So have several others from both parties. The SCOTUS can´t overturn the 22nd Amendment, it must be repealed by another Amendment passed by both Houses of Congress and ratified by 3/4ths (38) of the States.

For now Hillary WILL BE the next president no matter what. The press has already elected her. It´s not a sure thing that the Democrats will nominate Hillary Clinton in the end, as look what happened last time when Barack Obama showed up out of nowhere. Remember the Democrats need a large black vote to win national elections. So if an Obama clone suddenly shows up and runs against Clinton in the Democrat primaries, and if the Democrats want to win the general election they might be forced to pick the black clone over Clinton to ensure that a big portion of their black base will not feel insulted if Clinton were to knock out their black candidate for the nomination.

The only way to get past that is to nominate Clinton with a black candidate, maybe Michelle Obama as VP on a Clinton ticket. The liberal media would then crow about Clinton winning in 2016 and 2020, with Michelle Obama then keeping the Democrats in the White House through 2024 and 2028.

If that liberal dream were to happen, the resulting progressive agenda would ensure that the USA would be an entirely different country indeed.
