US jobs.

Taking away the rights of hundreds of millions of law abiding Americans because of the homicidal criminal actions of several mad men will never be accepted by most Americans, and is bound to knock a lot of Democrat and Republican politicians out of office who vote for such a ban just as happened in the past.
