Obama to Pitch Unilateral
and Unlimited Debt Ceiling
Authority Today

PJ Media, by Bryan Preston

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 12/5/2012 11:21:33 AM

President Obama will deliver a speech today in which he will personally pitch for unilateral authority to raise the national debt ceiling. Reuters reports that the president wants the ability to raise the nation’s credit card limit by himself, without the “drama” of having to consult the people’s representatives in Congress. The president is embarked on an aggressive campaign to pressure congressional Republicans to compromise on steps to avoid the so-called fiscal cliff. He will argue to corporate executives that it would hurt the nation’s economy to have another protracted political fight over raising the debt

Comments:
The Marxist 0bama sure isn´t wasting anytime slipping into the role of a dictator. He hasn´t even been sworn in for the second time and he´s already out of control. I sure dread the next four years.

The Prince of Darkness needs an unlimited debt ceiling to cover costs of his future vacations, Mooch´s separate vacays with her mother, brother & his kids and the 30 close friends who regularly travel with her. OPlus, the weekly WH dance party must be expanded to twice weekly, and save-the-planet ethanol has like driven up the price of Waygu beef. And Michelle´s little vegetable garden plot has to tended to by her ever larger staff. Increasing the national debt by just $2 trillion more is like totally unreal. And, surely racist .

This is worse than unconstitutional.

Tyrants always plead necessity.

Democracy and representative government lacks the potential speed, flexibility and efficacy of monarchy. In times of emergency the ancient Romans appointed a dictator for a period of one year. Maybe Obama should ask for temporary emergency powers even broader than raising the debt ceiling. What about unlimited authority to order anybody to do anything without having to bother to get approval from any branch of government?

Go for it, dude. Keep it up! Put the pedal to the metal! Show the Americans who put you in office and then, after 4 years, actually voted to keep you in office ANOTHER four years, the kind of guy you really are and what your true beliefs really are. Don´t hold back! Let the real Obama shine through as never before!

A Michigan high school canceled a speech by former Sen. Rick Santorum after teachers became outraged over his opposition to gay marriage and threatened to stage protests and a possible work stoppage. Santorum had been invited to deliver a upcoming speech on leadership by the Young Americans for Freedom chapter at Gross Pointe South High School. But the speech was canceled on Monday after the school district’s superintendent heard from angry teachers. “It’s a sad day when liberal educators are allowed to influence young minds – extending free speech rights only to those who share their liberal views,” Santorum said

In the message he issued along with his budget proposal on Wednesday morning, President Barack Obama said he wants to see 4-year-old children in the United States enrolled in public schools. Obama said America needs to start enrolling 4-year-olds to make sure the children are “better prepared for the demands of the global economy” and to help parents save on "child-care costs." After saying the United States needs to “equip our citizens with the skills and training” to fill jobs in manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, Obama said, “And that has to start at the earliest possible age.”

President Obama´s push to pass stricter gun control laws will cost Democrats in the 2014 midterm elections, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said Wednesday. "I think the president has shown he is willing to demagogue an issue and that it is ultimately going to backfire," Cruz said in an interview on Laura Ingraham´s radio show. Cruz´s comments come as Congress debates passing a set of gun control measures meant to reduce gun violence and prevent shooting massacres similar to the one at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.

During Barack Obama´s presidency there have been 32 background checks for gun purchases every minute. Since February of 2009, the first full month of Obama´s presidency, there have been 70,291,049 background checks for gun purchases, according to data released by the FBI. Using February 1, 2009 as our starting date, and March 31, 2013 as our end date, (the latest data from the FBI) Obama has been president for 1,520 days. That equates to 36,480 hours, or 2,188,800 minutes. Divide the 70,291,049 background checks by 2,188,800 minutes and you get approximately 32 checks for gun purchases every minute!

As he rolls out his fiscal 2014 budget on Wednesday, a new survey finds that Americans haven’t felt this confident about President Obama’s handling of the economy since his first year in office. The Gallup poll, which sampled more than 1,000 Americans, found that 57 percent say they have a “great deal or a fair amount of confidence” in Mr. Obama to do the right thing on the economy. That’s up from just 50 percent last year and hasn’t been this high since it hit 71 percent in 2008. Trust in congressional Republicans, on the other hand, remains low.

All of these are very valid questions, but bring to light another issue: Isn’t there some one else who’s also pregnant right now? Some one who is substantially more important than Kim Kardashian?
