Obama vs. the Brass: Benghazi Cover-up, Agenda to Gut Military?

| An awful lot of America’s top military brass have been taking hits lately. Is it just a coincidence that several four-star generals and a two-star admiral get the axe or resign in disgrace within the space of less than a month? Do any of these have anything to do with the administration´s Benghazigate scandal? Or are they, as some military observers suspect, only the first installment of the Obama agenda to decimate the military services? (Snip) • General Carter Ham — On October 18, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta announced that Gen. Ham was being replaced as the commander of

Comments: Two of the generals who have fallen under, seemingly, Obama’s ‘long knife’ were members of AFRICOM. See the report’s reference to Hitler’s purging “Night of the Long Knives.”

Since the gay-embracing edicts started coming from on high, a startling number of high-ranking officers have been replaced in what effectly has been a purge of old guard.
The dismantling of the military was part of Obama´s stated intent back in the 2008 interview I saw. That such a brazen admission was totally ignored by the MSM, it´s hard to expect any of this to see the light of day in the enemedia.

Forget the speculation. If this is happening, they need to speak out. They took an oath to defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Obama is the most dangerous domestic enemy this country has ever faced.

The top brass, in most cases are all within a year or so of a lifetime of a huge retirement. That retirement was paid for by foregoing the chance of making a killing in the private sector for twenty years and doing a dangerous job sometimes. I hope some of them would still put their country ahead of that lifetime of secure retirement pay, like some of them did when they were risking their lives as young officers. I am afraid the days of warriors following a general leading the charge from the front of a formation towards the enemy are over.

How would the world and the nation respond to a military coup in the US?
I am not advocating I am just wondering.
No leader can survive without the trust and respect of his military and Civil Service. Does anyone think the US diplomats and military trust Obama?
I wonder if all the shinny lieberals will knuckle under if one occurs?
The OWS movement would have disappeared rather quickly if they´d been met with actual resistance. Their object was to create sympathy which is why I said to let them make fools of themselves. The situation has changed.

Simple. Obama hates the military, and he is resentful of success...so he´s out to punish both. That´s his idea of voting for revenge.

I´m surprised that I haven´t seen anybody speculate about this yet, so maybe I will. Is Obama taking out the top military people so that they can´t take him out? To prevent a military coup d´etat? One of the first things I said last Tuesday night was now the military is the only thing to save this country. Guess not.

In the case of a few of these incidents ...
... there a was junior officer who relived them of their command on site.
As if they were just waiting to do so.
The Left has the military infiltrated at flag rank ...
... at the ready to takeover.
Oh, and #6?
There are people looking into to this.

His buddy Vlad has been telling him tales of the the USSR, back in the day. A purge, they say. Although Hitler´s Night of the Long Knives is equally appropriate. And you gotta´ admit President Revenge got all manly and tough in his defense of the witless Susie who was sent out to talk about something she had no knowledge of.

Obama is spying on military commanders to see if there´s any signs of insurrection in the ranks.Of course there´s old school people who hate gays being allowed to serve. The integration of men and women training together led to waves of sexual assaults but it was a small price for women getting equality.
The worlds greatest military is being systematically destroyed by leftist because they see the complex as inherently evil around the world. No more interventions in other country´s business, even if they´re slaughtering their own people.
Obviously, they see this money being wasted when it should be "invested" in things like diversity. The education system in this country is an absurd failure but we need more money for education "for the jobs of tomorrow". that´s pretty funny when they´re killing jobs at the same time.
People in this country refuse to wake up to the enemy within.

Timing... Let´s see.. 3 top generals removed from regular duties just as Turkey decides to support Hamas invasion of Israel.... Maybe Petraeus was going to expose Obama´s Benghazi weapons recovery & transfer operation...to Turkey.
Maybe Obama plans on doing nothing to help Israel... and using the general scandal as plausable reasoning to be too messed up to help?

There were few complaints at the Woodruff polls as South Carolina´s new voter photo ID requirement was enforced for the first time in Spartanburg County. The re-do election for mayor in Woodruff is the first Spartanburg County election since the photo ID requirement went into effect Jan. 1. The law requires voters to show a S.C. driver´s license, Department of Motor Vehicles ID card, voter registration card with photo, federal military ID or a United States passport to cast a ballot. (Snip) The law was passed in 2012 as a measure to combat voter fraud, according to proponents.

To the world beyond the Beltway, it might not mean much that Bob Woodward of the famed Watergate duo went public with his recent White House run-in. This would be an oversight. (Snip) Distrust of media, encouraged by alternative media seeking to enhance their own standing, has become a tool useful to the very powers the Fourth Estate was constitutionally endowed to monitor. When the president can bypass reporters to reach the public, it is not far-fetched to imagine a time — perhaps now? — when the state controls the message.

There are two stories circulating around Bob Woodward this morning. (Snip) But the White House also wanted the issue to disappear until after the election, so in conjunction with Congress it proposed (and the President specifically endorsed) an enforcement mechanism called sequestration. In exchange for agreeing to a package of $1.2T in cuts with no revenues as a failsafe, Republicans agreed to raise the debt limit high enough that it would not be reached until after the election. The significant point is that the trigger for sequestration was not the same date as the implementation date.

This just in from our Republican Insider, who has been very busy of late regarding the impending sequestration conflict that is being played out 24/7 by the Mainstream Media and the Obama White House. (Snip) Word of that compromise got out and reached the White House. I am guessing it was someone working for Reid who relayed that information. Regardless, it was the very next day that a staffer for one of the Senators working the compromise deal received word from Legislative Affairs to not under any circumstances continue to produce a compromise, or publicize any such deal.

In a very oddly worded public response to a question posed to him during an online interview, Barack Obama dances around the topic of using military drones to kill Americans inside of the United States. (Snip) First he begins his answer by stating, “There has never been a drone used on an American citizen on American soil.” Barack Obama doesn’t say there never will be – or that he never intends to do so…he instead chooses – deliberatly, to say that such a thing has not happened…YET.. The president then gets into the meat of his prepared statement

What yesterday’s story outlines is an administration that has given itself the authority to bomb American citizens

Stand by the Double Robotics booth at the Macworld trade show, and you hear the same thing over and over again as people walk by: "I would never have to leave the house again." Or: "I would never have to go to the office again." That´s the reaction to the Double, a remote-controlled robot stand that will be available this spring for $2,000. (Snip) Insert an iPad on top of the Double and download the company's app on that iPad and another iOS device. Use the second iOS device to steer the Double from miles away. He didn’t want to but after Reid said it was a no go, and the NRA was preparing to go to war with the White House, the president was given a revised script and that is what we heard this morning.

Just moments before President Barack Obama was to speak to reporters during a surprise press conference, our Republican Insider sends this message of warning to all those opposed to the big government globalist agenda of the Obama White House and Democratic and Republican leadership. (Snip) The Mainstream Media has avoided any mention of Brennan’s significant role in the Benghazi tragedy. Only some of the secondary media have discussed it which means about 90% of Americans have no clue how involved the guy is with not only the policies that led to that fiasco, but more importantly, the cover-up that followed.

President Obama´s biggest gaffe yesterday when speaking of California Attorney General Kamala Harris was not in flirtatiously complimenting her as "the best-looking attorney general," but in introducing an observation from the system of beauty into a forum that was about the system of power. What´s that, you say? Irin Carmon does a great job in Salon in laying out the bounds of propriety for when it´s appropriate to talk about a woman´s looks as a general matter. But I´ve long felt we lack a solid theoretical underpinning for easily discussing these issues, and why precisely it is that

Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank
