Hillary Clinton Unplugged: The
Secretary of State's 'Human Moments'

ABC News, by Jilian Fama

Original Article

Posted By:Scottyboy, 10/26/2012 11:25:51 AM

Today, we celebrate Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's 65th birthday. Clinton faced many critics as first lady and a presidential candidate in 2008, but she seems to have hit her stride as secretary of state. Diplomatic successes aside, Clinton has won the international crowds over with her more lighthearted moments. Whether she's abroad or at home, Hillary shines when she lets her guard down. See some of her best unscripted moments here.
Long headlines must be split

Comments:
The most corrupt female U.S. politician in history, she's been a doormat for two presidents and was married to one, who bought her a Senate Seat to keep her quiet. She's been involved in every Clinton scandal dating back several decades and is now up to her thighs in a major cover-up in the current Libyan debacle which she played a primary role in orchestrating.
BUT, since today's her 65th birthday, ABC decides to favor us with a vomit inducing slideshow featuring Madam getting drunk and dancing with women in third world nations.

Hillary Clinton has been a dismal failure as Secretary of State, only a little better than the wretched Madeline NotBright. Everything she has done has been a disaster; the middle east is about to implode. I agree that Hillary is the most corrupt female politician. What is it that you believe she has achieved?

mmmmkay...so here's why i won't read this beyond what's posted here:
--"seems to have hit her stride", uh, how so? doesn't look so much like that to me. at all.
--"diplomatic successes aside", er, can you name them for me? 'cause i can't think of one. not one.
--"Clinton has won the international crowds over", again, where? does throwing shoes at her motorcade mean they like her?
--"Hillary shines when she lets her guard down", well she may have let her guard down, but "shining" while doing it is highly questionable.

Telling the grieving father of one of the SEALs killed in Benghazi that they would try to prosecute the little California film maker who made the movie trailer claimed to have been the trigger for the armed Al Qaeda linked assault on the consulate, has to be a new low for Hillary.

Many harsh things can and have been said about her personally but the fact is the mission of the state department and her primary function is as the principal foreign policy adviser to the president. Under Ms. Clinton she has failed miserably. Benghazi is only the breaking point. She is not fit for the office and should be removed at once... as should her boss.

Can you imagine if they had mentioned that she was pregnant? It would have been sexist. Besides, not only was she the only female in the firm, she was the only Governor's wife in the firm, and her partners were among their best friends. This is a made up story. Also, she should have been thrilled that he expected her to come back to work, rather than assume she would stay home and bake cookies. This performance is disgusting.

Reply 21 - Posted by: bmw50, 10/26/2012 12:09:21 PM     (No. 8964101)

Hillary’s ride into power was on the coattails of her husband, a professional politician (which means he is a professional liar). She was never qualified for her position and it shows in the disasters she has orchestrated under her watch. BUT... that makes her a genius within the Democrat party, right up there with Obama.
It might be interesting to compare her qualifications with Obama's except Obama has his past life locked up in vault somewhere and all we have to go by is a record of voting 'present' while a senator and everything he as attempted as president, being a failure. So Hillary might just edge him out by a pig’s hair.
In the end, these posers have literally ruined our nation and the blood of thousands is on their hands and Hillary is nothing but a disaster like her boss.
ONE DAY...

Hillary Clinton has been and continues to be a national disaster as Secretary of State. How anyone can say otherwise is bizarre...if only in view of what she's done in Benghazi. Four men are dead and the blood is on her hands as it is on the hands of the POS we call the president and General Patraeus. I am beyond saddened by the way that Patraeus has behaved since I admired and respected him.

Even though it should be nothing to do with her skills or performance, the way she looks these days certainly reflects the sloppy manner in which she's tearing at the fiber of our country. Her dirty and greasy hair that hangs in strands, her jowly unkempt face, and her unironed and poor fitting clothes somehow are appropriate for the woman she's proven herself to be. May heaven protect us until she and the crowd with which she's thrown her lot are gone.

If you have to take extra pains to display and publicize your "human moments," there is a problem that even the most favorable and fawning media coverage cannot fix.

There is no denying the fact that a sizable number of people admire Hillary Clinton almost as much as she admires herself. There is something of the quality of a cult to her followers. Those on the outside, who have never liked or been impressed by her, are mystified as to what supporters see in her that excites their respect and devotion. We look, we search, but we cannot see that it is that inspires them. Indeed, many of us find Ms. Clinton morally and politically repellent, a bad example, a schemer and a climber, a poor conduit for American values and an individual of decidedly modest mental ability. We have never beheld the towering genius that her fans assure us is there.

In many ways, in very many ways indeed, her climb to public prominence and political power, as well as her personality dynamics, resembles that of Barack Obama. Neither person ever actually did anything to justify skipping to the head of the line they way they did. Neither exhibits any special ability or understanding. Both appeal to political naifs, sophomores, the under- and the over-educated, entertainers, children and to those for whom being female or being black is a category freighted with moral and metaphysical baggage. Both, of course, are narcissists with insanely overblown notions of their talents. Both are the very stuff of demagogues.

What Margaret Thatcher

In her remarkable life, Margaret Thatcher achieved what Hillary Rodham Clinton still wants (or at least what the pundits say she wants): She became the first female leader of her country, and she did it in such a determined way that her sex was almost an afterthought. In many respects, the two women are profoundly different. Thatcher, who died Monday at 87, was a self-described "conviction politician" and arch-conservative who channeled Milton Friedman and bonded fiercely with "Ronnie" Reagan, her great pal and partner on the world stage as the Cold War came to an end.

The U.S. has been denied direct access to the only publicly known suspect in custody in connection with the Benghazi terror attack, Fox News has learned, with U.S. interrogators still unable to sit in the same room as the Egypt-held prisoner to ask questions. Abu Ahmed, also known as Mohammed Jamal, is suspected of establishing Islamist training camps in Eastern Libya where militants who took part in the Sept. 11 Benghazi terrorist attack were able to train. Ahmed is not suspected of directly taking part in the attack which left four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, dead.

For the past five months, the Republican message on foreign policy message has been defined by a single word: Benghazi. Ever since the deadly September 11 attack on the U.S. compound in that Libyan city, Republicans have obsessed over the episode. Mitt Romney made Benghazi a favorite talking point in the 2012 campaign home stretch. More recently, Republicans have invoked Benghazi to shoot down one would-be cabinet nominee, Susan Rice, and delay two others, Chuck Hagel and John Brennan. On immigration, 44 percent approve of the way he is handling the issue, down from 51 percent in January. At the same time, disapproval has jumped to 50 percent, up from 43 percent in January.
