Two 14-year-old boys who allegedly shot dead a young mother in an argument over a packet of cigarettes posted pictures of themselves brandishing guns on Facebook hours after the crime. Police are still searching for Todavia Cleckley and Marcus Velasquez, who will be tried as adults for the murder in Beaver Hills, Pennsylvania on Saturday afternoon. A third boy, 13-year-old Kyle Goosby, is already in custody and has been charged with conspiracy to commit homicide.
Comments: Animals. Interesting that we continue to get complete coverage of the destruction of our once-great nation from the Daily Mail. Silence from the American media--co-conspirators in the assault on our culture.
single teen mother, lots of piercings, boyfriend, lots of piercings, apparently bought cigarettes at the store. Two young black thugs, already with lots of criminal history, shoot because the single mother and her boyfriend wouldn´t give up the cigarettes. We are a society gone mad. And I would bet that every one of the partipants was a welfare recipient...
Should you wish to get a detailed look into the Thuglife culture this blog can fill you in. http://chasthuglife.blogspot.com/
This is everywhere. These children have no responsible adults in their lives, and indeed, many of them already have their own spawn that are being indoctrinated into the life. We are paying for this and supporting it. There are not enough prisons, and even when there they continue their thugging on smuggled cell phones, plotting their further deeds when they emerge.
the political wizzards know spending millions on ads regarding their candidates is a huge influencial tool to get votes.
However, films showing horrific material dealing with knives, ropes, poisions, stranglings, pushing ,shovng and yes, guns are believed to have no impact on youth.
These boys probably have no idea that their actions have huge consequences all the way a round. Death is permanent - not like in the movies, and their actions will change their standing in the world for the rest of their life. No replays, no editing, no second chance.
Producers of such so called entertainment need to be more responsible.
Stop the ideas for changing the situation. It´s over with. This is the way it´s going to be. Carry a gun everywhere you go. And a knife; a utility knife. An inch deep cut is as effective as a 6-inch deep cut. And pepper spray. The cop quality. Not the cutesy stuff from the mall. You´ll be OK, and phooey with everybody else.
#17 a death penalty in PA is essentially nothing but three hots and a cot for life. Look at that cop killer, whose name I refuse to remember, who has been on death row for what, 20 years? And with some of the Hollywood slime chiming in on his behalf every time the State tries to set a departure date for the perp.
#14 is on to something here. The Hollywood liberals try to tell us that movies, TV, etc. don´t foster violence. Really? Then why do companies pay billions to advertise if they don´t think it influences people to do things (buy their product).
These urban city ´yutes´ have no idea what real death is. They have never seen a pig slaughtered and dressed or even seen a chicken get it´s neck wrung. They get their information from video games and violent movies. In the some of the games you can get extra ´lives´ so you can keep shooting. Nobody is really dead.
I don´t think that this affects most young people with a stable home life but it certainly affects the children of the ghetto with their horrible culture and low IQ´s.
ATLANTA, Georgia -- What seemed like a pipe dream in mid-November is now a reality. Only a year after total collapse, Auburn is heading to Pasadena to take on Florida State in the BCS national championship game. Three hours after No. 3 Auburn finished beating No. 5 Missouri in the SEC Championship and started stumping to be chosen over an undefeated Ohio State team, Michigan State erased any debate by beating the Buckeyes 34-24 in the Big Ten championship game in Indianapolis.
RALEIGH — Most of North Carolina’s congressional staffers — the men and women who work for the state’s two U.S. senators and 13 members of the U.S. House of Representatives — will be entering the District of Columbia’s health care exchange once the Affordable Care Act takes effect in January. One notable exception: the office of 1st District Rep. G.K. Butterfield. “The consensus amongst my team was to keep the same employer-sponsored coverage every other employee receives,” Butterfield said in a statement.
An Alabama fan was shot dead after a fight outside a football-watching party shortly after the Crimson Tide lost in a stunning upset to the Auburn Tigers Saturday. Michelle Shepherd was attacked by fellow fans of the University of Alabama after she commented that she didn´t care that much that the team had lost, her sister says. Saturday's 34-28 loss to in-state rivals the Auburn Tigers in a remarkable last-second touchdown means Alabama lost its No. 1 ranking and, likely, its chance to play for a third-consecutive national championship. Ms Shepherd, a mother of three and a career social worker
Fewer than half the students in North Carolina and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools have the reading and math skills they need to be on track for college and skilled jobs, based on results of new state exams released Thursday. Students took the tests last school year, as North Carolina moved toward tougher national academic standards designed to give a more honest measure of skills.
Unbelievable surveillance video captured flash mobs dashing into store after store and running out with armloads and sometimes entire racks of sporting goods. It has happened at three different Sports Authority stores in the Chicago area. This past Monday in Burbank at just before 1 p.m., five individuals entered a Sports Authority and soon after they were off. Video shows them running out the door with rack after rack of apparel and an employee giving chase.

(snip) It’s Kim Ratliff, the board’s Democratic vice chairwoman, who told WBTV that she’d prefer commissioners not choose a “white male” to be the next county manager. WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - A local church has elected to stop performing marriage ceremonies for straight couples until same-sex marriage is legalized. (snip) “Because the United Methodist Church prohibits its pastors from conducting same-sex weddings, excluding gay and lesbian couples from the holy sacrament of marriage, the Leadership Council has asked the pastor to refrain from conducting wedding ceremonies in our sanctuary for straight couples, until the denomination lifts its ban for same-sex couples.”
LONDON– Rapper Kanye West launched into a mid-concert rant against a range of people that included corporate executives, Justin Timberlake and one of his most famous public critics – President Barack Obama. In a performance at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on Saturday, the Chicago-born rapper at one point said: “I don’t give a f–k what the president’s got to say,” to an ecstatic London audience.
Bank of America has reportedly frozen the account of gun manufacturer American Spirit Arms, according to its owner, Joe Sirochman. In a Facebook post dated December 29, Sirochman wrote the following: “My name is Joe Sirochman owner of American Spirit Arms...our Web site orders have jumped 500 percent causing our Web site e-commerce processing larger deposits to Bank of America. So they decided to hold the deposits for further review. “After countless hours on the phone with Bank of America, I finally got a manager in the right department that told me the reason that the deposits were on hold
RALEIGH It took less than 10 minutes Saturday for Republican Pat McCrory to complete a journey he’d started years ago, from Charlotte City Hall to North Carolina’s governor’s mansion. With his left hand on two bibles, McCrory took the oath of office as the state’s 74th governor in a ceremony long on pomp but short in duration.
RALEIGH -- Republican Pat McCrory became North Carolina’s 74th governor Saturday in a brief, simple ceremony that nevertheless marked a major shift in political power in the state. It took only several minutes for McCrory, a 56-year year old former Charlotte mayor and former utility executive, to take the oath of office in the old Senate Chambers in the historic Capitol. The parade, balls, inaugural address and other celebrations surrounding a new governor will occur over the next week.
New York — The anchor who might beat Bill O’Reilly gets her eyelash extensions applied one at a time, with tweezers and dabs of glue, about 90 minutes before showtime, right after a motorized gun sprays foundation over her face, neck, shoulders, collarbone and sternum, wiping out a galaxy of light freckles that spreads across her — Let me stop you right there. Photos of the day Uruguay legalizes marijuana, Kiev police pull back from protesters, aging U.S. prison population and more. Tuesday´s Photos of the day Would you write this way about a man? About O’Reilly himself? At least that’s what Megyn Kelly might ask at
In August 2013 I became very sick with what I thought was a cold. After a few days I lost vision in my left eye and I checked into the hospital. I soon found out that what I thought was a summer cold was actually Strep bacteria poisoning my blood stream. The bacteria blinded my left eye, ate a hole through my heart, caused five strokes on both sides of my brain and forced the removal of my prosthetic left knee. Dr. Lee was the surgeon assigned to perform open heart surgery. What was originally scheduled to last four hours ended
The health director who approved the release of President Obama’s birth certificate has died in a plane crash, Hawaiian officials said Thursday. Loretta Fuddy died after the Cessna Grand Caravan aircraft she was travelling on went down shortly after leaving Kalaupapa Airport at around 3:15 p.m. local time (10:15 a.m. ET) on Wednesday. The other eight people on board were rescued, Richard Schuman, president of Makani Kai Air, told NBC News early Thursday, adding that that there was no indication as to why the plane had crashed. Fuddy hit the headlines two years ago when she approved a waiver request allowing Obama to
House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) snapped at conservative groups that have come out in opposition to the budget deal reached Wednesday between Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.). "They´re using the American people for their own purposes. This is ridiculous," Boehner said at a press conference with other members of House Republican leadership on Wednesday. Over the past few days, a number of conservative groups have blasted the deal because it sets discretionary spending levels in the budget higher than previous levels under sequestration. In the past three days, the influential Heritage Action, Club for Growth, Americans
Fox News host Megyn Kelly has made herself the center of a racial controversy by declaring that Jesus Christ and Santa Claus are white. On Wednesday night, Kelly was responding to an article by Slate writer Aisha Harris, who wrote an article entitled “ Santa Claus Should Not Be a White Man Anymore .” The popular news host told viewers of “The Kelly File,” her hit FNC program, “When I saw this headline, I kinda laughed and I said, ‘Oh, this is ridiculous. Yet another person claiming it´s racist to have a white Santa.’ And by the way, for all you kids
Views of the tea party are at all-time lows in a new poll, as primary challenges to establishment Republicans continue to heat up Washington. Just 30 percent of Americans view the tea party favorably in a new Gallup poll released Wednesday, the movement’s lowest point since Gallup began polling about it during its rise in 2010. Also in a first, a majority of Americans had an unfavorable view of the tea party, at 51 percent. Similar numbers of respondents described themselves as proponents or opponents of the tea party: Twenty-two percent identified themselves as tea party supporters, while 24 percent said they
Looks like this president can’t get away with flirting in front of his wife… It appears that first lady Michelle Obama was none too pleased with the way that President Barack Obama was acting toward Denmark Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt during a ceremony honoring Nelson Mandela, and before too long, they switched seats. This lmao! Michelle Obama vs Prime Minister of Denmark at Mandela´s ceremony. pic.twitter.com/Rq4uF9fTaZ — Stun (@TheBlogPirate) December 10, 2013
THE Internet has been abuzz over the spectacle of President Obama and the prime ministers of Britain and Denmark snapping a photo of themselves — a “selfie,” to use the mot du jour — with a smartphone at the memorial service for Nelson Mandela in South Africa on Tuesday. Leaving aside whether it was appropriate, the moment captured the democratization of image making that is a hallmark of our gadget-filled, technologically rich era. Manifestly undemocratic, in contrast, is the way Mr. Obama’s administration — in hypocritical defiance of the principles of openness and transparency he campaigned on — has systematically tried
If you go down on the ice today you´re sure of a big surprise - a rare glimpse of 20 polar bears gorging on a bloody midnight feast. These photographs show a rare cluster of males, females and cubs all dining out on the remains of a whale carcass. They spent a night and a day stripping every last morsel from the mammoth sea creature. Usually Polar bears are solitary and would never tolerate being so close to each other. But with food in plentiful supply and bellies dragging on the floor they seem too lethargic to fight.Wildlife photographer Michal
The Sexiest Man Alive is being enlisted to spice up Obamacare. Pop singer Adam Levine, who won the designation from People magazine last month, is among the celebrities who’ll be promoting enrollment in online health insurance exchanges as part of a social media campaign kicking off tomorrow. With enrollment totals behind administration projections after the botched start-up of the federal exchange, 17 state exchanges joined by an advocacy group are drawing on Obama administration allies in entertainment and sports to promote sign-ups, using social media such as Facebook and Twitter. Reprising a tactic President Barack Obama successfully employed in his 2012 re-election, organizers
Mike Huckabee today ended his daily radio show heard on 200 stations across the nation, the first obvious sign that he is considering another presidential bid in what is shaping up to be a jammed 2016 GOP primary. He has hosted the “Mike Huckabee Show” on Cumulus Media since April 2012, but said that it takes up to nine hours a day to prepare. “As for the new endeavors, at this time, it would best for me to say, ?Stay tuned!´" he wrote on his Facebook page. Supporters won´t have to wait long. On Friday, he is participating in a “Pastors and
He’s running out of superlatives, but Borough President Marty Markowitz managed to come up with one more Tuesday: Brooklyn is the “lesbian capital” of the Northeast. The borough’s bubbly chief cheerleader gave the unusual shout-out during a radio interview on WNYC. “We remain the lesbian capital of New York City and the Northeast,” Markowitz proclaimed. “In other words, we have a much larger lesbian population in Brooklyn. New York City is fortunate to have a large LBGT community, but in Brooklyn in particular, the lesbian community, there’s no question it’s the capital of the Northeast. “They’ve made unbelievable contributions to the quality of life
