NBC´s Chuck Todd: Susan Rice a Victim
of Conservative ´Advocacy Media´

Breitbart´s Big Journalism, by Warner Todd Huston

Original Article

Posted By:Dreadnought, 12/13/2012 9:55:36 PM

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice announced Thursday that she was taking herself out of the running to be considered the next Secretary of State. NBC´s Chuck Todd blamed "conservative advocacy media" for forcing Rice´s decision. To Todd, it was nothing but a right-wing witch-hunt. Todd appeared on MSNBC on Thursday and proclaimed that Rice was a victim because she didn´t have a "consulting team or a full PR team" at her disposal. I guess the White House wasn´t enough of a megaphone for her. “It was all driven, in many cases, by some conservative outlets

There have been a lot of victims of NBC advocacy media, Zimmerman being the most recent. Throw in MSNBC and it would take all night to list the victims.

NBC,MSNBC,CNN International, and CNN has been wrong from the first instant...while Fox News led the effort for more details...about why no US Armed Forces were able to protect the US Ambassador and 3 brave men. Hours and hours went by...while requests for help went "into thin air ". Since Sept. 11,2012 I have seen or read no logical account...and I wonder why ?

Does Chuck Todd know about this? How about Andrea Mitchell who said that the Republicans would never support Susan Rice because of her Race and Gender? This is very confusing!

Shortly after I first saw Chuck Todd on TV in early 08 as the financial crisis was unfolding, he was doing a news report from the White House. The studio anchor asked him a question about his report. Chucky said that he really didn´t know a lot about finance and then proceeded to give us his opinion on the matter at hand. At that point, I knew he was a jerk who was impressed with his own importance and I haven´t paid much attention to him since.

Supreme Court justices seek

The Supreme Court searched Tuesday for ways to let women get birth control without the government forcing their employers to cover the cost, as justices tried to balance business owners’ religious rights against allowing religious objections to a broad range of public policy issues. Justices touched on abortion, the limits of federal power and details of birth control, but the case centering on the Hobby Lobby craft store chain likely will come down to whether the court believes for-profit companies and their owners can claim a moral conscience objection to paying for employees’ birth control. The court’s liberal members —

The Washington Post is reporting that the Obama administration will give extra time to Americans who say they are unable to enroll in health-care plans through the federal insurance marketplace by the March 31 deadline. According to the Post, consumers who have begun to apply for coverage on HealthCare.gov, but who do not finish by Monday, will have until about mid-April to ask for an extension. To take advantage of this extension, consumers need only check a box on HealthCare.gov to indicate that they tried to enroll before the deadline. In the context of talking about limits on free speech, it’s common to say that your freedom to swing your fist ends where my nose begins. That seems like a sensible way to think about the freedom of religion case just argued before the Supreme Court: whether employers can be required to pay for contraceptive methods that would violate their religious convictions. Most disputes about religious freedom are bilateral — with the government on one side and the individual claiming infringement of religious liberty on the other. But Tuesday’s cases, involving Oklahoma-based crafts store Hobby Lobby and Pennsylvania cabinetmaker

The Supreme Court seemed divided Tuesday over whether the religious objections of business owners protect them from a requirement in President Obama’s Affordable Care Act that health insurance plans cover all types of contraceptives. With both spring snow and demonstrators gathering on the sidewalk outside, the justices spent a spirited 90 minutes debating religious conviction, equal treatment for female workers and whether the court would be opening the door for religious challenges to all sorts of government regulation. It is difficult to predict a precise outcome based on the justices’ wide-ranging questions and statements.

Several justices sharply questioned Obamacare’s “abortion mandate” today at the Supreme Court, and five justices – a majority of the court – appeared deeply skeptical of the controversial regulation at issue. Chief Justice John Roberts—who turned out to be the swing vote in Obamacare’s first foray at the Court—expressed strong disagreement with several of the Obama administration’s arguments about legal protections for religious companies facing a mandate to provide contraceptives against their beliefs. And Justice Anthony Kennedy—regarded as the swing vote in this case—separately expressed concern about how the

A pair of potentially catastrophic cases will be argued before the Supreme Court on Tuesday. Rejecting the rigidly hierarchical and stratified societies of the ancient world, Jesus Christ taught the equal dignity of all persons, proclaimed that the meek shall inherit the earth, and declared that the last shall be first and the first shall be last. The Western world has been working out the logic of these subversive teachings ever since, with the institutional transformation of marriage being the latest, though surely not the last, example of its social, moral,
