Class-action lawsuit looming against
city in gun-owner Web snafu

Philadelphia Daily News, by William Bender

PHILADELPHIA could be facing a class-action lawsuit on behalf of gun owners who say the city violated their privacy by publishing their personal information and launching an interactive Web map that included clickable icons of revolvers over their homes. (Snip) In August, the city's Department of Licenses and Inspections introduced a revamped website, featuring a map that allowed users to view the names and addresses of some gun owners in the city, and the specific reasons why they wanted a permit to carry a concealed weapon. Police quickly asked L&I to remove the information,

The city will send the NBP to the gun owners homes if they file the suit.

This is just the tip of the iceberg now that Obama had been reelected by a wide margin! Obama has put a target on the chest of every gun owner in this country! They will be demonized, regulated and seizures will be the final step. Count on it!

I guarantee you this was not a screw up, it was cold-blooded intentional attack on the rights of gun owners. Making light of it after the fact is a convenient lying coverup.

Well, the homes of those responsible should be listed with something bigger, a clown head holding a machine gun.

OK #2 you have established yourself to be a troll. ENough said.

I would not consider the reelection by a little over 2.5 million votes (probably half of which are fraudulent) out of about 110,000,000 cast.

The broad American public (70%) are not in favor of additional laws. There are 22,000 in place already. How about we enforce those, HMMM?

100 Million OWNERS. Not individual firearms. OWNERS.

Philadelphia has violated explicit State law. Hence the suit.

I think there are a few $Trillion more things to worry about... like 45 major layoffs in the first 48 hours.

Would not consider the election by that many votes (half of which are probably fake)to be anything approaching a "wide margin". Hard to type where I am right now.

The real targets from now on will be the homeowners that do not have guns. The crooks, rapists, and murders have been told who does not have a gun.

The list is of people who have registered firearms. It is faulty logic to assume that the absence of a listing in the directory indicates an unarmed citizen. Criminals are not known for intellectual prowess.

If what #2 and #12 thinks is going to happen comes to fruition, seizures will be the final step of those attempting to do the seizing.

Sending Brownshirts door to door to confiscate firearms from US citizens is not a one-way game to be undertaken without significant recourse. What law enforcement agency in Texas, for example, is going to sign up for that? Outside of New England, we have very few Blue states; what you see are large urban areas that are Blue but the bulk of the country area-wise is Red.

#13, how many humans have you looked in the face and shot?
Neither have many many other gun owners. Do not confuse ownership with the ability to kill a human.

Not many would, #14. Although some would. More than a few here in North Georgia. I think a nationwide seizure is out of the question at least for a few years though I could be wrong. They will try incremental attacks on the 2nd amendment first to see how far they can go. Buy some more ammo and try to buy your guns from individuals that can't be traced.

Looks like a trial balloon to me. Expect this action to become the norm. Valerie Jarrett warned us... No one will stop the Obama agenda & those who try better watch out.

Obama also intends to use his campaign army... aka radical groups accross the US, to enforce his agenda via intimidation. Get ready for the ugly season.

Here in Texas it is very easy to find out who are the gun owners. They have a directory of all gun owners. It´s called the Phone Book!!! But it´s just names, not numbers.

Dying is effortless. That became clear to me as I lay on a gurney in an emergency department bay at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. It was 10 p.m., almost five hours since my primary-care physician Michael Cirigliano (better known as Dr. Mike from Fox29) diagnosed me as septic, bundled me into his car, and rushed me to the hospital. After several hours of intravenous antibiotics and four liters of fluid, my blood pressure was crashing, a hallmark of sepsis, a potentially fatal condition caused by an exaggerated immune response to injury or infection.

Near the town of Malmedy, in Belgium, Ted Paluch and about 100 other U.S. soldiers had been overwhelmed by German forces during the Battle of the Bulge and compelled to surrender.
