Axelrod: 'They're in deep trouble'
Politico, by Ginger Gibson

Original Article

Posted By:Bubbasuncle, 11/4/2012 10:49:23 AM

David Axelrod, a senior adviser to President Barack Obama's reelection campaign, dismissed on Sunday the notion that Mitt Romney is making Pennsylvania competitive as the GOP presidential nominee heads there later in the day. "They understand that they're in deep trouble," Axelrod said on "Fox News Sunday." "They've tried to expand the map because they know in states like Ohio… they're behind and they're not catching up at this point." Axelrod argued that Romney's trips to Florida and Virginia are signs that they haven't locked up states where the Republican should be performing well.

Projection, pure and simple. Couldn't they find a better surrogate for this message than Axelgrease Axelrod?

Talk about trouble. They can't even get someone with credibility to speak on their behalf.

Considering Axelrod never speaks the truth, this is very good news for Romney indeed.

In the standard tradition of Democrats' accusing their opponents of crimes which they, themselves, commit .... and noting uncomfortable situations in which the left dwells, Axelrod points a finger at Mitt, saying that Romney is in 'deep trouble.'
.... Very telling of Axelrod, who is busy trying to remember which lie he told to which person, as it all falls on his head.

The Senate, I fear, will stay in the hands of the Democrats and that worthless piece of filth Harry Reid. I pray that if he's still the leader he can be marginalized to the point of uselessness.

The final days of the campaign are being fought behind Obama's firewall - and he thinks Republicans are in trouble? Romney only needs to win one bigger state, because FL, VA, and CO are already in his column.

From Rasmussen Reports:
Ohio: Obama 49%, Romney 49%
Michigan: Obama 52%, Romney 47%
Colorado: Romney 50%, Obama 47%
Wisconsin: Romney 49%, Obama 49%
Iowa: Romney 49%, Obama 48%

Big crowds meannothing. Ads mean nothing. Actually voting means everything. Vote. Get like minded folks to vote. Drive them to the polls if you have to. Remember Obamacare - many of us here thought the USSC would overturn that law but they did not. It is up to us,and the ONLY way is to get President Obama out of the White House and to elect a Republican Senate.

Let us put it this way Dave. The only one in trouble is the POTUS. Win or lose on Tuesday there is gonna be an investigation like no other on who gave the order to stand down in Libya and where the POTUS was when that order was given. If we find that Ms. Jarrett made decisions for your boss while he was getting his beauty rest for Las Vegas or that he gave the order...the only one in trouble is your boss Mr. Axelrod and I guess you must surely known that your doorstep will be troubled as well.

Senator Bobby Casey has been running one ad against Tom Smith, pointing out that Smith is a tea party leader. Smith is exactly that. And proud of it.
But today, casey is running ads telling us how much he disagrees with obama! How about that! And he says smith favors obama on several trade deals! So his republican opponent, bobby would have us believe, would cooperate a second term obama, but this casey, the democrat, would not!

We are in Alice in Wonderland territory in Pa!

If Romney wins a close election, it's not over. Dems will drag it out until they muster enough votes for an Obama win or try to sully his win like they did with W in 2000. If, on the other hand, Obama wns a close race, no problem, he's the pres.

Soon this man and all like him will be relegated to history. We will once again be a free society. In 2008 we voted for a black man, a minority, in hopes it would fire up the USA to be what we want it to be, a UNITED states. He has turned the fire to ashes. We are now a DIVIDED states. and Obama has been the cause. He promised a transformation, and it has occurred, but it has all been negative. We should not have to endure this misery any longer. Hopefully there are sufficient Americans who want freedom to
vote the man out of office. and we can then work to restore the USA, under Constitutional law.

Via America Rising and the IJR, is this the key that finally unlocks the enigma of Harry Reid, tinpot demagogue? Maybe, from moment to moment, this guy just … doesn’t realize what’s coming out of his mouth. Hard to believe he could forget saying on the Senate floor that all ObamaCare horror stories — all of them — are a GOP/Koch brothers fairy tale designed to besmirch the stellar reputation of the Affordable Care Act. Those remarks got heavy coverage in conservative media, and even got picked up at WaPo. You don’t toss a grenade that powerful without choosing your

As part of its plan to reduce U.S. greenhouse gas emissions, the Obama administration is targeting the dairy industry to reduce methane emissions in their operations. This comes despite falling methane emission levels across the economy since 1990. The White House has proposed cutting methane emissions from the dairy industry by 25 percent by 2020. Although U.S. agriculture only accounts for about 9 percent of the country’s greenhouse gas emissions, according to the Environmental Protection Agency, it makes up a sizeable portion of methane emissions — which is a very potent greenhouse gas. Some of these methane emissions come from

In an address to the House on Wednesday, Alabama Representative Mo Brooks read aloud a letter sent to him by Dr. Marlin Gill of Decatur. The letter holds nothing back while detailing the excessive costs and regulations that Dr. Gill calls Obamacare’s “war against doctors.” Here is the full text of the letter, courtesy of Rep. Brooks’ office: Dear Congressman Brooks, As a practicing family physician, I plead for help against what I can best characterize as Washington’s war against doctors. The medical profession has never before remotely approached today’s stress, work hours, wasted costs, decreased efficiency, and declining ability to focus on patient

All 17 Democrats on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee have called on Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) to end the “partisan” investigation into the Benghazi attack “and begin focusing instead on conducting responsible oversight to implement constructive reforms.” The Dems, led by ranking member Elijah Cummings (D-Md.), charged that the probe “has been characterized by wild and unsubstantiated political accusations that turn out to be completely inaccurate.” They proceeded to outline those instances in the five-page letter. “Continuing this reckless pattern of launching wholly unfounded accusations on national television — and racking up more and more Pinocchios in the process —

When Jorge Mario Bergoglio became Pope Francis a little more than a year ago, the first thing that struck those who knew him well was his unexpected, beatific smile. “In Argentina, he didn’t smile like that,” Sergio Rubin, the pope’s biographer, said this week at a conference sponsored by the Ethics and Public Policy Center. “That was the big surprise.” Since then, the pope has mostly kept on smiling — in homilies, in audiences, in meetings with the homeless and the poor. If you look at the pictures from Francis’ meeting with President Obama on Thursday, though, the smile is there only some of the time.

Please, try not to let what I’m about to tell you destroy your faith in the integrity of the national Democratic Party. Right now, a crime wave is sweeping the nation, and everyone in this out-of-control mob has a D after their names, even if most of the media are loath to report it. If you are a low-information voter, a Globe subscriber, say, you have been told endlessly that the root of all evil in American politics is the Tea Party, better known in your moonbat media as “teabaggers.” Oddly, however, the hacks rounded up over the last few days, well,

More than six million Americans have now signed up for private insurance under the Affordable Care Act, according to the White House, with just four days to go until the end of its first open enrollment period. While traveling in Italy on Thursday, President Obama shared the news in a conference call with thousands of health-care navigators and volunteers helping enroll people on state and federal marketplaces. As the volume of consumers seeking health plans has surged -- there were over 1.5 million visits to HealthCare.gov Wednesday and more than 430,000 calls to the marketplaces´ call centers -- Obama urged those on

London - England’s public health agency says two people have caught tuberculosis from a pet cat, the first time the bacterial disease has been documented to spread from cat to human. In a report published Thursday, Public Health England said it concluded TB samples taken from the cat and from two people in contact with the animal were “indistinguishable” and that the cat was considered to be “the likely source of infection.” Between December 2012 and last April, veterinarians identified TB in nine pet cats in Berkshire and Hampshire, west of London. Public Health England said the two people who caught TB were recovering and said the risk

Ann Furedi, of BPAS, said the law does not prevent women from choosing a termination on the grounds of gender and she even compared it to abortion after rape. Mrs Furedi´s comments come weeks after it was disclosed that the CPS had decided not to prosecute two doctors who were exposed by a Daily Telegraph investigation arranging terminations purely because the unborn baby was a girl. A group of 50 MPs, drawn from across the party divide, then wrote to this newspaper warning that the decision was a “step back in the fight for gender equality” and effectively changes the law without

Usually the type of Republicans MSNBC hosts invite on their shows are either craven RINO types who can be depended upon to trash talk fellow Republicans, or the more inarticulate, dimmer bulbs in the party who fail to communicate conservative positions effectively. MSNBC host Chris Hayes had an entirely different type of animal on his hands with PA Americans For Prosperity Director, Jennifer Stefano. In fact, he´s probably still licking his wounds after the nasty confrontation he had with her, Wednesday night in a debate over the latest ObamaCare delay. He got off on the wrong foot by introducing Stefano

Joe Newby at The Washington Examiner has found a real doozy of a “comedian.” Her name is Laura Levites – with obviously no connection to the priests of the Old Testament. (She´s an atheist with a fondness for Ricky Gervais.) "I would personally like to castrate every Male Conservative Christian so that they have NO reproductive rights," she wrote on Twitter, using the hashtag "#HobbyLobby." She certainly knows how to draw attention to herself. Newby said that’s not all. She also expressed her hatred of Christians in a tweet calling conservative Christians "******bags," claiming they are "really trying" her patience.

President Obama marveled at the sheer size of the Colosseum during a private sightseeing tour Thursday night in Rome. "This is bigger than some current baseball stadiums," Obama told reporters, noting the size exceeded Wrigley Field in his hometown of Chicago. "I have to check on what it seats. It´s remarkable. Unbelievable." The amphitheatre, located in central Rome, was constructed between 70 and 80 A.D., and was estimated to hold between 50,000 and 80,000 spectators. The Colosseum was home to gladiator battles and animal hunts during the Roman Empire. Obama walked along a platform running through the center of the
