Did Obama Cheat? How to Answer the Question

| There are 15 states with photo ID requirements for voting. Mr. Obama lost in all of them. In places with the weakest controls, specifically counties in Florida, Ohio, Colorado, and Pennsylvania, he generally drew turnouts in the 90% or greater range and won by better than 95% of the vote. Losers tend to look for external explanations, and a lot of conservatives looking at numbers like those from Florida´s St. Lucie County (where Mr. Obama got 247,713 votes from only 175,554 registered voters) are starting to question the legitimacy of the electoral results as reported.

Of course the democrats cheated. They have a long history of cheating, in order to win elections and they have perfected their con.
One of our ex-residents, living in an assisted living complex was taken to the polls by the democrat organizers in their "free bus", along with everyone else capable of traveling and the entire trip to the polls they were told the republicans would be taking away their medicare and kicking them out into the street, so they had to vote straight democrat to save their assisted living arraignments. The driver scared her so she voted straight democrat, instead of voting for Romney.

Talk about wonky.
I read every word of that article and at the end came up with a single question: Who is going to read this article, understand it and then do anything about it?
...the system works only if we trust it -- and having a majority in the GOP write off a minority who think the results were rigged serves nobody. Not even Democrats.
It may have been fun for Mr. Murphy to put this all together but I have another point. He assumes that "a majority in the GOP wrote off a minority who think the results were rigged". How does Mr. Murphy know for certain that a "minority" of GOP voters think Obama won this election fraudulently? From every one I spoke with, all believe this election was riggefd from the day O was elected in ´08.
Maybe someone should actually check the voter roles and check every vote for people who have addresses and who have registered to vote, which Mr. Murphy does mention. But who is going to do that?
The lack of outrage on the GOP side about voter fraud we KNOW about is staggering to me. We all know this election was stolen.

I live in MA. I don´t think he cheated here, I think our voters are just that stupid. And everytime they complain about things costing more, their taxes, them getting less, our economy doing poorly, I´m going to tell them they voted for that. Consequences for their actions, common sense and logic are not in their understanding.

If it´s true the the vote total reflected more people voted than were registered why is the County Clerk not fired? I thought the Clerk certified the election results as being correct?

What is "wonky" about that? You have 175,554 registered voters, yet Obama receives 247,713 votes.

The republicans PR machine is a disaster and they have no activist groups like the left had thousands. Why isn´t Issa calling these suspicious vote result districts before congress> Because they´re scared of the media.
Instead of addressing the vote fraud, they´ll reach out to hispanics young people tax increasers and the like.

If you haven´t taken a course in Statistics in college, the article might not make sense; however, as others here have pointed out, there are nuggets of truth in the article that make sense without the statistics.
It bothers me that the GOP is not fighting for recounts and some investigation into counties where there was more voting than there were voters.
Before the 2014 and 2016 elections, there must be voter ID laws in place in as many states as possible. The GOP must make that their mission. No more Mr. Nice guys, or reaching across across the aisle. I, for one, don´t want them making any deals with the Demrats because it will ultimately hurt me and mine.
Answer to the question in the headline: Hell yes! He has done that all his life.

Voter ID is key. There were scores of folks signing people up to vote at the grocery stores, just sign the document, no need to show any ID at all, they filled out the form for you. In several weeks time the voter card was mailed. Never showed any form of ID whatsoever. At that time the migrants were still here, wonder how many of them signed up and then voted absentee?? In years past we were asked for ID at the polls, not this year.

Photo ID is the only way to prevent this from happening. As long as the media and the courts claim this is racist or disenfranchising, we will continue to see fraud.
Its always been a fascination how more people can vote than are registered.
While I believe there to be widespread cheating, there is no verifiable way to prove it, and we just got beat because we aren´t going to be giving away any goodies like our opposition.
Like it or not, it just boils down to that.

And heard he received 100% of the vote in 59 districts withing Philly. Imagine, not even 1 vote for Romney?
We should keep presenting these points as it will clearly start the process of undermining the legitimacy of his "win".
As far as ID, sure, but better yet, finger print technology. We have data base, and the means, so let´s use it.

#9, don´t depend on Issa. He´s is just a distraction, a part of the Washington Grand Kabuki that keeps the peasants entertained. Issa has had "investigations" going for years. Nothing ever happens. What are his results? Well, let´s see: no charges brought against anyone, no one referred to any court and no resignations. In short, no results. Zero.
On second thought, there is one result and it happens to be the one intended. Issa gets to look like he´s busy doing something for the sheep - unless the sheep look to closely. DC is totally dysfunctional at every level and there is no way it can ever be fixed.

The Republican leaders should be outraged. They should be screaming to high heaven. Why are they silent?
Ans: The Republican leaders are in full agreement with the liberals.
The difference lies within the pace of our transformation to Socialism. The democrats want to wake up tomorrow morning in a socalist nation while the Republicans are willing to wait until next week.

Certainly not! Obama didn´t cheat in the election, nor did he get anything less than A+ in his very hard college classes. His election victory reflects the widespread confidence of Americans for their historic President, reaching 100% in the most enlightened (not to mention cool) districts.
No small credit belongs to Joe Biden´s beartrap-like grasp of foreign conditions and ability to express them when it counts, and to the serenity of a glamorous and elegant first lady who was beloved by all on first sight.

Voter ID won`t solve the problem. Early voting is the problem. To ensure a real count of votes, have to be only one day of voting with electronic monitoring of electors. With today`s technology is not hard to have all precincts connected to a main computer. Once a person is presenting an ID at one precinct, automatically is cleared at all of them.

There are voter ID laws in Michigan and Obama won handily. A volunteer where I voted in Michigan actually apologized for having to ask for ID. Of course I assured her it was no problem and I was more than happy to oblige. She then informed me that the law was unfair and even sighted an example of the "unfairness" to me. Needless to say, I was unswayed and voted a straight Republican ticket. I am still annoyed!!

Please quit talking about abolishing early voting. You may as well try to abolish the drive-thru window at restaurants. For people who have full schedules, for people who are physically unable to wait on line for long periods, and for people without easy transportation to the polls, early voting is a godsend. Once people experience it, it becomes almost impossible to make them give it up.
Conservatives are smart. Surely they can figure out a way to preserve early voting while at the same time preventing vote fraud. (And what is keeping Republicans from taking nursing home residents to the polls to do early voting???)

Purple thumbs. Banks & other businesses use fingerprints. Even absentee ballots can have a post it covered spot to add a fingerprint.
When questioned about the St Lucie huge discrepancy in registered voters & votes counted, a FL house member told the news that they´d register the fish under a bridge if they could. This will not stop.

# 29 I always early vote. That doesn´t make it right. Some states start in early October. The debates haven´t even started. I think early voting should be abolished. Absentee ballots should only go to true shut-ins, military and ex-pats. No exit polling should be allowed to be broadcast and no results until every state has finished voting and is counted completely. Media does their best to sway the vote by giving results immediately. Needless to say, voter ID is a must.

Forget about the polling. A statistical sample of actual ballots should be taken and those votes verified with the voter, and voter registration lists. If a large number are fraudulent (95% were wrong in the St Lucie County sample), then the election results should be overturned.

WASHINGTON— President Barack Obama on Saturday praised the nation’s police officers for everyday acts of courage, saying they often rush into danger to do ‘‘some really tough stuff.’’ In a White House ceremony honoring some of the bravest, he said America need look no further than the Boston Marathon bombings to know what police are made of: ‘‘Police officers ... running towards explosions not knowing if there was something more on the way. As soon as ABC News dropped its Libya bombshell against the Obama Administration Friday, The Washington Post went into immediate spin mode to protect the President. Saturday the Post´s shameful Palace Guarding continues. In a major front page piece examining Friday´s events, the Post ignores the fact that the Administration lied about its extensive involvement in the editing of the CIA talking points until the 13th paragraph. ABC´s Friday report proved once and for all that the Obama Administration lied. As a presidential speech writer for the first Bush White House, I am always very interested in what presidents say in their formal speeches. They know, of course, that their remarks will be widely covered by the press, studied by analysts, and influential in contemporary political debates. For that reason, presidents rarely speak off-the-cuff, and their every word is carefully chosen for exactly the message the White House wants to convey to the public. Their graduation speeches, like all presidential addresses, go through many drafts and are reviewed by high-level administration officials

The most notable takeaway from Jay Carney’s incomprehensible Friday appearance had little to do with his Klingon grammar. Carney does not represent the historical value of the event – you should be wise to forget his performance, and instead take note that he was flanked by the entire room, without exception. Do not underestimate the significance: the Obama administration has not faced such an onslaught of truth-seeking since he took office in 2008, and further, no Democratic administration has been charged from all sides like this in recent memory. That press conference was unthinkable just days ago

Friday, White House press secretary Jay Carney blamed Mitt Romney and Republicans for “politicizing” the Benghazi terrorist attacks. Harkening back to a Mitt Romney press conference on September 12, 2012, which addressed the Benghazi attacks only in passing while focusing instead on the assault on the American embassy in Cairo, Egypt, Carney suggested that Romney had tried to target the innocent Obama administration for telling the truth about Benghazi. “Republicans, again, in this ongoing effort that began in the hours after the attack when Mitt Romney put out a press release to try to take political

When it became clear last fall that the CIA’s now discredited Benghazi talking points were flawed, the White House said repeatedly the document were put together almost entirely by the intelligence community, but White House documents reviewed by Congress suggest a different story. ABC News has obtained 12 different versions of the talking points that show they were extensive edited as they evolved from the drafts first written entirely by the CIA to the final version distributed to Congress and to U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice before she appeared on five talk shows the Sunday after that attack.

She weathered Whitewater. She made it past Monica ?Lewinsky. Now Hillary Clinton is hoping to beat the rap on Benghazi and make it to the White House. The Clinton political machine is in full campaign mode already, preparing for 2016 and hoping voters forget by then that she had a key role in the Obama administration’s handling of the terror attack. But that’s becoming more difficult as the GOP appears to be laying the groundwork for tying Clinton to Benghazi and making sure it stays front and center in the next campaign. Some of the testimony from State Department whistleblowers

Earlier today, we learned about a bombshell report that said the CIA´s Benghazi talking points were changed 12 times, with extensive input from the State Department. It comes after State Department whistleblower Gregory Hicks testified Wednesday that he was shocked when he saw Susan Rice blaming a protest for the attack on numerous talk shows. Martha MacCallum discussed the next steps in the investigation of what happened in Benghazi with Hicks´ attorney, Victoria Toensing. At this point, she thinks "it´s about time" that House Republicans start issuing subpoenas,

"Every year for the past few years, on Mother´s Day, I´ve gone--I´ve taken a delegation--into Afghanistan or Iraq, we´re alternating now, now Afghanistan--for Mother´s Day to say thank you to our moms and, by the way, our grandmothers, who are serving there. Some young grandmothers. But, nonetheless, grandmothers. To also thank all of our troops for what they do to protect America´s families. I won´t be going this particular weekend because we don´t have--you know, under sequestration, we don´t have codels."

Shortly before last November’s election I took part in a Fox News documentary on Benghazi, whose other participants included the former governor of New Hampshire John Sununu. Making chit-chat while the camera crew were setting up, Governor Sununu said to me that in his view Benghazi mattered because it was “a question of character.” That’s correct. On a question of foreign policy or counterterrorism strategy, men of good faith can make the wrong decisions. But a failure of character corrodes the integrity of the state. That’s why career diplomat Gregory Hicks’s testimony

The families of Navy SEALs killed in an August 2011 shoot-down of a helicopter in Afghanistan spoke at a press conference Thursday morning, citing a number of grievances, including an allegation that the Pentagon invited a Muslim cleric who “disparaged in Arabic the memory of these servicemen.” In addition to blasting the Obama administration for the mission and for an official investigation they deemed a cover-up, the families complained that “military brass, while prohibiting any mention of a Judeo-Christian God, invited a Muslim cleric to the funeral for the fallen

WASHINGTON — The Internal Revenue Service is apologizing for inappropriately flagging conservative political groups for additional reviews during the 2012 election to see if they were violating their tax-exempt status. Lois Lerner, who heads the IRS unit that oversees tax-exempt groups, said organizations that included the words "tea party" or "patriot" in their applications for tax-exempt status were singled out for additional reviews. Lerner said the practice, initiated by low-level workers in Cincinnati, was wrong and she apologized while speaking at a conference in Washington. Many conservative groups complained during the election

It´s been 11 days and counting since the Jets cut ties with Tim Tebow and 13 months since they traded for him. Much of the conversation in the past week and a half has been about which teams -- if any -- would be interested in the former Heisman Trophy winner. The usual suspects include Tebow´s hometown Jacksonville Jaguars, but new general manager David Caldwell has said in no uncertain terms that Tebow isn´t an option (laudatory commercials from local lawyers notwithstanding). The other, less conventional landing spot: New England. Coach Bill Belichick sees value where other talent evaluators don´t

Congressman Frank Wolf of Virginia has written House Speaker John Boehner, requesting the creation of a bipartisan Select Committee to investigate the Benghazi terror debacle. It is an excellent idea. A Select Committee is the only means available now for the U.S. political system to extricate itself from the labyrinth called Benghazi. There have been two fulcrum events in the accounting of what happened in Benghazi. The first was U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice´s September 16 declarations on TV that Benghazi was part of the Islamic world´s violent, spontaneous reaction to the incendiary California YouTube video.
