Why African-American Voters Still Support Jesse Jackson Jr.

| As many wait to see whether Jesse Jackson Jr. will agree to a plea deal in the investigation of allegations that he misused campaign funds—and as Jackson himself reportedly awaits news on whether he’ll get disability pay if he indeed does resign—an even larger question looms for the voters of Jackson’s 2nd congressional district in Illinois. Where do they go from here? Jackson was elected to his 10th term in Congress last week, even as he struggled with health issues and an ongoing ethics investigation. Though he didn’t campaign for reelection as he was receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic

Black people don´t make moral judgments on other black people,it´s really that simile.Another convicted crook from a Chicago district got reelected also and of course Obama won the big prie despite being the most corrupt president in modern times.Obama screwed poor people out of billions by giving it to his big donor white supporters but they didn´t see that.
Of course you have Jackson jr. supporters out of loyalty for what the old man did for the "movement".
Why isn´t Jackson´s wife being prosecuted when she had to be the one picking out the new curtains and furniture?

There is a difference between trying not to judge others for their misdeeds and electing a mentally ill felon as your representative in Washington, a distinction that obviously millions of voters don´t get. In the meantime, the permanent victim mentality of the black race lives on.

It boils down to the 19th century literature and early 20th century music "trickster" myth. This rascal uses wiles against others for personal gain like Joel Chandler´s Brer Rabbit. Great fun for those who fail to see that the trickster has his hand in the African American pocket too.

Perhaps a minor point, but...Mike Tyson did not rape that young woman. He was a judge at a black beauty pageant, and made it clear to all of the contestants that he was interested in having sex with one of them that evening. And in the wee hours of the morning, he sent his limo to pick up the alleged victim, to deliver her to his hotel. She went to his room, they watched a movie, and afterwards, she testified that she went to the bathroom, removed her panty liner, and went back to the bed. Tyson asked her if she wanted to be on the top or the bottom. She said, ´top´ and did so, they had coitus, and he sent her away, without escorting her downstairs and back to the limo. She was offended by that, and filed charges. The state of Indiana hired a hot shot attorney to act as special prosecutor, and Mike Tyson was railroaded, even after testifying credibly. Justice was not served in the case of Mike Tyson. Please don´t compare the nutcase known as congressman jackson, who looted his campaign funds to fly his mistress (not merely a female friend) to and from D.C. for carnal pleasure, to Mike Tyson. And jackson spent an additional 40.000 dollars on a rolex for his mistress. She must have some unique talents...

Scam artists on the make like Jesse sr and his crew should have been run out of town on a rail for the way they tried to exploit the death of MLK. MLK must be crying real tears because of the total corruption of his message by the Jacksons, Sharptons, etc. Shockingly, after all these decades, white people appreciate and grasp MLK´s message more than the voter base of Jackson.

Look at Africa and all the greatness on display there. It is in the genes. South Africa was better than many European countries in its prime but liberals and communist blacks (Mandela) got the world media and opinion to help them slaughter the Dutch immigrants and other white farmers and now you have one of the most violent countries on the continent. Rhodesia was the bread basket of Africa & very prosperous but world opinion (liberals) crushed until this day white achievers and gave the world Mugabe and dispair. Now everyone is equally miserable. Coming to the USA on the fast track!

Illinois has gerrymandered the districts in such a way that every Republican seat won in 2010 was taken back by the Democrats in 2012. There are cases where far away Republican suburbs are connected by a thin line drawn for miles so that it connects into the city, where Democrats dominate. Jesse´s district is probably like that.

The answer is very simple, he is a Democrat and they live on the Democrat Plantation.
They have no clue what freedom is really like they only understand dependancy and handouts provided by the liberal DNC. The liberals do not believe that a black person has the capabilities to survive and prosper on their own so they must be cared for like a slow (retarded) child.

On April 23, 2007, then-Senator and future presidential candidate Barack Obama gave a speech in which he said this: Until we change our approach in Iraq, it will be increasingly difficult to refocus our efforts on the challenges in the wider region – on the conflict in the Middle East, where Hamas and Hezbollah feel emboldened and Israel’s prospects for a secure peace seem uncertain; on Iran, which has been strengthened by the war in Iraq; and on Afghanistan, where more American forces are needed to battle al Qaeda, track down Osama bin Laden, and stop that country

Kraft, at the time, claimed the diamond-encrusted bauble was a gift, but he now admits Putin stole it, and the White House intervened when he demanded it back. Kraft explained the incident happened while Sandy Weill and other business execs were in St. Petersburg. “I took out the ring and showed it to [Putin], and he put it on and he goes, ‘I can kill someone with this ring,’

The “revelations” of National Security Agency data-mining of phone records and Internet use were no news to those who’d been paying attention. It’s only the rest of the Obama “scandalanche” that makes it a hackle-raiser. The data-mining program first started at least seven years ago, under the authorization of the Patriot Act — after a similar Pentagon-based data-collection program was killed in 2003. Fact is, the NSA — once so secret that its very existence went officially unacknowledged — has been quietly monitoring Americans for years. Indeed, domestic monitoring without a warrant was explicity OK’d in the 2008 amendments

President Obama and his administration now have a track record. Their patterns of behavior are well-established. For example, they utilize distraction, division, and deception as means of dealing with adverse developments, such as the recent (and continuing) run of “scandals.” There is also a pattern of aggressive use of federal power for political purposes, even when laws and civil liberties get trampled in the process. Let’s consider this as it applies to the National Security Agency surveillance issue now in the news. From the administration and its allies, and from Washington-centric politicians in both parties, the responsive narrative

The Parking Spot Fight video is a genre with a long and glorious history, but there are a few things that make this clip, posted yesterday on YouTube, particularly special. The fight , which took place on East 88th between Lexington and 3rd, is already in progress when the video begins. What appears to be a small crowd of spectators has gathered to watch two emotionally stunted child-men pummel each other for the right to a parking spot. About 33 seconds into the video, however, the dispute still unresolved, both men seem to lose interest in continuing the fight and head back to their cars. It's over, right?

For those who’ve worked in the intelligence community, it’s not really much of a surprise that Edward Snowden had access to so much classified material and could pass along apparently thousands of documents. This is especially true since 9/11 because of the emphasis since then not to allow “stove-pipes” (that is, narrow, vertical chains of command and access to materials) to prevent analysts and others from connecting “the dots” from wherever the sources. And it’s no real surprise that someone this young but seemingly technically savvy would have the kind of clearances necessary to access that same material.

Advocates have been looking to Cornyn’s amendment for clues as to what mainstream conservatives who are ostensibly open to reform will demand in exchange for supporting it. The details of the Cornyn amendment are not encouraging. It looks like it is designed for the express purpose of killing the bill. First, the details. In the midst of the eruption of near-daily scandals involving the Obama administration, let us not forget that until just a few months ago, Hillary Clinton was the most significant persona within that administration besides the president himself. Let us not also forget that notwithstanding the scandal-grenades going off all around us, Mrs. Clinton diligently plans her run for the presidency, even while several of those scandals are obviously and entirely her responsibility, exposing the State Department during her tenure as an utter sewer of corruption, cronyism, and fatal incompetence.

SAN FRANCISCO - Lauren Grey didn´t think much about the gender recorded on her Illinois driver´s license until she went to test-drive a new car. Although she had been living as a woman for months and easily obtained a license with her new name and a picture reflecting her feminine appearance, Grey´s ID still identified her as male, puzzling the salesmen and prompting uncomfortable questions. "They are like, ´This doesn´t match.´ Then you have to go into the story: ´I was born male, but now I´m not,´" said Grey, 38, a graphic designer living in suburban Chicago.

Over the years, I’ve read plenty of claims that we’re witnessing a “crackup” of liberals or conservatives (or sometimes both at the same time). Normally, I react by rolling my eyes. For me, “crackup” claims are a almost always hack way of expressing unjustified triumphalism. But now I think I see a crackup. Given the scandal-a-week Obama administration, you might think that the crackup, if any, is looming on the left. But that would be to ignore the left’s tendency to march more or less in lockstep through any scandal or storm. No, the crackup I see coming is among conservatives.

When the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) was being debated, proponents were accused of saddling Americans with inferior and expensive health care while keeping generous coverage for themselves at taxpayer expense. To rebut that allegation and build confidence in the bill, a provision was added mandating that members of Congress – and their staff members – get there coverage through the new exchange system the bill set up. Now that the time to sign up for exchange coverage is nearing, a Democratic member, Rep. John Larson (D., Conn.), is saying that

CBS News reporter Sharyl Attkisson revealed in May that her computer had been compromised. When asked about the situation, CBS News responded with a statement that it was conducting an investigation.... “A cyber security firm hired by CBS News has determined through forensic analysis that Sharyl Attkisson’s computer was accessed by an unauthorized, external, unknown party on multiple occasions late in 2012. Meet Marco Rubio, candidate for Senate. October 24, 2010: (Snip) RUBIO: First of all, earned path to citizenship is basically code for amnesty. It’s what they call it. And the reality of it is this. This has to do with the bottom line that America cannot be the only country in the world that does not enforce its immigration laws. It is unfair to the people that have legally

WASHINGTON — Lawyers for Jesse Jackson Jr., in asking a judge for a lenient sentence, are arguing that his lavish spending sprees — paid for by money looted from his campaign fund — were tied to his bipolar disorder. The attorneys also are pleading for a shorter sentence by arguing that Jesse Jackson Jr. will “unlikely” be able to relate to a prison psychiatrist and as a consequence, his mental health may suffer. “It is unlikely that Mr. Jackson will be able to establish a trusting relationship with a Bureau of Prisons psychiatrist quickly enough to maintain
