Obama's line about the game of Battleship was obviously written for him. Does anyone really think that the young Obama ever heard of the Battleship game or played it ?
Also, the young Obama, though living in Hawaii, was so uninterested in, and ignorant of, WWII that as president he mentioned that the Japanese had dropped a bomb (singular!) on Pearl Harbor.

A second BO term will show that the new, shrunken military capability is a "logical" move...because the new military reality will be a copy of the Benghazi military operation to support the Ambassador: no response. Any action needed will take place at the UN.

WASHINGTON — The White House disclosure that the Syrian government has twice used chemical weapons still leaves the Obama administration stuck with a limited choice of military options to help the rebels oust President Bashar Assad. Arming the rebels runs smack into the reality that a military group fighting alongside them has pledged allegiance to al-Qaida. You would think the president of the United States would have better manners. Having previously agreed to deliver the keynote address at Planned Parenthood´s annual Washington, D.C. fundraising gala, he pulls out – and with just about 36 hours to go before the event. This really doesn´t leave PPFA much time to find a replacement equal in stature. Oh sure, he can send a videotaped message or something, but it´s just not the same. It´s just not fair – and not a very nice way to treat the group that is practically responsible for his re-election.

“Who’s playing politics with the Boston bombing?” That question was posed by many journalists, including me, almost immediately after the marathon attack, when a few Washington politicians tried to exploit the tragedy. Some Republicans said the terrorist strike should raise questions about immigration reform. Certain Democrats said “sequestration” spending cuts (and by inference, the GOP) would hurt Boston’s recovery. It was shameful.

Hackers took control of the Associated Press Twitter account on Tuesday and sent a false tweet of two explosions in the White House that briefly shook U.S. stock markets. AP spokesman Paul Colford told Reuters that the message, which also said U.S. President Barack Obama was injured, was "bogus" but did not immediately provide more details. The AP´s Twitter account was suspended shortly after the fake tweet. The news organization said the tweet came after hackers made repeated attempts to steal the passwords of AP journalists.

Unlike you, federal government officials are immune from charges of fraud. The executive branch, vested with all of the government’s prosecutorial authority and discretion, is not going to investigate its own operatives for carrying out its own mendacious policies.That is the story of last week’s Boston Marathon bombing and the frantic efforts of the bombers, the brothers Tsarnaev, to evade capture, shoot it out with police (two of whom they killed), and — we’re now told — detonate more bombs in Times Square. The Democrats proposed sequestration as part of a package to secure an increase in the debt ceiling, but they never expected it to go into effect. When it did, they felt double-crossed, apparently because they thought Republicans owed it to them to fold like a cheap suit, as usual.
