Why Is Obama so
Nasty and Vulgar?

PJ Media, by Michael Ledeen

Original Article

Posted By:Dreadnought, 10/29/2012 7:29:59 AM

Rude, insulting language about Romney (“bullsh****r) from the president. Vulgar sexual innuendo, aimed at seducing young women to vote for him. The vice president asking a bereaved parent about the size of his murdered son’s testicles. It’s quite a spectacle. We’re a fractious people, and our politics have always been full of colorful language, but I can’t recall the current depth of vulgarity. The “politics of personal destruction” have gotten uglier. Does it mean anything? Should we try to understand it? First, it bespeaks a coarsening of public language. No surprise there

Like Bill Clinton, Obama has no concept of dignity. Both men have a sense of being offended, but they don't have a natural gentleman inside, lacking father figures in their young lives. Obama is crude by nature. He himself has said he was a 'Jakarta street kid'. He has never left that beginning.

No class.....some people do not have it. Sometimes it is understandable due to circumstances. Maybe this is one of those cases. In my opinion, Obama, Clinton, Nixon...all have diminished the Presidency each in their own way. There have probably been others.

Politics aside, I would like to see leadership in all areas, including dignified language. Oh...and Biden ? More pathetic than Obama. Just a foolish man.

The more liberal, the more vial. Been that way for millenia. Take a look from the Bible

"These people are springs without water and mists driven by a storm. Blackest darkness is reserved for them. For they mouth empty, boastful words and, by appealing to the lustful desires of the flesh, they entice people who are just escaping from those who live in error. They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity..."

Vulgarity is to Depth as their Pragmatism is to Principle.

A substitute for something they can never have.

Many people didn't realize what a thug Obama is until this campaign season and, most importantly, the third debate. He was exposed and the voters were appalled.

Vulgarity, vocal, behavioral and political has been the hallmark of the Obama presidency. While we are on the subject lets not forget the infamous incident of the vice president of the US stage whisper to the president, live on coast-to-coast TV: "This is a Big F***ing Deal!" And instead of a public apology, the president responded with an only slightly suppressed version of his famous "joker smirk."

Then there is his "spiritual tutor" with "God D**M America from the pulpit of Obama's church of twenty years.

And his cute trick of laying the wrong finger beside his nose as a subtle "high five" to his base during speeches.

And dozens of others....

Look at his upbringing. Look at the people he CHOSE to associate with as an adult. And consider the core of this man. The sad thing is this weak, stupid, immoral man appeals to almost half, if not more, of the voters in this country.

Leftism is a kind of arrested emotional development that keeps victims stuck in adolescence, so it is no surprise they act, think and talk like grandiose, know it all, rebellious teenagers. Much of it is posing and posturing - an act intended to demonstrate independence and superiority to common conventions. Potty mouth is a mark of distinction, not something to be ashamed of. It proves one is no fool that he is righteous, that he is not afraid of transgressing the limits. Once upon a time it shocked and horrified the bourgeoisie. Now, of course, it is old hat. It is expected. And even when people who are supposed to be adults, e.g. the president &etc. use such language, we are only mildly surprised. We are used to it.

Profanity and vulgarity in speech, besides being markers for an immature world view, are highly correlated with impoverished thinking and a constricted working vocabulary. They are manifestations of mental laziness and carelessness, of a mind that is fundamentally undisciplined and subject to emotions. They usually connote a dogmatic, rigid, intolerant personality. And they represent bad manners and disrespect for others, particularly in the presence of strangers. They pollute discourse. It might be acceptable or funny to pass gas noisily and odiferously in the presence of one's friends - but to do so in public is boorish and juvenile, like Leftism itself.

As the article says, it's the real Obama coming out. Remember him scratchig the side of his face while surreptitiously giving the finger, in 2008. That told me everything about him. Now, his vulgarity is not the slightest bit surreptitious.

Obama is nasty and vulgar because those characters are molded into his DNA. When things are going well, those things bubble below the surface. When in trouble he has no choice but to let the real Obama surface. If his current opponent was Mother Teresa, his campaign and demeanor would be no different than it is with Gov. Romney today.

Amazing that so many people are "surprised and shocked" by the real obama coming out. He went to Church with Jeremiah Wright for more than 20 years, was a community organizer in Chicago and helped Acorn-criminals and unions plant roots in every state. WHAT is the surprise? He and his minions have ALWAYS been "rude, insulting, nasty and vulgar", the people who voted for this horrendous 'president' in 2008 just weren't paying attention. Nov. 6 is coming!

Gentlemanlyness, courteous behavior toward others is looked upon as a hallmark of the established oppressive culture. Just like non-violence -'because they already have what you deserve and don't want you take it from them'. Vulgarity is a means of differentiating yourself and identifying with the victims. Its the essence of cool. Many of the positions on social issues - homosexuality, abortion, traditional role of women in a nuclear family, faith etc. are also driven by this. They will be vulgar because it is in their very nature as Left Wingers. This is not Liberalism. Hubert Humphrey, George McGovern, Daniel Patrick Moynihan were all Libersls.

In some ways Obama reminds me of a feral child grown into an adult.
He exhibits zero manners or etiquette.
The first couple of months Brian Kneepad Williams had an hour special where he trailed Obama.
As they rode together in the back of the People's multimillion dollar presidential limo-
Obama put his shoes up on the seat.
During the ram through of Obamacare , I saw him body block Pelosi and shove her out of the way ,
so he could walk through a door first.
She was stunned at his rudeness and started looking around chagrined .
Obama wrote often in Dreams of his rage against whites and America.
Combine that with his bizarre upbringing , the early indoctrination into the culture of Marxism, pedophilia and Islam, the heavy drug use ,
the absence of a work ethic,
the lack of education and the NPD ( Narcissistic Personality Disorder ) and we have one perfect storm of an extremely dysfunctional POTUS.

Obama War Room: It's You and Me, Baby

OBAMA: OK, we got the Muslims; the generation ship welfarers; dead urban Democrats; the Greens, blacks, and browns; academics; the Mediscared; home-grown communists; Jews; gays; enfranchised illegals; Kos Kids living in their parents’ basements; and drug cartel members with dual citizenship.
DAVID PLOUFFE: We need another bloc.
JOE BIDEN: How about ''Sucker Moms''?
OBAMA: We've lost that demographic.
BIDEN: Not ''Soccer Moms,'' Chief — ''Sucker Moms.'' Single women who thought the boyfriend would stay around soon’s he found out there was a bâtard in the oven.
OBAMA: And you're proposing?
BIDEN: Declare, um, marital law, Boss. Or is it ''common-law''? Whatever. Then, issue a directive defining ''deserter'' as any civilian male AWOL from his family unit.
JANET NAPOLITANO: I could transfer to Washington personnel who are busy ignoring human trafficking on the border, sir. They’d team with FBI agents and MPs to track down deadbeat dads and return them to their home bases.
OBAMA: Not bad. What else to tempt these women?
BIDEN: We find language in ObamaCare guaranteeing 24/7 Supernanny coverage--contingent on your reelection.
KATHLEEN SEBELIUS: I'd throw in free tubal ligation. Insurance companies would be free to reject offering these benefits at their peril.
BIDEN: Oh, we better keep a lid on Iran attacking us in the Strait of Hormel.
JAY CARNEY: That’s the Strait of Hormuz. Hormel is an American company that makes Spam.
BIDEN: Why're they in the Strait? Betcha one of Romney’s companies outsourced operations there. We’ll say he’s still involved. We can sic the FCC on ‘em, too, Chief. Everybody’s always complainin’ about spam. You’d be the only one doin’ anything about it.
OBAMA: Joe, you’re going to be out of action with the flu until November 7.

When it was first reported that Obama "hates" Romney I was puzzled. I could understand Obama having a different philosophy but Romney doesn't seem like someone who would inspire hatredl. Then I realized that Obama is very conceited and wants to feel superior to everyone. He knows he is inferior to Romney in every way. To him that is unforgivable.

I'll agree with Ledeen on the vulgarity, but it's not new. JFK was a sex addict that we KNOW commanded young women to "service" some of his senior staff. LBJ was a mean, snarly, nasty man with very foul language. . .and we're all very familiar with Bill "put some ice on that" Clinton; not to mention the long list of Democrat Senators who played nasty in DC for years (led by Teddy, of course). Obama and Biden are just part and parcel of their gang of thugs.

The cleanest one out of the entire group was Jimmy Carter and that is because he came from completely outside the establishment. He's a bitter, petulant old man, but I don't think I could ever accuse him of vulgarity.

What is Alinsky's main thesis? It is basically that one can manipulate people so that power can be achieved and kept by those who are willing to flout society's natural boundaries.

The spirit within Obama, I would hazard a guess based on the fruit that falls from that tree, is not holy but something else altogether.

"mediscared" is a keeper, #25.

Why's Barry so nasty and vulgar? Why do guys marry girls-next-door instead of seasoned lap dancers?

The answer is, so that their kids won't grow up to be Barack and Michelle Obamas.

If those photos published in porno mags are considered, you'd have to say Barry's mother would have been making grainy movies with a co-star who wore garters to hold up his socks and a half mask - if her father had known the producer of such films, that is.

His mother taught him his social boundaries and manners. That's why he's a lout today.

Obama thinks his position of power gives him the right to say or not to say anything he wants. He also thinks he can do anything he wants or not do it. I'll always remember the day he was caught saying ''I don't need this.''

He was placed in the position as President by the dark forces of evil, a complicit MSM, and by ill-informed voters. Now, he's having to do the hard work and he doesn't like it. His campaign is run by juveniles and he'll pay for it next week.

Presidents have always cussed in in private, I'd guess. They probably also occasionally or even frequently got a little drunk. They may have had dalliances or kept mistresses or misters even( Who knows or cares?)

The difference is that the press more or less kept their mouths shut out of respect for the office and personal privacy. Politicians, in return for that consideration, never flaunted their business.

Clinton brought sex to the Oval Office, but that was more symptom than cause: over the past few decades the line between private and public has eroded. At the same time we've enshrined a "right to privacy" in our legal and ethical codes we've seen both the extent of that private and public domains diminish. Private acts are routinely displayed in public and the increasingly voyeuristic public is entitled to know whatever secrets any celebrity may be trying to keep.

There is one proviso in this new understanding: we are not allowed to judge the person solely on the revelation alone. We can only condemn that person if a charge of hypocrisy can be sustained.

Welcome to the new error-- I mean, era.

Par for the “coarse!”

This thread contains mentions of a goodly number of low-class, no-class Democrats who, over the years, have lowered the level of propriety of our currently not so great nation. Ironically, first on the list is their party’s greatest superstar, Bill Clinton. I mean how ya gonna top what he did with and to history’s most famous intern? It was nothing if not internal. But, let’s not go there.

I can’t help but wonder if our Veep, Mr. Tactful Joe Biden ever inquired of his boss, the POTUS, what the size of his you-know-whats are, only to discover they’re commensurate with a couple of sesame seeds.

That alone answers a veritable plethora of questions, does it not?

The answer is simple, he was brought up that way, to have zero respect for anyone or anything.

On top of that he's a LIB...and they, as a group, think they are smarter than everyone else so they have no respect for anyone else!

Time to put all of them in a Lib zoo for all of us to throw peanuts to!

As other posters have noted - it is a lack of maturity. Libs are stuck in a time warp - they are forever young, rebellious teens flouting theirs parents & the rules of polite society. If the old, fuddy-duddies (parents) want you to be considerate of others & keep your language clean, then it is your "duty" as an in-your-face "rebel" to do the opposite. Nobody is going to tell you what to do! I've got one of these arrested-development-rebels in the family & becuase she hates her successful, church-going Republican father, she uses vulgar language to shock him and disrespect him.

I believe some of us already said that, but I haven't seen it and I will say it.
It is not that that the leftists (fascists, commies) are nasty. It is that nasty, miserable freaks become leftists (fascists, commies).
The more or less open bureaucrats in USSR shared with me the process how to get into the closed circle. The inner circle freaks vet them thoroughly in different circumstances, like mafia, grade them, and only the highest grade freaks have a go at higher rungs. Remember, how jarrett talked about van jones - they were following him for many years!

Anybody remember that dark Inaugural Day of 1993? Bill and Hillary had opened up the White House (for the little people) and it turned into a logistic nightmare. Someone caught Hillary, on an open mike, chewing out Bill how they (well, him, probably) had just f***** the people. Over and over and over again. It's who they are.

I vividly remember when I was a child and my mother heard me or one of my siblings say a "bad" word, she would literally wash our mouth with soap. Lesson learned.

I have actually heard Bob Blabbermouth on Fox New's The Five use the "F" on live TV. Of course he apologized for it, but you could see by his demeanor that he really didn't mean it. He just got caught.

And one problem with all of this profanity being used in our modern day is that most of us put up with it. I mean, when the last time when you heard someone use profanity in public, did you step forward and politely ask that person NOT to use language like that in public? If not, then you have acquiesced to that type of language. Even here at LCom, there is a code of speech and use of language that if you violate it, you get barred. We can can and should do that in our everyday lives.

You know, #40 (Elvira) has a point.

Obama and the left pose a dire threat to our liberty, and up until now one way I've been able to keep my sanity while watching this man sully the presidency and undermine the Constitution is to mock him and his acolytes. Conventional wisdom is that ridicule diminishes such people.

But this administration is immune to ridicule. I can't tell you how many far-out scenarios I've posited in my satires over the last four years that have actually come to pass.

The time for jokes about the poseur in the Oval Office is over. In fact, though I persisted in trying to skewer him, his defilement of the presidency made me wonder more than once whether finding amusement in his actions served any purpose.

I'm not laughing at Obama any more ... just loathing him. No more jokes until, well, at least until he's defeated and I can get the disdain level dialed down. We're way beyond parody with this guy.

#7 & #27 -- I find your turning this into a racial issue very disturbing and off color. Conservatives do not judge people on irrelevant characteristics like race or skin color--that is what leftists do. We see people as individuals who should be judged thier individual character. WASHINGTON – Using a Pakistani Internet Protocol, or IP address, a disposable credit card and a fake address, “Osama bin Laden” has successfully donated twice to Barack Obama’s presidential re-election campaign.

The “Bin Laden” donations, actually made by WND staff, included a listed occupation of “deceased terror chief” and a stated employer of “al-Qaida.”

“Bin Laden” is currently set up on the official campaign website to contribute more to Obama’s campaign. The name is also registered as a volunteer.

Since the “foreign” contribution was sent, “Bin Laden’s” email address has received several solicitations from Obama’s campaign asking for more donations.

The acceptance of foreign contributions is strictly illegal under U.S. campaign finance law.

One $15 donation was made at BarackObama.com using a confirmed Pakistani IP address. In other words, as far as the campaign website was concerned, the donation was openly identified electronically as coming from Pakistan.

Upon clicking the “donate” button, WND staff selected the $15 amount and were taken to a page on the campaign website asking for a first and last name, city, state, zip code, email address and phone number.

The information submitted was: “Osama bin Laden, 911 Jihad Way, Abbottabad, CA 91101.”

While the website only has options for U.S. states and zip codes, there is no mechanism in place on Obama’s website to verify the individual is actually located in that state or zip code, or even in the U.S.

The Obama campaign refuses to release the identification of donors who give less than $200

In the case of this donation, the 91101 zip code is real but corresponds to Pasadena, Calif., and not Abbottabad, the Pakistani city in which bin Laden was found holed up in a compound.

For a requested phone number, WND inputted the White House information line of (202) 456-2121.

The email address used to set up the donation account was osama4obama2012@gmail.com.

Before the Obama administration gave an inaccurate narrative on national television that the Benghazi attacks grew from an anti-American protest, the CIA’s station chief in Libya pointedly told his superiors in Washington that no such demonstration occurred, documents and interviews with current and former intelligence officials show. The attack was “not an escalation of protests,” the station chief wrote to then-Deputy CIA Director Michael J. Morell in an email dated Sept. 15, 2012 — a full day before the White House sent Susan E. Rice to several Sunday talk shows to disseminate talking points claiming that the Benghazi attack began

PARIS — Steeped in conservative rage and tasting of grass roots, a political backlash has traditional politicians and the news media asking the once-unthinkable: Is le tea party brewing in France? If it were, it would be populated by the likes of Catherine Mas-Mezeran, a Parisian mother of three who wrinkles her nose at the mention of President François Hollande. If Betsey McCaughey is correct (and I bet she is, because she has not only read the entire ObamaCare bill, she has written a book about it), Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan publicly humiliated herself during the oral arguments on the Hobby Lobby case, revealing that she either did not read the law, or failed to comprehend it if she did so. Writing in the New York Sun, McCaughey lays out what is wrong with the Justice’s declaration about Obamacare: she asserted that the statute itself mandates provision of birth control. Not one word in the Affordable Care Act guarantees health plans will cover birth control products.

More than half of the 2.6 million Americans dispatched to fight the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan struggle with physical or mental health problems stemming from their service, feel disconnected from civilian life and believe the government is failing to meet the needs of this generation’s veterans, according to a poll conducted by The Washington Post and the Kaiser Family Foundation. The long conflicts, which have required many troops to deploy multiple times and operate under an almost constant threat of attack, have exacted a far more widespread emotional toll than previously recognized by most government studies and independent assessments:

What did that mean, I asked, surprised. Were they for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights? For gay marriage? Were they actually gay? He couldn’t really define it, though the conversation meandered in that direction for a few more minutes, also touching on the subject of the former president’s alleged marital infidelity,

Democrat Rep. Nancy Pelosi just might be a racist monster who wants to murder live children for the sake of eliminating “undesirables.” Why would I say such an outrageous thing? Because Pelosi has accepted an award named for Margaret Sanger. And Margaret Sanger was definitely a racist monster who advocated murdering live children for the sake of eliminating “undesirables.” Quote: The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it. That’s advocating child murder. It’s not racist, but we’re not done. Sanger considered racial minorities to be “human weeds.” In context,

Barring a miraculous upsurge in President Obama’s dismal 41% approval rating, Hillary Clinton’s run for president in 2016 will be a steep uphill climb. (Snip) His support of Common Core, however, will also find many who are in the conservative ranks objecting, since they fear that Common Core represents educational centralism and having the government ram federal standards down their throats. What I do object to is that Bush is already being heralded as the obvious candidate, the man to whom the big money must and will flow. As the Washington Post reports: Many of the Republican Party’s most powerful insiders and financiers have begun a

Ronan Farrow’s MSNBC talk show is facing cancellation amid poor ratings, sources exclusively tell Confidenti@l.Farrow, 28 — the opinionated, blue-eyed son of actress Mia Farrow and either Woody Allen or Frank Sinatra (even Farrow’s not sure which) — has been a disaster for MSNBC. The channel took the frequent cable-show guest and handed him his own program, “Ronan Farrow Daily,” which premiered in late February. The theory was that Farrow, a Rhodes scholar who graduated college when he was 15 and went on to score degrees from Yale and Oxford, would bring his 245,000 Twitter followers with him to television

Former U.S. Senator Bob Kerrey thinks President Barack Obama, a fellow Democrat, was re-elected in 2012 because he ´sucked less´ than former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. The Nebraskan straight-talker told MailOnline in an exclusive interview that Obama isn´t up to the job of bringing liberals and conservatives to the table to rescue America´s slowly choking entitlement programs. And Obama, he said Wednesday in his Manhattan office, knew full well he was lying when he promised that the Affordable Care Act would allow Americans to keep insurance plans they liked. ´He had to know he was misleading the audience,´ Kerrey said

YOKOHAMA, Japan — Climate change is already having sweeping effects on every continent and throughout the world’s oceans, scientists reported Monday, and they warned that the problem is likely to grow substantially worse unless greenhouse emissions are brought under control. The report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, a United Nations group that periodically summarizes climate science, concluded that ice caps are melting, sea ice in the Arctic is collapsing, water supplies are coming under stress, heat waves and heavy rains are intensifying, coral reefs are dying, and fish and many other creatures are migrating toward the poles or

A National Labor Relations Board official has given the green light to Northwestern University football players to form a union. The March 26 decision by the NLRB´s Chicago regional director, Peter Sung Ohr, held that scholarship football players are "employees" for purposes of federal labor law. Ohr rejected the longstanding view of Northwestern and the National Collegiate Athletic Association that players are "student-athletes" rather than employees. While Ohr´s decision is hardly the final word on this issue, it does accelerate the legal and political battle against the NCAA and its century-old amateurism rules. Is Football Academic? Washington — The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on Monday finalized long-delayed rules that will require automakers to install back-up cameras in all vehicles by May 2018. The new rules set rear visibility standards that automakers will initially be able to meet only by installing cameras. At the same time, major automakers said Monday they are petitioning the Obama administration to let them end the use of side view mirrors if they install cameras that could perform the same task — a move that could improve fuel efficiency. President Obama’s Department of Homeland Security caught then released 68,000 aliens who had previously been convicted of a crime, a new report from the Center for Immigration Studies shows. The report, provided to Breitbart News ahead of its late Sunday evening release, reviews internal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) metrics to conclude that the Obama administration released 35 percent—or 68,000—convicted criminal aliens back into the U.S. general population when they could have been deported. (Snip) In response to these findings from CIS that follow up on his office’s report last week, Sessions said immigration law in America has essentially ceased to

Drinking Earl Grey tea could help guard against heart disease, it has emerged, after a study found that bergamot extract--a key ingredient in the hot drink--is just as effective as statins at controlling cholesterol. Scientists believe bergamot, a fragrant Mediterranean citrus fruit which gives Earl Grey tea its distinctive flavour, can significantly lower cholesterol. They say it contains enzymes known as HMGF (hydroxy methyl glutaryl flavonones) which can attack proteins in the body known to cause heart disease. The study found bergamot could even be as effective as statins, used to control cholesterol but which can have side effects in
