Lawsuits work incredibly well for socialist/fascist when socialist/fascist judges are in place. It has just the opposite affect when those that love and value freedom bring suits. And we have elected weak handed politicians that dupe us with ´conservative´ judges that adhere to the constitution only to find the Roberts of the world are shallow, superficial punks desperate to please their socialist/fascist masters. Lawsuits are for losers. Revolution is for a better country.

Keep suing! The point, imo, is the government has no right to tell private business what they must/must not cover. Could be birth control, abortion, or chiropractic.

I hope every business in this country joins this as a class action lawsuit. Let the supremes know how displeased we are with this rotten law!

Tom M´s efforts to stop being Fluked by Obama are admirable, but he is going to experience the wrath of Hussein for months, if not for years. IRS audits will become commonplace, as will OSHA, EEOC and ICE investigations. Tom can also expect problems with unions, from Teamsters who deliver goods to SEIU efforts to unionize Domino pizza employees. States controlled by Democrat governors will also add their regulatory muscle to make his life miserable.

Expect to see AP, CNN, NY Times and NBC stories about mistreatment of Domino employees, unclean kitchens, pizza´s carbon footprint and the unhealthy aspects of pizza. Tom and his company will hopefully win in court, but he should expect a struggle against Obama´s regulatory & PR tyranny.

Sue them without limit - to let the would-be dictators know that they are not supreme in this our Nation. And to #6: be of good cheer. Document meticulously all possible examples of revenge, violence, intimidation... and then sue some more while shouting from the rooftops about the thugs in "government" and their tactics. It is that or something much worse from them.

But #4 once the "camel´s nose was in the tent", with the government telling businesses they couldn´t allow smoking in their place of business, the government can & will do whatever they want. Don´t forget the low flush toilets that were foisted on the public, removing freon from the market, gas additives that can ruin engines & on & on with the "little" things to intrude into our daily lives. And for what? Control.....!!

Looks like it will Domino´s pizza for dinner. Brave men need our support.

Monaghan puts his money where his mouth is. Unfortunately, one of the upsides of the conservative attack on Obamacare is that it feeds the #1 donation source for the Democrats, which is the Trial Lawyers Association. I don´t think this is a coincidence.
The Democrat Party that forced Obamacare into existence should be forced to pay all legal costs involved, as these cases are decided against the tyrants in DC.
