“Could We Fix An Election –
Sure. They Would Never Know It”

Ulsterman Report, by Ulsterman

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 11/9/2012 2:25:56 PM

Thank you to all the readers who sent this to me. Apparently from testimony following the 2004 election, this computer programmer makes clear UNDER OATH, of how easily it would be for an organization, be it Democrat or Republican, to “flip” the election outcome via a rather simple code. – a code this programmer himself easily manufactured. This is further confirmed at the 3:10 of the video where the programmer notes how the entire system can be “hacked” to control the final voting outcome.

I used to be a JavaScript developer (aka programmer) for a large multinational bank. Everything this guy is saying is 100% reasonable.

I do think the election was rigged by the DEMS, they substantially altered the Romney vote count (and possibly many down-ticket candidates). It was the election of the century. No way was there 12 million fewer votes than 4 years ago.

Stunning testimony. Stunning, but not surprising to anyone who programs computers. A paper trail is a minimal defense, along with stringent source code certification and long CRC checks that only certified source code was actually loaded into the machines.

Doesn't have to be implemented on a national scale. There were only 7 states up for grabs - obama took 6 and is leading Florida.

I should clarify. Source code is compiled into machine code. The CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) would verify that the machine code loaded into the machine was compiled from certified source code.

In the "weeds", but at the heart of the matter.

As odd as this might sound, this gives me hope. If the election was stolen, it means that a majority of Americans did not turn their backs on the good and toward darkness.

The source code should be verified by both parties, then published. There is nothing confidential about it.

Having the program report its CRC assumes that the code which reports the CRC actually calculated the CRC, and that it has not been altered to emit the expected answer instead of the correct answer.

That can be done in hardware, #9. If you're at that level, it's no different from fixing a traditional mechanical machine. There is no 'fail safe' - there is only a degree of safety. Just ask those who program our nuclear missiles or those who programmed Iran's centrifuges.

Folks the only way to stop this is change the laws in your states so there is a paper audit trail to verify the results.

So you load in certified code. Then I load a dynamic patch in place to intercept and change however many out of the total to go to a certain party. Said patch disappearing when machine power is turned off.

I say every red county in this country should show 99% of their eligible voters - just like Philly and elsewhere - going entirely for the conservative ticket the next two elections. Ignore the screaming. Then do what needs to be done in the house, senate and WH to trim government and disenfranchise every libtard in this country. This is a war, for those of you who haven't been paying attention, and there is only one rule in a war - Make sure you win. Time to fish or cut bait.

Many years ago, here in guns and religion PA, a small-county official told me that if you knew which way the electorate was going to vote, i.e. local tax, liquor law, etc., all he had to do was input the reverse of the ballot prior to the election and the loser becomes the winner.

Impound the machines from suspicious locations in swing states along with the source code, and have an independent auditing firm evaluate.

If stories are to be believed, electronic vote fixing has been done in the past. In fact, the guy in this YouTube is testifying about the 2004 election. Nobody blabbed, probably because it would have cost them their life.

It will be hard, but while we refocus on passing laws requiring voter ID, we also need to insist that voting go back to paper ballots. There will still be fraud, but least there will be physical evidence to examine, as opposed to easily-modified and easily-deleted code.

I am a "programmer" type myself.

In addition to what others have already said, are you aware that ne'er do wells often penetrate bank defenses, which are far stronger that what he is talking about here?

Very easy to do. The last generation was a wireless insert placed into the ATM card reader of an ATM machine. Looked just like the real thing.

Just pulled the data from the ATM cards and beamed it to a wireless hotspot nearby (like in a car in the parking lot).

The banks' counter to this was a whole new generation of ATM machines that look like Las Vegas slot machines, all blinking lights and strange noises.

Idea being that the customer is used to the Las Vegas blinking lights and when they aren't on the ATM the customer wants to use, they get suspicious and go to some other ATM.

If you really want to fix the system, as opposed to speculate about how it can be cheated, then outright disenfranchise anyone who cannot prove their american citizenship/identity AND show proof that they pay INCOME tax. At least that way if the fix was in, we would all know it without even asking.

You all remember the last time when there was supposed to be a meeting of Pubs with Zippy to discuss some issue over which there was disagreement? He reminded us all that HE WON. The Child won't let this go anywhere. If the Justice Department won't prosecute a blatant instance of physical voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party, investigating this doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell.

#23 and anytime a state tries to pass voter ID laws the just-us department shoots it down. For our democratic process to be legit, in order to vote you shoud have to pass a civics test. When you do you get a voter ID card with your picture on it. And you should have to apply your thumb print to the ballot just like when you cash a check at a bank that is not yours. What does it say about a candidate that has to cheat to win? Honest? No. Integrity? None whatsoever. Intelligent? Just like the kid that steals the answers off someone elses paper. Qualified? Not be a long shot! He may have stolen the election, but he's still a loser.

I've been haunted by a remark Obama's campaign manager made the day before elections. She warned DemocRATS not to be alarmed if the exit polls showed Romney leading. She said, and I'm paraphrasing here, "We have the votes we need."

What a smug comment, unless the election was already "fixed"!

People tend to lie in Exit polls...particularly in Union states.

That said, just 100 lines of source code would be easy to either hack or code in a patch that was separate from the original code.

It matters not how many paper ballots are printed or posted. The secondary level is the machines that count the ballots are just as easy and maybe easier to dump some script into that will shed or flip votes at will.

You know, "who counts the votes."

I was convinced that this is what happened even before reading this piece. I'm equally convinced that nothing can or will be done about it. We can't beat the devil at his own game in his own back yard.

Our only hope is to turn to God in a serious way. That will only happen if the Holy Spirit brings a level of conviction and repentance to the nation the like of which has seldom been seen...and He just might do that. I, for one, am asking.

Couldn't they binary compare the code in multiple machines in the polling place to detect anomalies since not all machines appear to be altered?

What if, the voting was done on or with paper or paper-like material. That is automatically a "paper trail" and it could be inspected by the voter before submission. Such a medium could be read by simple machines - too simple to run programs. The error rates of the machines would be a tested and known quantity. Should the vote differences be within this known error, the medium could be re-run through the machines to increase the signal-to-noise ratio. Of course, a physical medium might degrade if run too many times - this would also be a tested and known function.

Over 3/5 of our states have Republican governors. The States have the power to fix this problem. The States also have the authority to investigate the elections in the six or seven swing states. Obama may come home from his latest overseas jaunt and find out that he is NOT president.

Voting fraud in this country has been a national disgrace since Chicago thugs stole the 1960 election for JFK. Way past fixing it. Republicans in office are the only card left and they have 2 years to do something about it. Can we depend on a party so inept, so weak, that they haven´t been pushing since 1960, for national voter accountability? Doubtful. All of them combined were too stupid and too gutless to do anything about the usual, deliberate, effort of Democrats to deny US troops the vote. Not a word, no bills, no questions about it in the debates. Of course they didn´t even comment on the fact that the sudden effort to replace all machines with ones controlled by a European company, was partially backed by George Soros. All Republicans seem to be good for is being dim scapegoats for any idea the son of communists, Axlerod, dreams up.

Via America Rising and the IJR, is this the key that finally unlocks the enigma of Harry Reid, tinpot demagogue? Maybe, from moment to moment, this guy just … doesn’t realize what’s coming out of his mouth. Hard to believe he could forget saying on the Senate floor that all ObamaCare horror stories — all of them — are a GOP/Koch brothers fairy tale designed to besmirch the stellar reputation of the Affordable Care Act. Those remarks got heavy coverage in conservative media, and even got picked up at WaPo. You don’t toss a grenade that powerful without choosing your

In an address to the House on Wednesday, Alabama Representative Mo Brooks read aloud a letter sent to him by Dr. Marlin Gill of Decatur. The letter holds nothing back while detailing the excessive costs and regulations that Dr. Gill calls Obamacare’s “war against doctors.” Here is the full text of the letter, courtesy of Rep. Brooks’ office: Dear Congressman Brooks, As a practicing family physician, I plead for help against what I can best characterize as Washington’s war against doctors. The medical profession has never before remotely approached today’s stress, work hours, wasted costs, decreased efficiency, and declining ability to focus on patient

U.S. President Barack Obama and Pope Francis met Thursday for the first time at Vatican City, offering a chance for a reset of sorts between the administration and Catholic leadership following years of strained relations. The two world leaders greeted each other with a smile and a handshake, and posed for pictures before sitting down across a table from each other. The goal of the meeting: Focus on areas where two of the world´s most influential men agree and gently tread ground where they differ. The President and the Pontiff will, as the White House said in a statement, focus on "shared commitment

As part of its plan to reduce U.S. greenhouse gas emissions, the Obama administration is targeting the dairy industry to reduce methane emissions in their operations. This comes despite falling methane emission levels across the economy since 1990. The White House has proposed cutting methane emissions from the dairy industry by 25 percent by 2020. Although U.S. agriculture only accounts for about 9 percent of the country’s greenhouse gas emissions, according to the Environmental Protection Agency, it makes up a sizeable portion of methane emissions — which is a very potent greenhouse gas. Some of these methane emissions come from

Nearly six in 10 people disapprove of President Obama´s job performance in a new poll by the Associated Press, the highest rating recorded by the newswire. According to the AP-GFK survey released Wednesday, 59 percent disapprove of Obama´s job performance while 41 percent approve. A similar poll released by the news outlet in January found 45 percent approved of him while 53 percent disapproved. Other recent polling has found Obama´s disapproval rating slightly lower, remaining in the low 50s. A CBS News poll Tuesday showed 50 percent disapproval, while Gallup has his disapproval at 52 percent. In the AP poll,

One by one, the myths of the Affordable Care Act have been revealed. When the curtain on open enrollment falls on March 31, the last remaining big myth of ObamaCare will be fully exposed: The individual mandate has failed. After a last-ditch effort with President Obama himself encouraging "young invincibles" to sign up before the deadline, the administration is scrambling to boost enrollment. On Tuesday, the White House announced that people who applied for coverage on the federal health-insurance exchange will have until mid-April to finish the paperwork. The mandate was supposed to be the administration´s magical elixir for the assorted shortcomings

More than six million Americans have now signed up for private insurance under the Affordable Care Act, according to the White House, with just four days to go until the end of its first open enrollment period. While traveling in Italy on Thursday, President Obama shared the news in a conference call with thousands of health-care navigators and volunteers helping enroll people on state and federal marketplaces. As the volume of consumers seeking health plans has surged -- there were over 1.5 million visits to HealthCare.gov Wednesday and more than 430,000 calls to the marketplaces´ call centers -- Obama urged those on

When Jorge Mario Bergoglio became Pope Francis a little more than a year ago, the first thing that struck those who knew him well was his unexpected, beatific smile. “In Argentina, he didn’t smile like that,” Sergio Rubin, the pope’s biographer, said this week at a conference sponsored by the Ethics and Public Policy Center. “That was the big surprise.” Since then, the pope has mostly kept on smiling — in homilies, in audiences, in meetings with the homeless and the poor. If you look at the pictures from Francis’ meeting with President Obama on Thursday, though, the smile is there only some of the time.

Their target is the GOP, but they are not angry liberals bent on destroying it. They are reform-minded Republican leaders intent on strengthening it. These Republicans are applying conservative principles to 21st-century challenges, focused on middle-class concerns like lowering costs and improving access to college, modernizing health care and reforming the tax code. They aim to broaden prosperity´s reach through markets and merit, not government and corporate cronyism. They´re also concentrating on helping the poor by changing Washington´s dizzying assortment of antipoverty programs to emphasize work and make the safety net more effective and sustainable. The reformers´ success in providing

One is a world leader who has been praised for his humility and outlook on the world. The other is an American president, once the international superstar of the political stage. So it is no surprise that President Barack Obama has travelled to the Vatican in Rome possibly to get some tips from the popular Pope Francis who now even has own weekly glossy magazine dedicated to him. As he sat down with the Pontiff at the Vatican this morning, Obama called himself a ´great admirer´ of the pope. Their historic first meeting comes as Obama´s administration and the church

Usually the type of Republicans MSNBC hosts invite on their shows are either craven RINO types who can be depended upon to trash talk fellow Republicans, or the more inarticulate, dimmer bulbs in the party who fail to communicate conservative positions effectively. MSNBC host Chris Hayes had an entirely different type of animal on his hands with PA Americans For Prosperity Director, Jennifer Stefano. In fact, he´s probably still licking his wounds after the nasty confrontation he had with her, Wednesday night in a debate over the latest ObamaCare delay. He got off on the wrong foot by introducing Stefano

Joe Newby at The Washington Examiner has found a real doozy of a “comedian.” Her name is Laura Levites – with obviously no connection to the priests of the Old Testament. (She´s an atheist with a fondness for Ricky Gervais.) "I would personally like to castrate every Male Conservative Christian so that they have NO reproductive rights," she wrote on Twitter, using the hashtag "#HobbyLobby." She certainly knows how to draw attention to herself. Newby said that’s not all. She also expressed her hatred of Christians in a tweet calling conservative Christians "******bags," claiming they are "really trying" her patience.
