| Speaking at a photo op about the Sandy hurricane disaster, President Obama said: "In times of crisis, "we pull together, we leave nobody behind, we make sure we respond as a nation," Obama said, reprising one of his 2012 campaign themes. "Whenever an American is in need, all of us stand together in providing the help that is necessary," he added." Not only "leave nobody behind", but "providing the help that is necessary." It was an amazingly audacious lie

`Obviously this was another brazen Obama lie a couple weeks after stranding Americans overseas on duty for this country.
Obama continues to spike the football over BinLaden while his parent company, radical Islam is taking over strategic middle eastern countries with his help.
The real Islamaphobia is coming from everyday arabs who don't want to live under Sharia law,not Americans, like the moron at the state dept. said.
The left claims to be the heroes of women but they don't mind arab women being brutalized one bit.The left would probably want ringside seats to watch the stonings and beheadings.
The taleban has to be among the worst when it comes to suppressing women but Obama is bragging about his exit sign in Afghanistan.

The man has got to be majorly sick to even be able to look in the mirror. The lies, the gall, the hypocrisy are mind boggling.
Zero cares more for the screeching "cell phone lady" than he did for a courageous American who died slumped over his machine gun fighting terrorists. Depraved Indifference!
The mental ward of a prison seems an appropriate place for him.

Clarice Feldman strikes again! As she writes, it's painfully obvious obama has NO shame OR integrity, and he proves it daily. Are we supposed to believe HIM or OUR lying eyes? His corrupt-spin-master-lap-dog-leftist-pals in the "msm" have been working overtime to convince the Country to adore him as THEY do, but it's not working..It's over! Tuesday's coming! Yay!

Well said, Ms. Feldman. Would that all journalists had your integrity.
It appears to me that Obama does not believe he is lying. Whatever HE believes is his reality and he thinks no one should question that. I sincerely believe he is a pathological liar. It is past time to send him packing. Pray for this country. It is going to take divine intervention to get rid of the evil entrenched in this government, but we must start somewhere and he and his minions will do nicely.

The reason he knows he can get away with such audacious hypocrisy and outright lies is that his audiences are filled with swooners, SEIU thugs, parasites, and low information voters who have no clue about what really happened in Benghazi. It's disgusting to watch his speeches, as much for his goofy audiences behind him as for his lies and Mussolini mannerisms.

My theory is the B0 didn't turn to his security experts but rather to his campaign policy experts - V Jarrett and Axelrod.
Remember it was Jarrett who caused him to put off his Bin Laden decision for almost a year so he couldn't endure a Carteresque experience. Ditto here during a late Presidential campaign.

I have to wonder why anyone would vote for this cliche ridden "brand" politician. But people love "put it back in your pants" Bill Clinton too.
Psychologist tell us that humans don't use reason to make choices and decisions, they use emotions, and use reasoning to justify those emotionally made choices. That would mean people don't use truth, facts or evidence to make election choices, they use looks, feelings, gestures, facial expressions and perception. Barack and Bill are both professional politicians that can put any used car salesman to shame.
We live in a media driven culture and no one is exempt from their "brand" driven values. Obama was sold to the public as a brand. He has no history, no experience, no values, no morality and no sound ideology other than the one his Marxist friends provided him and yet people voted for him because of his brand; he looked good, clean, a father and he could read from a teleprompter well, even though it was kept just out of the camera's view.
Yes, Obama has no shame because the media created him and maintains him and the people find no fault with him because the media proclaims him the right choice (brand) based their marketing techniques.
Perception has become reality in the minds of millions regardless of the truth.

In her most recent public proclamation to aid and abet Obama in his 'Destroy Romney' scheme, Andrea Mitchell 'criticized Romney for gathering relief supplies for the storm victims, saying really people should just send money to the Red Cross. Before the week was out, the President of Staten Island was cursing the ineffective Red Cross and begging for relief supplies.' .... Ooooops, Andrea.

Obie has no shame, never has. He thought the msm would take care of Benghazi and Sandy for him, again, and bury the stories. Pretty hard to bury a story that affects 50 million people, no?
But, we see now that the msm is becoming less and less relevant in the big picture, as alternative news sources, ok let's throw Fox news in for now, given them a brake, but really the internet that will finally weed out the msm, the newspaper rags, and the dinosaurs that claim to be objective journalists both on camera and in print.

I can just imagine…
“So, Mr. President, we await your orders. Do we proceed immediately with a rescue operation? Or, if you need more time to make a decision, do you issue an order to “Stand Down!?” What’ll it be, Mr. President?”
Wrapped snugly in his powder blue security blanket and with his favorite pacifier “Mr. Binky” at the ready, he whines that he still needs more time. Unfortunately for him, he’s told that saying “Present!” is not an option, even though it’s always been his favorite.
So, in the meantime, as he tries mightily to decide, people die.
“War is hell, isn’t it, Mr. President?”

If Obama and Hillary were Republicans they would already be sitting at home awaiting indictment. No American is secure within or outside the borders of the U.S. as long as Obama and his administration is in office. This has been the most corrupt and incompetent administration in all American history. Cannot wait for election day to end this nightmare and waste of four years. Democrats should be ashamed of what they have done, and all for getting free stuff from the government.

fellow ldotters, at least some of them, have shared the experience of going through a divorce, where the spouse accuses you of all sorts of bad behavior - the exact behavior that the spouse has demonstrated! Barack is exactly like that. After leaving 4 Americans to die at the hands of filthy islamofascist terrorist pigs, barack says he never leaves anyone behind.

Question: Are they also going to knock themselves out to produce ''Benghazi - Obama's Massive Failure.''?

I believe it was CBS reporter Sharyl Atkkisson who was screamed at by the White House, probably Axelgrease, for asking too many questions about Fast & Furious - another Obama operation that put Americans in mortal peril.
He's quite a lethal president and he gets mean when anyone asks questions.

The American people have witnessed during the past four years just how bad ineffective leadership can get. Not only is the performance incompetent but we have seen people killed as the result of confused inaction and outright cowardice.
The same goes for the large relief agencies such as the red cross and the united way. When all you hear is "send money" and when the time comes for their help, it just isn't there. The New York area had up to five days warning concerning this storm. I hope the voters in that area have directed their anger and frustration to the correct source.

This talk about "leaving nobody behind" is quite deliberate. The irony is almost surely not lost on the cunning weasel. Its his way of saying "See, I am saying it openly so the accusations are not true". This is the same reason he jokes about his birth certificate or childhood in Kenya. Pathetic.

Excellent!
FTA "Did you assume as apparently pundits like Peggy Noonan and David Brooks did that a community organizer known largely for voting "present" was up to the task?"
Never forget who these idiots were.
I do research. I researched the idiot/useless/lazy Obama. There was (I suspect may still be) tons of information -not the Man Country, Birth Certificate stuff, just what he did in office -that would make your head spin...if you knew. Don't Brooks and Noonan own computers, too? The internet? Or is the real problem they don't have brains?
Hubby suggests it may not be lack of brains, but lack of integrity. Probably closer to the truth.
If they had only looked realistically, honestly and critically at what he had done they wouldn't have even considered him.
I think they are also responsible in part for our Ambassador and our hero military in Benghazi too -as surely as those barbarians are. His incompetence was clear back then. He still is incompetent yet they don't say a single word.
They need to answer for what they have done. All the sycophant media should. Being wrong is one thing. Being a consistent and pathological liar with deadly consequences for the innocent is another.
Hey Andrea, here's a photo of poor Chris Stevens, dead. Raped and beaten to death, dragged through the streets by gang of rabid animals. You did that, you fool.
May you and all like you have all you deserve.
#17, you are a right, but "pundits" aren't supposed to be shrieking little girls at a Justin Beiber concert, but measured, reasoned thinkers. That's why we listen to/read them.
At least some of them.

A couple of other points: Why wasn't the entire national security establishment on altert preparing for the anniversary of 9-11, especially after Islamists had grown in strength over the past year and while the administration had continued to 'spike the football' over the death of Bin Laden? Point two -- looking forward -- has anything been done since the Benghazi murders to strengthen security at the other hell holes in the Muslim world where we have diplomatic posts? A final point: Why is the 'smartest woman in America' still Secretary of State? It was HER department that not only denied security upgrades, but who then failed to pull out our diplomats from the dangerous situation in Libya. That's HER job!!! She's badly damaged goods and even Big Bill cannot save her.

Four years, four attacks. When will it end? By watching the Obamboozler one can only conclude that this simply does not take precedence over golfing, lavish vacations and campaigning in Vegas (even though we aren't supposed to go there!) Shame. Not a clue. Integrity? Not even the remotest idea of the concept! "If I don't have this done in three years, then there's going to be a one-term proposition." It's incredulous that the Commander in Chief has not admitted to the order 'stand down' with regards to the 4 American Heroes who were murdered in the Benghazi Cosulate compound. Obama Hillary Panetta and no doubt other aides such as Jarrett and military leaders.Suffice it to say these people were watching the burning and storming of our consulate. The MSM has not said anything about this seriouis breach of security incompetance. The leader of the free world is grimacing lieing to his faithful with the blood of 4 Americans who could have been saved on his hands. Panetta's comments about suuport was utter nonsense. Fact : fighter planes ready at Sigonella Sicily just 15 to 25 mins flight time to Benghazi. Slower troop carriers would have made the trip in 45 mins to an hour at the most.Panetta's nonsense that there would be Collateral damage if fighters were called up. The presense of and speed of F16/s would dissuade and put the fear of God into these attackers from attacking the consulate. You don't need to use your weaponry. However Troop transport's could have been there in an hour and seals green berets lowered down into the compound to aid their fellow outnumbered defenders. Obama thinks that he can get away with this tragic blunder but this time he got caught and we have the facts to prove it.

My concern is what will Obama do after he's defeated and out of the White House especially with his pent up anger and hostility towards the American people. He's had access to much classified and military secrets. Sure, he'll retire and be quiet for awhile...probably write a book. It will be interesting to see how he channels this knock out punch by the American voters. Although, his egomania will eventually surface and his hanger oners will insist he get back into public life, therefore, he will keep the door open a crack for the future. We must never let this happen again and we must demand all candidates be completely vetted.

Agree with the snetiments above. But since you will be called by your liberal friens on the smallest facts in an argument:
The flight time from Siggonella to Benghazi at ordinary cruise speeds (.74 Mach, about 450 MPH) would be about an hour. If they chose to go supersonic (leaving them with vastly reduced fuel and time-over-target ability) 30 minutes. Range and capability on the F-16 would dictate that they probably would not use them. F-15s operated by the Navy at Sig. Insertion of a FAS(Fleet Anti-terrorist Security Team) T Team? About an hour.
The basic premise remains the same, however. We could have intervened. And were ordered not to.

We’re the Battling Bast%$#s of Benghazi, no fame, no glory, no paparazzi.
Just a fiery death in a blazing hell, defending the country we loved so well.
It wasn’t our job, but we answered the call, fought to the consulate, ‘n scaled th’ wall.
We pulled twenty countrymen from the jaws of fate, led them to safety, ‘n stood at th’ gate.
Just two of us, ‘n foe by th’ score, but we stood fast to bar th’ door.
We called for reinforcement, but were denied, so we fought, ‘n we fought, ‘n we fought, ‘n we died.
We gave our all for our Uncle Sam, ‘n Obama didn’t give a damn.
Just two dead SEALS, who carried the load, no thanks to us, we were bumps in the road.

Purchase a huge megamansion to show off the 1% how the 1% should really live. Expect at least three winter vacations in 60 or so days and golfing outings every weekend. You want to talk about, "no man left behind"? Ask any Marine Vet from the Frozen Chosin in Korea. They'll tell you in a heart beat. Only the dead rode or those that couldn't walk but even they had their weapons in hand. They know what that means. Ask any of them who they'll vote for. There are still a few of us who understand what leadership is all about and this ain't it!

#47 Expect Obama to run for a Governor, possibly for the Senate again. I would not be surprised to see him run for president again in 2016 especially if the election is close enough that he make bogus claims about Republicans cheating. He is the leader of the hard left in the US and they will back him again

What if their kidnapping October surprise scenario went awry with armed jihadists in position to take out the first responders as they love to do? Wouldn't the right response of our military be to tell the responders to stand down to save their lives? It doesn't excuse Pres. O, but it makes sense of the troops on the ground following the orders to stand down against all their instincts that would have them rescuing the civilians and the Ambassador.

In one of his more well-publicized gaffes, Vice President Biden said of John McCain: "Look, John´s last-minute economic plan does nothing to tackle the number-one job facing the middle class, and it happens to be, as Barack says, a three-letter word: jobs. J-O-B-S, jobs." Actually, of course, it´s a four-letter word, and it was his job and the president´s to create a climate for job expansion, and they failed. The evidence is now overwhelming: they have created the worst employment climate in decades.

When your article inspires a big-city mayor to refer your case to a "human-relations commission," you know you´ve hit a nerve. And when that article is the recent "Being White in Philly" piece by liberal Robert Huber, you know it doesn´t take much truth to hit that nerve. That´s the scary part. Huber´s article contains mostly tepid examples of whites´ negative experiences with blacks and primarily black neighborhoods, such as a Philadelphia resident whose grill was stolen from her backyard but "blames herself" for not fencing it in. Its tone is basically apologetic, absolving a drug dealer of responsibility

Speaker of the House of Representatives John Boehner (R-OH), on March 17, 2013, on ABC´s This Week, said that he "absolutely" trusts Obama. Boehner also said that he and Obama have a good relationship, and that they are "open with each other ... honest with each other." I know it sounds unbelievable, so watch this 22-second video. Where to start? Well, how about these specific examples of Dear Leader Barack Hussein Obama not being "absolutely" trustful? I´m sure AT readers can think of others. That´s something to remember when you arrive there next week. Israel has a government, elected by its people in a free, fair, open and democratic election. Multiple parties representing widely divergent points of view met a wildly diverse electorate through free media and open debate. This is no stultified two-party affair with a libertarian insurgency. Israel will be the only country you visit in the region, this time or any other, that has a fully democratic system. Do not be swayed by the "apartheid" slander. Citizens of Israel are Jews, Moslems, Christians, and Druze, each with religious and non-religious elements.

Why Florida Persists in the Zimmerman Prosecution

Prodded by a president with a weakness for racial agitation and enabled by a politically complicit media, the State of Florida persists in a prosecution that can come to no good end. The defendant is neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman. The charge is the second-degree murder. The potential outcomes range from major injustice, if Zimmerman is convicted, to mayhem in the streets, if he´s acquitted. And the state plods on as though the angels were on its side. They are not. The witnesses to the February 2012 shooting of 17 year-old Trayvon Martin are proving even more troublesome

The political world changed its orbit Wednesday as Rand Paul seized the spotlight in his March 6 filibuster. Rand Paul -- not this author´s favorite before -- is probably now the 2016 front-runner for president. But the difference results from fundamental changes in substance. How can one day be that big of a deal? Because Rand Paul demonstrated a reproducible, winning formula. It was as if Ronald Reagan were granted just one day to come back to Earth to remind the Party of Lincoln of "how it´s done." Rand demonstrated a repeatable formula that all Republicans can copy.

Sixty-three months ago Barack Obama officially declared his candidacy for President. Only now are some among the so-called media and ruling elites in America slowly awakening from their self-induced infatuation and beginning to understand who he is. It has become difficult to ignore the overt intimidation, demagoguery and deliberate falsehoods spewed forth by Obama relative to sequestration -- a miniscule cut in the growth of federal spending. However, any cursory examination of his past reveals that these tactics are second nature to the man who currently occupies the Oval Office.

Years ago, when I used to play poker with some guys, I played a hand in which across the table from me was someone who looked as though he had a straight flush. He kept pumping up the bidding and everyone folded but me. When we finally showed our hands he had nothing. "You don´t know what you´re doing," he yelled. "Any good player would have folded! Why did you stay in?" he shouted angrily. "Because you curled your lip and reacted furiously when I stayed in. Someone with a winning hand would never do that."

By law, on Friday the executive must begin to cut $85 billion from federal spending. Though, as is his wont, the president is blaming the Republicans for what he claims is a draconian measure. No less a Washington chronicler of events than Bob Woodward of the Washington Post considers that a gross distortion of the truth [T]he automatic spending cuts were initiated by the White House and were the brainchild of [Treasury Secretary nominee Jack] Lew and White House congressional relations chief Rob Nabors -- probably the foremost experts on budget issues in the senior ranks of the federal government.

Too little serious conservative analysis of the 2012 presidential campaign has yet appeared. This is understandable. The results of the election were disheartening to the point of shock. The campaign defied all historical precedent, all commonsense interpretation. The Romney ticket should not have lost and did not deserve to lose. The Democrats, fielding the least worthy ticket in the past century -- and that´s saying something -- did not deserve to win. The reasons they did are myriad and complex. But before we get too far down the road, there is one lesson that has to be grasped:

No, I´m not talking about Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon, and Michael (God rest Michael´s tortured soul). I´m talking about the Chicago Jacksons, Jesse Sr. and Jesse Jr. The Jackson 5 in their heyday gave plenty: music, entertainment, and joy to their fans. The Chicago Jacksons are another story. Jesse Sr. (The Right Reverend) and his son (the erstwhile congressman) have done a lot more taking than giving. "Taking" may be too charitable a word. Shaking down and wheedling may be better descriptors for the Chicago Jacksons´ acts.

By now you likely have heard that Chris Rock considers Barack Obama America´s father. If that is true, then would somebody call Child Protective Services and find us foster parents! For Chris Rock, America´s true Founding Fathers were disappointingly white. I suspect that whatever the color of America´s Founding Fathers might have been, they would not have approved of having a failure like Obama among their esteemed membership. Thought the Founding Fathers had many flaws, they were smart enough to eliminate the self-indulgent institution of slavery from America´s future.

"The purpose of the United States Senate is to debate and to vote and to let the people know where we stand.” "What are we afraid of? ... Michelle Obama has admitted that she is already tired of the bangs she first sported in January. The First Lady said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight: ´Bangs are a day-by-day proposition. They´re starting to grow out, get a little irritating.´ Still, she hasn´t let her hairdo woes get her down. ´It´s okay,´ she said after her initial complaint. ´We´ll be good.´ The first indication that her hairstyle was becoming a burden came about last weekend, when Malia, 14, was spotted adjusting her mother´s hair during the White House Easter Egg Roll.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

Los Angeles — Some people have had it with TV. They´ve had enough of the 100-plus channel universe. They don´t like timing their lives around network show schedules. They´re tired of $100-plus monthly bills. A growing number of them have stopped paying for cable and satellite TV service, and don´t even use an antenna to get free signals over the air. (Snip) Last month, the Nielsen Co. started labeling people in this group "Zero TV" households, because they fall outside the traditional definition of a TV home. There are 5 million of these residences in the U.S., up from

North Korea’s young leader Kim Jong-un is waiting for United States President Barack Obama to make a phone call to Pyongyang to discuss easing tensions on the Korean peninsula, according to Russia’s news agency Itar-Tass. The report cited United Kingdom diplomats, saying Pyongyang was demanding the U.S. president personally call Kim Jong-un as one of the conditions to relieve the current conflict at hand. Itar-Tass also quoted the U.K.’s Sky News as saying North Korea currently has eight nuclear warheads.

On Friday, Sean Hannity brought Pat Smith, mother of the late Sean Smith, on his radio program. The 34-year-old information management officer was one of four Americans murdered in the Benghazi embassy attack on September 11, 2012. In the chilling interview, a distraught Ms. Smith, in tears, pleaded for answers and spoke of the efforts to silence her. Ms. Smith first relayed how her son, prior to the attack, requested additional security in advance and warned the State Department: He did tell them, ahead of time, he typed it into his little typewriter over there,

Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank

But really she’s something much more interesting: a traitor to her class. Her betrayal consists of being gauche enough to acknowledge publicly a truth that everyone who’s come up through Ivy League culture knows intuitively —

Gluten-free diets are all the rage, but they can be dangerous if not done right. What is gluten? It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon. Baking hardens the gluten, which helps the finished product keep its shape. Wheat — and gluten — is ubiquitous in the American diet.
