not sure he’ll stay on

Washington Post, by Rachel Weiner

Original Article

Reuters Top News ?@Reuters U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder tells law school audience he does not know if he will stay in job (Snip) Holder was speaking at the University of Baltimore Law School, whose dean is Ron Weich, the former assistant attorney general for legislative affairs under Holder. The Attorney General is said to be on his way out, In the Loop reports. The only question is when; it could be as soon as before next summer or as late as 2014.

Comments:
If he does leave they have a huge bench of radicals to take his place. The next AG could be even worse than this racist. Tom Perez would fit that description. He's a radical lunatic who was instrumental in dismissing the Black Panther case. This the entire article.

Nope, he wants to escape charges in the Fast & Furious debacle. This administration doesn't know anyone who is honest and without scandal. Long 4 years ahead.

Holder needs pardon protection for Fast & Furious, so his successor will be one of his radical left cronies from outside of Justice. Can't nominate an exisiting assistant because of questions on F & F, Solyndra scandals, Jon Corzine, Pigford / Black Farmers, Black Panthersw, much more. Outsider could plead ignorance and promise to investigate. Promises, promises.

Eric (Take the Money and Run) Holder was made richer while AG thanks to Fast and Furious deals with the Mexican Mafia. If he does leave he will most likely be replaced by another legal "expert" in dealings with the criminal element that will promote the Administration agenda. Nothing new here.

Not as AG , but, perhaps as the next USSC Justice ?
Now that Reid said he is going to reform the general filibuster rule ,
he's being urged to go further and tinker with the filibuster rule for USSC nominees.
Which will make it more difficult for Republicans to try and block Obama's next radical nominee.

Late Thursday evening, Congressmen Steve Cohen (D-TN) tried to send a flirtatious tweet to pop legend Cyndi Lauper, praising her “Night of Memphis Soul” performance at the White House and telling her how “hot” she looked. The tweet was quickly deleted, but Politiwoops scooped it up and saved the loving tweet for posterity. “Great night,” he told Lauper. “Couldn’t believe how hot u were,” the tweet continued, ending with a reference to the Otis Redding song Lauper performed during the concert: “Try A Little Tenderness.”

As examples of self-parody go, you can’t do much better than this. As the story of Philadelphia “house of horrors” abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell explodes on the internet and makes its way gradually onto the radars of the nation’s newsroom editors, questions have arisen about why this sensational story never received the wall-to-wall treatment it appears to merit. From conservatives and liberals alike, the universal horror that the Gosnell story has inspired is palpable. But some have suggested that the story is politically inconvenient for absolutist pro-choice activists. It simply does not fit the narrative,

Our national thoughts about illegal immigrants are a complex set of sentiments indeed. We value their work ethics and contributions to America within reason, but are wary of the potential cost of their health care or welfare in tax payer money. We have empathy for their situation, but prefer our visitors to speak English. And very few Americans trust the border. Only 1 percent - yes, that’s a one - think the U.S. border with Mexico is “totally secure,” this according to a new NBC News/Wall Street journal poll released Thursday. Another 17 percent

In a House budget hearing, Sebelius also said that violence in American culture has a "desensitization" effect that can push the mentally ill over the edge. "I am concerned certainly about the pervasive culture of violence both throughout media, in the entertainment industry, in movies, on TV, in video games, but also on our street corners," she told the House Ways and Means Committee. She said some children "live in extraordinary violence."

As a native New Yorker, I´ve seen its middle class population decline over the years due to its neglect of blue collar families which is ironic since this is a Democrat city. With the recent arrests of several local politicians for corruption perhaps New Yorkers will pay more attention to those they put in office. Given their past indifference in local elections this is highly unlikely.
