| DETROIT — The founder of Domino´s Pizza is suing the federal government over mandatory contraception coverage in the new health care law.Tom Monaghan, a devout Roman Catholic, says contraception is not health care and instead is a "gravely immoral" practice. He´s a plaintiff in a lawsuit filed Friday in federal court, along with his Domino´s Farms, which runs an office park near Ann Arbor. Monaghan offers health insurance that excludes contraception and abortion for employees. The new law requires employers to offer insurance that includes contraception coverage or risk fines.

Lawsuits work incredibly well for socialist/fascist when socialist/fascist judges are in place. It has just the opposite affect when those that love and value freedom bring suits. And we have elected weak handed politicians that dupe us with ´conservative´ judges that adhere to the constitution only to find the Roberts of the world are shallow, superficial punks desperate to please their socialist/fascist masters. Lawsuits are for losers. Revolution is for a better country.

Keep suing! The point, imo, is the government has no right to tell private business what they must/must not cover. Could be birth control, abortion, or chiropractic.

Tom M´s efforts to stop being Fluked by Obama are admirable, but he is going to experience the wrath of Hussein for months, if not for years. IRS audits will become commonplace, as will OSHA, EEOC and ICE investigations. Tom can also expect problems with unions, from Teamsters who deliver goods to SEIU efforts to unionize Domino pizza employees. States controlled by Democrat governors will also add their regulatory muscle to make his life miserable.
Expect to see AP, CNN, NY Times and NBC stories about mistreatment of Domino employees, unclean kitchens, pizza´s carbon footprint and the unhealthy aspects of pizza. Tom and his company will hopefully win in court, but he should expect a struggle against Obama´s regulatory & PR tyranny.

Sue them without limit - to let the would-be dictators know that they are not supreme in this our Nation. And to #6: be of good cheer. Document meticulously all possible examples of revenge, violence, intimidation... and then sue some more while shouting from the rooftops about the thugs in "government" and their tactics. It is that or something much worse from them.

But #4 once the "camel´s nose was in the tent", with the government telling businesses they couldn´t allow smoking in their place of business, the government can & will do whatever they want. Don´t forget the low flush toilets that were foisted on the public, removing freon from the market, gas additives that can ruin engines & on & on with the "little" things to intrude into our daily lives. And for what? Control.....!!

Tom is no slouch - he started a law school, Ave Maria School of Law. Take heart, Tom may be our side´s best hope to beat the Obamacare monster.
Ave Maria School of Law was founded in 1999, and for the first nine years of its existence was located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The school currently has thirty-five professors including Robert Bork (former United States Supreme Court nominee rejected by the US Senate), several visiting professors, and eight esteemed legal writing professors. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia assisted Ave Maria School of Law leadership in developing the school´s curriculum, and in 1999 Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas delivered the school´s first annual Ave Maria Lecture.
Maybe Scalia and Thomas have given him some advice and this is their way of fighting back against Roberts´ misguided ruling on Obamacare.

Interesting note - Tom Monaghan sold his interest in Domino´s Pizza to - you guessed it - Bain Capital some years ago.
So poster #2, if you prefer another brand of delivery pizza, go ahead and order that tonight. Won´t make any difference to Tom, a true American patriot.

Go, Tom, go!
Monaghan puts his money where his mouth is. In addition to the Ave Maria School of Law, he has also endowed the Dominican Sisters who, from their motherhouse in Ann Arbor, teach in many schools across the country. These young, dedicated, joyful women (locally known as the "pizza nuns" and the "happy nuns") are part of one of the fastest-growing orders in the world. They are bringing the sorely needed good news of the God of love to the children of the world. Go Tom, and go "Happy Nuns"!

Unfortunately, one of the upsides of the conservative attack on Obamacare is that it feeds the #1 donation source for the Democrats, which is the Trial Lawyers Association. I don´t think this is a coincidence. The Democrat Party that forced Obamacare into existence should be forced to pay all legal costs involved, as these cases are decided against the tyrants in DC.

What is the purpose of GreenTech Automotive? The company, founded by Terry McAuliffe, is now a top issue in this year’s Virginia race for governor. Until recently, the controversy over the company centered on the firm’s October 2009 decision to build a plant in Mississippi instead of Virginia. McAuliffe contended that he wanted to build a plant in Virginia, but the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) — the state’s business-recruitment agency — wouldn’t play ball.

Bernie Madoff’s surviving son is putting on a brave face as he battles a cancer relapse — which he blames on the stress of living with the shame of his dad’s $65 billion Ponzi scheme. With a head gone bald due to chemotherapy, Andrew Madoff said his stage-four mantle-cell lymphoma had been in remission for 10 years until he went through the trauma of his father’s scandal — when sent him to prison for life in 2009 — and his brother’s 2010 suicide. “One way to think of this is the scandal and everything that happened killed my brother very quickly,”

Now that former congresman Anthony Weiner has made clear he is looking seriously at running for mayor of New York City later this year, the next obvious question is: Would he actually stand a chance of being elected? This is the same Weiner, after all, who was run from Congress after photos of his, um, privates, emerged online in 2011. That Weiner was sending photos to women he never met while his wife, longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin, was pregnant with the couple’s first child made it even worse — if that’s possible.

Nobody does bluster better than Pyongyang. In the past few weeks the country’s hardworking propagandists declared a “state of war” with South Korea, announced plans to restart a plutonium-producing reactor and threatened the U.S. with nuclear Armageddon. A North Korean spokesman found the time to decry the “venomous swish” of the South Korean President’s skirt. CARACAS - The late Hugo Chavez´s self-declared socialist revolution will be put to the test at a presidential election on Sunday that pits his chosen successor against a younger rival promising change in the nation he polarized. Most opinion polls give his protege, acting President Nicolas Maduro, a strong lead thanks to Chavez´s endorsement and the surge of grief and sympathy over his death from cancer last month. Maduro, a burly 50-year-old former bus driver, is promising to be faithful to Chavez´s socialist policies and he has copied his former boss´ fierce rhetoric throughout the campaign.

This story has been updated. On February 2, Mitch McConnell, the Republican leader in the US Senate, opened up his 2014 reelection campaign headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky, and in front of several dozen supporters vowed to "point out" the weaknesses of any opponent fielded by the Democrats. "They want to fight? We´re ready," he declared. McConnell was serious: Later that day, he was huddling with aides in a private meeting to discuss how to attack his possible Democratic foes, including actor/activist Ashley Judd, who was then contemplating challenging the minority leader.

The sequester may have many across the country singing the blues, but for President Obama, it was all about Memphis Soul. Even with the threat of furloughs and government cuts sparked by the sequester, Obama took the time to enjoy a star-studded concert at the White House tonight. The White House celebration of Memphis Soul music in the East Room--which included special guest appearances by Queen Latifah and Justin Timberlake--is likely to rile Obama´s Republican foes. Some conservatives have called on Obama to give up golf, especially since popular public tours of the White House have been canceled because of

In the message he issued along with his budget proposal on Wednesday morning, President Barack Obama said he wants to see 4-year-old children in the United States enrolled in public schools. Obama said America needs to start enrolling 4-year-olds to make sure the children are “better prepared for the demands of the global economy” and to help parents save on "child-care costs." After saying the United States needs to “equip our citizens with the skills and training” to fill jobs in manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, Obama said, “And that has to start at the earliest possible age.”

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius conceded Monday that implementing the Affordable Care Act has been more complicated and frustrating than the Obama administration expected, largely due to Republicans who have opposed the law´s state-based exchanges and Medicaid expansion. "The politics has been relentless and that continues," Sebelius said. "There was some hope that once the Supreme Court ruled in July, and then once an election occurred there would be a sense that, ´This is the law of the land, let´s get on board, let´s make this work.´"

Whatever big-busted fantasies crawl around the ex-congressman’s delirious noggin, la Weiner made his next goal as clear as the skin of the wholesome college students he craved: He relishes being Mayor Weiner. Please, shut up this clown. Worse, Weiner is living under a kind of house arrest, sentenced to take extreme grief
