| LOS ANGELES— An actress who appeared in the anti-Muslim film blamed for sparking violence in the Middle East has lost another legal bid to have the trailer taken down from YouTube. A federal judge in Los Angeles denied a motion for injunction on Friday by Cindy Lee Garcia. It wasn´t immediately known whether Garcia´s attorneys would file an appeal. Garcia lost a similar legal challenge in state court when a judge rejected her lawsuit in September. "Innocence of Muslims," which depicts the Prophet Mohammad as a religious fraud and womanizer, enraged Muslims and ignited violence in the Middle East, killing dozens.

Without the publicity Obama gave it, those riots wouldn´t have happened and those people would be alive.

Obama and comrades pushed the film (I think they had a hand in producing it) as the alternative explanation for the attack. Only the most gullible bought the story of the angry movie crowd; it was obviously an Obama lie. The real truth has yet to be exposed.
Our lying leaders don´t wipe up their behinds enough not to leave a smell. Like Mouchelle says, he stinks in the morning (after talking his dodo all night (to the mirror).) He´s dangerous to all.

Obama doesn´t want people seeing the movie because it makes his claim that the film sparked the Benghazi killings look even more ridiculous.

This so-called actress didn´t mind taking the paycheck for the movie, did she? Now she´s complaining? Typical Tinseltown putz.

For all her shortcomings and all her talent, one thing is certain: Sarah Palin can draw attention. The love and hate for Palin—depending on which camp you’re in—gives her a gift few possess: The ability to generate a reaction (good or bad), to make people pay attention. Despite her rising unfavorable ratings (58% unfavorable in the latest CNN/ORC poll…a 37-point rise since her 2008 RNC speech), she’s authored two best-sellers, and was named to Time’s “100 Most Influential People,” albeit in 2010. As you may have heard, Ms. Palin just re-signed with Fox

ARDMORE, Pa. -- A cross country flight, little sleep and more weather woes didn´t stop Phil Mickelson from a memorable day at the U.S. Open at Merion Golf Club. The five-time U.S. Open runner-up, who returned to California earlier in the week for his daughter´s eighth-grade graduation and didn´t get back to suburban Philadelphia until the wee hours Thursday morning, shot a 3-under 67 to take the clubhouse lead. First-round play, interrupted by two separate rain delays, was suspended due to darkness, with Luke Donald leading at 4 under through 13 holes.

Washington- Syria has crossed a "red line" with its use of chemical weapons, including the nerve agent sarin gas, against rebels, a move that is prompting the United States to increase the "scale and scope" of its support for the opposition, the White House said Thursday. The acknowledgment is the first time President Barack Obama´s administration has definitively said what it has long suspected -- that President Bashar al-Assad´s forces have used chemical weapons in the ongoing civil war. "The intelligence community estimates that 100 to 150 people have died from detected chemical weapons attacks in Syria

Atheists are outraged that a Bible sits right next to the mayor’s desk, inside a Pinellas Park City Council chamber, and they’re demanding its removal. City officials, however, say that’s a no-go. The Bible’s been there for more than 30 years, and laws don’t prohibit its presence, The Blaze reported. The book was an Oct. 19, 1975, gift to council members from the Kiwanis club, and it’s been a traditional fixture ever since. Freedom From Religion Foundation officials say they don’t care. They sent a letter to city officials, saying the Bible needs to go because it violates

A longtime confidante of Bill Clinton and Hillary Rodham Clinton who reportedly played a key role in the State Department’s damage-control efforts on the Benghazi attack last year is also named in accusations that department higher-ups quashed investigations into diplomats’ potential criminal activity. Cheryl Mills, who served in a dual capacity in recent years as general counsel and chief of staff to Mrs. Clinton as secretary of state, was accused of attempting to stifle congressional access to a diplomat who held a senior post in Libya at the time of the attack. WASHINGTON - D.C. police have been warning bicyclists since March not to ride the Metropolitan Branch Trail alone. And they stepped up patrols on the trail then too. But it didn´t stop a group of teenagers from knocking a 37-year-old Silver Spring man off his bike Tuesday and savagely beating him. Runner Ben Miles was stopped in his tracks by the aftermath. "There were lots of police cars, a fire engine, an ambulance, and there was a guy sitting over there next to the wall, and his face was covered in blood.

The Black Forest fire raging northeast of Colorado Springs is now the most destructive in Colorado State history. El Paso County Sheriffy Terry Maketa said at least 360 homes are complete losses and another 14 already damaged, pushing the damage past the record set by last year´s Waldo Canyon fire which destroyed 347 homes. The fire has now burned 15,000 acres. Continuing difficult conditions kept firefighters from containing the blaze, with little prospect for containment anticipated on Thursday. Maketa said efforts were being concentrated on stopping the west and northwest movement,

At a Thursday press conference, House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi condemned a bill that would prohibit abortions during the final four months of pregnancy with exceptions for when the life or physical health of the mother was at stake. Asked what the moral difference is between what Dr. Kermit Gosnell did to babies born alive and aborting those same infants moments before birth, Pelosi refused to answer. "As a practicing and respectful Catholic, this is sacred ground to me when we talk about this," Pelosi said. "This shouldn´t have anything to do with politics."

On Tuesday Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) cited "Biblical compassion" as a reason to support the "Gang of Eight" immigration bill. Rubio told CBN that he supports the bill because “[o]ur faith has always been about compassion and it compels you to do something. "Now, we have an obligation to be responsible to our country and not do anything that hurts America but also our faith calls us to compassion. If you took compassion or the principle of compassion out of the Bible, it would be in tatters because it’s all over the place.” Mark Tooley, President of the Institute

WASHINGTON — The State Department has hired an alarming number of law-enforcement agents with criminal or checkered backgrounds because of a flawed hiring process, a stunning memo obtained by The Post reveals. The background problems are severe enough that many of the roughly 2,000 agents in State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security can play only limited roles in agency efforts to police bad conduct and prosecute wrongdoers. The problems in the bureau are the latest revelation in an exploding scandal that also involves accusations that members of former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s security detail

All four Republican members of the bipartisan Gang of Eight immigration group voted for Majority Leader Harry Reid’s, D-Nev., motion to table the Grassley amendment. Sen. Rep. Trent Franks (R-Ariz.) said Wednesday that the incidence of pregnancy caused by rape is "very low," prompting criticism from Democrats who said the GOP is waging a "war on women." Franks made the comment during a committee mark-up of his late-term abortion ban bill, which is expected pass the House next week. The Republican lawmaker was arguing against a Democratic amendment allowing rape and incest victims to procure abortions. As written, the bill only exempts women whose lives are in danger. "You know, the incidence of rape resulting in pregnancy are very low," Franks said.

One person whose privacy was not invaded by U.S. intelligence was Tamerlan Tsarnaev, as he repeatedly visited the al Qaeda online magazine Inspire for its recipe “Build a Bomb in the Kitchen of Your Mom.” Even after Russian intelligence asked the FBI to investigate Tsarnaev, the huge databases our intelligence services maintain in the name of our national security failed to alert the agents to Tsarnaev’s interest in building the pressure cooker bombs he would use to devastating effect at the Boston Marathon. In the immediate aftermath of the Boston bombings, investigators did not fail to note similarities

Speaking last Thursday at a fundraiser for Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe, Mrs. Obama said: “That fundamental American promise that so many of us grew up with—that no matter where you start out, with hard work, you can build a decent life for yourself and an even better life for your kids—that promise unfortunately is no longer within reach for too many families in our country.”
