BOSTON - A law enforcement official has told CBS News that an arrest has been made in the Boston Marathon bombings. The person has been taken into custody by federal marshals and will be in court Wednesday afternoon. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) on Tuesday proposed legislation that would require hospitals to maintain a minimum nurse-to-patient ratio at all times, and allow the government to audit and penalize hospitals that fail to comply with this rule. Jeff Flake if the Arizona Republican votes against legislation to expand background checks.
