Bill Clinton is Melting
Down All Over Again

Frontpage Magazine, by Daniel Greenfield

Original Article

Posted By:Scottyboy, 10/21/2012 7:37:16 PM

Bill Clinton is supposed to be the secret weapon in this race. The Oxford draft dodging grad who can appeal to working Americans because he has a Southern accent. The problem is that Bill also has a history of melting down during campaigns. Clinton’s incredible campaigning abilities have been largely overstated. Clinton won two presidential elections against ridiculously weak Republican candidates who barely showed up. That’s also how he became Governor of Arkansas. He blew the 2008 primaries and now he’s beginning to melt down all over again.

Comments:
He's the most corrupt president of modern times, the only elected president to have been impeached, a documented sexual predator who was forced by his wife to seek treatment after he left office, whose success can only be measured by the extent to which he abandoned leftism and is admired by democRATs primarily because he wasn't removed from office by congress.
This is the left's hero.

" Clinton won two presidential elections against ridiculously weak Republican candidates who barely showed up..."

...with Perot playing spoiler.

Clinton has always been over-rated, because they compare hm to Carter. Try comparing him to Reagan, and then we'll see what's what.

I disagree with OP. He's not the most corrupt president of modern times, he comes in second. When the facts come out after Obama is out of the WH, I think we'll see who the most corrupt president is/was. And I disagree with the author. Clinton isn't having a meltdown. It's called payback. I think Clinton decided sometime ago to offer his services to the Obama campaign and has carefully crafted his words to insure Obama's total failure to get re-elected. IMHO.

When old Slick Willy and Obama are on the same stage together we are looking at the two greatest liars in recent memory.
We are looking at the peak of the Democrat talent pool.
Of course Bill is a convicted perjurer and Obama needs the crutch of his dual teleprompters, but we are seeing something truly historic.
Gigantic egos too.

As corrupt as Obama is, there is much still being covered up with respect to the Clinon administration. A lot of illegal foreign money collected to get Clinton and Gore reelected. Shroud of secrecy about all those millions collected by Clinton-Bush fund for Haiti. Bill and Hillary have dirt on everyone and they USE it.

Sorry but George H.W. Bush was not a weak candidate. He had high ratings till he was betrayed by Pat Buchanan challenging him in the GOP primary. Then Perot piled on with his money and the media fell for Bill. If the Reps had stuck together like Reagan said we should, Bill would have lost. We wouldn't have had Black Hawk down, USS Cole or both Trade Center attacks cause Bin Laden would have been crushed

With respect ...
George H. W. Bush was a *rotten* President. Has everyone forgotten,
'read my lips, no new taxes', a promise broken
a concentrated effort from the start to purge as many of Reagan's people as possible
a concerted effort to undo many of Reagan's programs
a very obvious rush to the Rockefeller wing of the Republican party, a group he always felt more comfortable with
and much more besides.
Incidentally, remember Perot's stances? He was, largely, right. More so than his detractors. And so was Buchanan.
It was the Eastern elite poobah's in the Pubbie group that gave us Bush '41, and that led to The Bent One. Idiots voted for Clinton (and would again), but the R camp, as so often is the case, fielded an awful candidate.

#12 is right on Bush the senior. 43 was better, but even he didn't believe there was such a thing as a "conservative movement". He left the party weak at the end of his 8 years and made some disastrous decisions in the financial crisis. I have to cut Bush some slack on the prescription coverage. It made no sense to force seniors into govt healthcare and then not cover medication that is a critical part of effective care. It left a lot of people using expensive care options because they couldn't afford their maintenance drugs.

The dem party, a mix of BJ Clintoon and BO. The party has melted down and hopefully will run down the sewer and disappear.

The "leadership" of the party is inept at best. They lie and distort everything they do. The only reason they haven't been completely laughed off the national stage is the the media shields them and assists with their agenda.

Take a hard look at the type of man Mitt Romney is. Honest, hard working, integrity, and generally a great guy. He is competing against a teen stoner who never grew up. BO lives in a world of grievances born in his adolescent views of an unfair society and has lived a life of NO significant accomplishments continuing to this day. There is NO contest but the media has horribly corrupted the way society views these men and has led people to think that BO is somehow worth supporting and that Romney is unworthy. It's an insane view but the media has created it.

What Margaret Thatcher
Can Teach Hillary Clinton
National Journal, by Michael Hirsh    Original Article

In her remarkable life, Margaret Thatcher achieved what Hillary Rodham Clinton still wants (or at least what the pundits say she wants): She became the first female leader of her country, and she did it in such a determined way that her sex was almost an afterthought. In many respects, the two women are profoundly different. Thatcher, who died Monday at 87, was a self-described "conviction politician" and arch-conservative who channeled Milton Friedman and bonded fiercely with "Ronnie" Reagan, her great pal and partner on the world stage as the Cold War came to an end.

Abu Ahmed, also known as Mohammed Jamal, is suspected of establishing Islamist training camps in Eastern Libya where militants who took part in the Sept. 11 Benghazi terrorist attack were able to train. Ahmed is not suspected of directly taking part in the attack which left four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, dead.

More recently, Republicans have invoked Benghazi to shoot down one would-be cabinet nominee, Susan Rice, and delay two others, Chuck Hagel and John Brennan. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church.
