Poll: Public would blame
GOP more than Obama if
fiscal talks fail

The Hill [Washington DC], by Meghashyam Mali

Original Article

A new poll finds the public views the looming “fiscal cliff” as a serious crisis for the nation and would blame Republicans more than President Obama if Washington fails to reach a deal. Forty-five percent surveyed in a new CNN/ORC poll said they would blame congressional Republicans if there is no agreement, with 34 percent pointing the finger at Obama. Two-thirds say the U.S. would experience serious problems if the combination of tax rate increases and automatic spending cuts expected in January take effect.

Morons. Most of the U.S. could care less about the Federal fiscal budget. Look whom they elected. Oh. The public by and large are also morons.

Obama and the democrat party could walk up to the libs and lift their legs and urinate on them and they would thank them by once again voting them into office when the time comes.

Anticipatory headline serves to warn GOP that the obit has already been written. These Communists are growing weary of the charade of ´democracy´. They ache for the full dictatorship of Bar-Jar, unfettered and unconstrained by the foolish traditions of a crumbling republic.

Since when have they blamed anyone else? The Democrat Party is like the Palestinians - whining victims whose ideology demands hatred of and blame toward others for their failure.

A big part of me says to give them everything they want. Let them have nothing to blame the Republicans for. Give the stupid voters exactly what they voted for. Sure, people like us will suffer too, but that was always going to be if Barry got in again.

Let it go over the cliff. I just don´t care.

Our republic died on 11-6-2012. It just needs to implode under the weight of it´s rotting carcass before we can try to pick up the pieces and start over again.

Of course they will blame republicans. They´re blaming Mitt Romney for Bengazhi for God´s sake. So what? Let the 47 percent own it. It´s time to slide down the ´fiscal cliff.´ The dirty secret is there will be no real cuts in government. Only cuts in what they are expecting to spend more next year. Which is more than this year. It´s called ´baseline´ cuts which aren´t really cuts at all. Merely programmed increases in spending. Meanwhile . . . . lift all those so called tax cuts and make people serfs faster! If we ease into Socialism the stupid voters among us won´t realize the decay as long as Obama phones are free. Do it suddenly and they might sober up.

Call Obama´s bluff if it comes to that and we´ll all go over the cliff and survive and life will go on and everyone will have the privelege of sharing in the sacrifice.

Republicans are going to get blamed regardless so why even bother? Here´s the real problem: to many "so called" republican voters whine and moan about how bad things are publicly and on these forms but refuse to get involved -- they expect someone else will speak for them.
I´ve done my part, contacted both of my state senators, and congressmen and let it be known I wasn´t happy with them and they could expect one less vote if they caved. If we don´t hold their feet to the fire no one will.

Obama voters will only learn the hard way. That is OK with me. I only wish the rest of us didn´t have to take the remedial course with them. It´s going to hurt - but those things that hurt instruct. Sometimes. A hard core of radicals and true believers will never learn no matter what disasters befall them, but a substantial number of Amerian idiots are capable of waking up and smelling the coffee when the going gets rough enough. Naturally they will blame Republicans as as they can - but a point will eventually be reached when this is no longer convincing to a sufficient number of voters to keep Democrats in office. We can gnash our teeth and complain about this, but it is basically the way the system works. Our impatience and fear cause us to play Chicken Little, but I think the republic will survive. We are simply dealing with an ignorant, spoiled, foolish electorate that will require some strong medicine to become healthy. Dr. Obama and his pals have cooked up just the tonic they need.

Republicans would be foolish to fall on their sword with respect to tax increases for the rich. Most of the rich live in blue counties carried by Obama. If their federal tax rates increase, they should consider relocating to States without income taxes.

25 % believe that going over the fiscal cliff would be

7 % say going over the fiscal cliff would not cause any consequences.
" Fifty-six percent say taxes on the wealthy should be high, while 36 percent support low rates to help boost investment and job growth. "
The majority of Americans don´t care about the country.
Whether because of ignorance, disinterest , stupidity , selfishness , laziness , etc.
And that´s the biggest problem for the Republicans.

I never thought I would see Truth or Consequences become a reality TV series or that it would be on the air for the next 8 years! It will be very sad to see those who have played by the rules and done all the right things for their entire adult lives be ruined. Those of us still light enough on our financial feet and with good country neighbors, water, land and the ability to protect them will probably come out the other side ready and stronger patriots, but not all will nor can they at this stage in their lives. It is them and the generation to follow mine for which I feel worst. I can´t bring myself to call for a charge over the cliff.

We know this: McCain and Grahamnesty will make sure the talks do not fail. They will do whatever is necessary to go along with all of it. They may struggle briefly like a chicken going into the chute upside down, but when the knife is weilded, they peacefull surrender to the fuzzy warmth of the here after. Also one more thing. I have concluded that Fox News is the network of the Big Republican Establishment. What made me see the light is because guess who they have on every time some big event is making headlines. You guessed it McCain and Grahamnesty. Have they ever had on any Senator or Congressman that is straight up conservtive Tea Party when the issues are boiling over? Not hardly. They put up McCain over the weekend and he made it clear he will vote for Rice and he will go along with tax hikes. Perfect. I am not watching Fox News any more. From now on I will be watching deer and turkey hunting shows on the outdoor channels instead.

PHILADELPHIA — Through four weeks, prosecutors have laid out evidence against Dr. Kermit Gosnell, a Philadelphia abortion provider on trial on charges of killing seven viable fetuses by “snipping” their necks with scissors and of causing the death of a pregnant 41-year-old woman during a procedure. The grisly details drew mainly local attention. But after an online furor that the case was being ignored by the national news media because of troubling accounts of late-term abortions, reporters from major newspapers and television networks descended Monday on the Court of Common Pleas. WASHINGTON -A key senator says the unveiling of a sweeping immigration bill set for Tuesday could be delayed because of the tragedy at the Boston marathon. Republican Sen. John McCain of Arizona says the roll-out could happen Wednesday instead. The bill would secure the border, remake legal immigration, boost workplace enforcement and put 11 million people here illegally on a path to citizenship. This day in 1959, four months after leading a successful revolution in Cuba, Fidel Castro began an 11-day visit to the United States. His visit came at a time when tensions between his regime and the American government were rising steadily. Castro neither requested nor accepted an official government invitation for his trip to Washington and New York. Rather, he came at the invitation of what was then called the American Society of Newspaper Editors. During his stay, Castro placed a wreath on George Washington’s grave, toured the Bronx Zoo, ate hot dogs and hamburgers at Yankee Stadium and

Insurgents in Iraq deployed a series of car bombs as part of highly co-ordinated attacks that cut across a wide swath of the country today, killing at least 55 on the deadliest day in nearly a month. The assault bore the hallmarks of a resurgent al-Qaeda in Iraq and appeared aimed at sowing fear days before the first elections since U.S. troops withdrew. There was no immediate claim of responsibility, but coordinated attacks are a favourite tactic of al-Qaeda´s Iraq branch. Iraqi officials believe the insurgent group is growing stronger and increasingly co-ordinating with allies

Since he first became a presidential candidate, President Obama must have spent millions of dollars in legal expenses to combat dozens of so-called "birther" challenges seeking the original documents pertaining to his birth. As president, he famously issued an electronic document on the White House website in 2011; the document purported to be his long-form birth certificate, though it is apparently a forgery. In addition, he has taken great pains to hide the paper trail of passport records, college transcripts, and other data -- all of which a prospective employer might require of a job applicant.

Here is something I don’t understand: liberals are often revealed as vile, vulgar hatemongers–not all of them, of course, but far too many–yet they never seem to pay a penalty at the polls. Why is that? Margaret Thatcher’s death has been the latest occasion for the Left to show its true stripes. All across the U.K., there have been demonstrations–vulgar at best, and violent at worst. In Bristol, lefties celebrating a Thatcher “death street party” started fires, destroyed property and battled police: This evening in Trafalgar Square, liberals have turned out for a long-planned celebration of Thatcher’s death:
