| Listening to President Obama speak on election night, I thought of the moment in "The Lion King" when Scar took over Pride Rock. My sentiment for America was perfectly captured by the accompanying song, “Be Prepared.” Be prepared, America, for another $5 trillion dollars in debt. That means America would be over $20 trillion in debt, one half of it added by one man, Barack Obama. Be prepared for higher taxes on those who are pulling the wagon, and more benefits for those who are sitting in the wagon.
|
Comments: Of course not. His radical ideology is deeply ingrained in him. I´m so sorry that 2016 didn´t have more of an impact on this election.

No, 0bama will not change; he Won. He will puff out his chest and remind everyone that he won, so he will be making the rules. You will see his wife planning many expensive, lavish and luxurirous vacations, taking all her family and friends. They will stay at only the exclusive resorts, and the reason is, Michelle too will say, they have "Won," and she is entitled to these get-a-ways all at the taxpayer expense. Axelrod already has said since 0bama has won, he has a mandate to raise taxes on everyone. 0bama will not stop the excessive spending; he has won, so he feels entitled to spend, spend, spend. Each day massive amounts of new regulations are being thrust upon American businesses by his Executive Order. He no longer needs to check with congress, because he won, he will do it his way.

Obama will be exactly the same +100%. The Republicans will sit back and complain, and put up a feeble and ineffective resistance on the issues before compromising, caving in, and sinking back to irrelevancy.
I don´t care about Republicans anymore - they´re all talk and get outfoxed, out organized, out publicized, and out voted by the Democrats on every issue. No more money from me - I´m done donating to the do-nothing GOP.

Many Many times I have thought of the Lion King- Scar, being Obama, letting the hyenas in to rule the Pride Land.
I do not think Be Prepared was meant for the Pride, but the hyenas.
Will Scar change? No. Defeating him is possible, but the Pride has to work together.

I find it ironic that according to Rasmussen polls 72% of the country are concerned about inflation and 48% are very concerned. If this were the case the question for those 78% is- why did they vote for Obama a second time? Assclowns deserve what they wished for!!

There will be no "And yet" scenario in Obama´s second term. The man is a product of his own indoctrination. A complete mindless robot of an evil ideology. No novel could do justice to what is about to happen to our once great country.

Of course he can change.
When he ran in 2008, he ran on ´´change´´, and we got change all right -- change for the worse!!!!!
So, as bad as NØbama was with re-election keeping him in check to some extent in his first term, I have no doubt that he is going to change to become a lot worse in his second term now that he has nothing to lose and nothing stopping him from letting his true colors show...

He is going to "move forward" as never before, if for no other reason than once again the majority of voting Americans have proven just how ignorant and really stupid they are, have been and wish to continue!

No, he won´t change, but why should he. He won. The unions will be dictating to him, and he´ll repeat what they say.
Let them raise that top tax rate even though it won´t help put a dent into the deficit. Let it be the failure it will be and don´t try to help fix other parts of the tax rules to give them more $$$.
Harry Reid didn´t want to propose a budget because it wasn´t politically acceptable to the Democrats.

Change, there will be no change. Our disadvantage is we don´t ultimately know who is directing his moves or what the ultimate goal might be. I tend to believe that even with a 2nd 4 year term, he will not succeed in destroying the US. The growth of TX oil production by a million barrels a day leading the US to become a next exporter of refined oil has thrown a monkey wrench in someone´s plans. The 700,000 bpd growth from ND could be tolerated because it costs and extra $20 per barrel to get it to refineries. And so far, Obama has failed to find a regulation to block permitting on private land.

fta: So I don’t expect Obama to change. I have argued in my book "Obama’s America," and implied in my film "2016," that he cannot change. He is like the toy soldier who walks into the wall and keeps going. That is the only Obama we can realistically expect for the next four years.

Why in the world should Obama even want to change?
For four years he gleefully destroyed America while living like a king. And what happened? America re-elected him -- or, to be more precise, he ended up with more votes than his opponent.

In Obama´s mind, everything is going according to plan. He is not a patriot. He´s not even a good man (despite what GOP apologists rush to say).
The goals we have for our country---properity, strength, an opportunity for hard workers----are not his goals. He wants to see us weakened--to bring us down to the level of socialist countries. He may want worse than that.
It will now be worse than ever before---worse maybe than we can even dream.
With this talk of the Lion King, I think rather of 1 Peter: Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.
This lion is not brilliant but rather predatory.

The tax rate increase will not reduce the deficit not only because it is a drop in the bucket but also increasing the rate reduces the revenue. The treasury needs more revenue not less. The real purpose of the increase is to placate his rabid jealous envious base. That is more important than growing the economy etc. Obama will push for this and the cry baby will cave in. Pathetic!

I have every confidence that Obama, in his overweening arrogance and egotism, will finally do something so outrageous that it blows up in his face in a way that even the msm can´t cover up or direct attention from. Will it make any difference? I can´t say. I suppose only future historians will get it thoroughly sorted out in about 100 years or so. Several snippets of the audio from the February strategy sessions were published Tuesday by Mother Jones magazine, along with a lengthy article. The recording, obtained from an unnamed source, included McConnell aides discussing ways to politically damage actress Ashley Judd, who at the time was talked about as a possible McConnell challenger.

One of the first political issues negotiators must tackle in crafting an immigration reform bill is among the most important: what to name it. It’s a decision that will bruise egos, create legacies and deeply affect subsequent messaging battles. “Every time the bill is mentioned in the press, you either have a brand that´s positive or a brand that doesn´t mean anything or even hurts you,” said Frank Sharry, the executive director of the pro-immigration reform group America’s Voice. The wrong name, he warned, could doom a good bill. “If there´s not a

Don’t hide behind a procedural action to prevent a vote. That’s the wrong thing to do, and that’s how the president clearly feels.”

There was growing buzz over the weekend that a bipartisan agreement on gun control — a deal that would expand background checks — could hit the floor as early as this week. However, any deal could be derailed by the looming threat of a Republican filibuster involving Texas Sen. Ted Cruz.
