Left Mobilizes to Politicize
School Shooting

Rushlimbaugh.com, by Rush Limbaugh

Original Article

Posted By:Desert Fox, 12/14/2012 5:13:14 PM

RUSH: A terrible and awful thing has happened in Connecticut at a school in Newtown, Connecticut, I´m told. A shooting at a school, 26 people dead, including 18 children. It´s just awful. It is terrible, incomprehensible. But I´m gonna tell you something. As we sit here at this very moment, you know it and I know it, there are liberals trying to find a way to blame this on conservatives and Republicans. It may sound a little hard-edged to say that, but I´ve lived through these things for 25-plus years.

Norah O´Donnell on the CBS feed has mentioned politicians are now going to ´have to do something about this´ over and over and over. Other reporters, with whom she is speaking, are mostly more measured in their comments but Norah keeps interjecting her personal comments. One reporter mentioned that perhaps they should look to themselves because it could be that new shooters were emulating those who had achieved notoriety though media reportage of their acts but his comments were completely ignored. Also, CBS has already issued a statement from Gabrielle Gifford´s husband; protesters are planning to demonstrate outside of the White House and the list goes on and on. Rush is absolutely right - liberals can´t wait to blame this horror on conservatives and Republicans.

Why gun control? you don´t care about the fact that if we have no 2nd. amendment we will all be at the mercy of an ungodly dictator gunning every citizen at will just like these poor little children and care takers.
Without the right to protect our lives we face a totally evil world Government that had no place in the freedom of America. If your leaders think they will rule when they destroy this nation well they will be the first eliminated --as usual.

The liberal communists will not stop until they take away all of our rights! My husband, I and my children all own guns for pleasure and protection. I keep myself armed at all times (even at the gym), so if some whack job starts shooting I´m protected. If you ask me , everyone should be required to be armed. - that would stop shootings immediately. Our rights are there to protect God loving Americans ...don´t let the godless make us weaker ,

Responsible adults need to get together to make sure psychiatrists are required by law to institutionalize anyone who is prescribed anti-depressant or anti-psychotic drugs until they can be evaluated. When there used to be mental hospitals, there were a lot less shootings. On the other hand taking away guns does not change anything but the convenience factor. It is deplorable and proves that this nation has to have a hard discussion about what to do with people who are a danger to the community and themselves. If any group can be attached to a common thread here it is the ACLU who unleashed mental defectives in this country decades ago. Now the crimes they have committed year after year will be used as an excuse to treat every American citizens as a criminal. Guns? Guns were more common and unregulated in the 1950s and this kind of abomination didn´t happen.

RTC is the only sane solution.
Meanwhile, for those of us who are true believers, take a moment. I can´t rejoice that these young lives were taken, but I MUST believe it was for a reason. Perhaps our Lord decided that they were so kind and sweet that they didn´t deserve to spend the normal amount of time in this earthly vale of tears. I can´t know.
I can only believe that they are all now with God. In the arms of an angel.
And that the shooter is in H**l.

Actually we need a formal and vocal movement to ban all "gun free zones" and this sort of thing would stop happening. This pond scum would not have gotten off a round if there had been sane people with firearms present.

The Muslim scum who used to attack schools and restaurants in Israel started resorting to bombs because they got thier butts shot off if they stuck around trying to use firearms.

President Post-partisan is submitting a bait-and-switch budget to Congress this week: more taxes, more spending, and it´s only two months after the legal deadline. So that´s another year for the locusts. Scott Johnson at Powerline was already talking about the year the locusts ate at the end of 2009. For a bit of context, Winston Churchill gave his "Locust Years" speech in November 1936, and he was talking about the mere two years that the locusts had eaten since Hitler had come to power and started rearmament.

So maybe life in the old days wasn´t all Ozzy and Harriet, or Wally and Beaver. In their day, however, we do know that one in ten school-age children were not being diagnosed with ADHD. That also means two-thirds of those children were not being treated with stimulants like Ritalin and Adderall. Neither were 5% of 12-19 year olds taking anti-depressants. This raises the question: besides the egregious influence of pill-pushing pharmaceutical companies, what was different in American life previous to the prescription drug culture in which our children now live?

North Korea intensified threats of an imminent conflict against the United States and the South on Tuesday, warning foreigners to evacuate South Korea to avoid being dragged into a "merciless, sacred, retaliatory war". The North´s latest antagonistic message belied an atmosphere free of anxiety in the South Korean capital, where the city center was bustling with traffic and offices operated normally. Pyongyang has shown no sign of preparing its 1.2 million-strong army for war, indicating the threat could be partly intended to bolster Kim Jong-un, 30, the third in his family to lead the reclusive country.

Mrs. Thatcher’s predecessor as prime minister, the amiable but forgotten Sunny Jim Callaghan, once confided to a friend of mine that he thought Britain’s decline was irreversible and that the government’s job was to manage it as gracefully as possible. By 1979, even this modest aim seemed beyond the capabilities of the British establishment, and the nation turned to a woman who was one of the few even in a supposedly “conservative” party not to subscribe to the Callaghan thesis. She reversed the decline, at home and overseas.

Margaret Thatcher had more impact on the world than any woman ruler since Catherine the Great of Russia. Not only did she turn around—decisively—the British economy in the 1980s, she also saw her methods copied in more than 50 countries. "Thatcherism" was the most popular and successful way of running a country in the last quarter of the 20th century and into the 21st. Her origins were humble. Born Oct. 13, 1925, she was the daughter of a grocer in the Lincolnshire town of Grantham. Alfred Roberts was no ordinary shopkeeper.

President Obama will release his overdue budget on Wednesday. It will doubtless project a reduction in the federal budget deficit—a projection that journalists, commentators and policy makers should ignore. To do otherwise is to be complicit in fraud. Strong statement? Not really. For 50 years or so the federal government has deliberately and to an increasing extent misstated probable future budget deficits. Democrats and Republicans are guilty. The White House is guilty. And so is Congress. Private firms that deliberately misrepresent their financial statements in this fashion would be guilty of a crime. The magnitude of the misrepresentation is breathtaking.

Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church.
