Was Obama rattled by
developing donor scandal story?

Washington Examiner [DC], by Paul Bedard

President Obama reelection campaign, rattled by his Wednesday night debate performance, could be in for even worse news. According to knowlegable sources, a national magazine and a national web site are preparing a blockbuster donor scandal story. Sources told Secrets that the Obama campaign has been trying to block the story. But a key source said it plans to publish the story Friday or, more likely, Monday. According to the sources, a taxpayer watchdog group conducted a nine-month investigation into presidential and congressional fundraising and has uncovered thousands of cases

Same donor scandal that happened in 2008. I'm sure Holder will investigate this immediately...

I believe he was unprepared.
Also, there is the matter of that race baiting tape in which he states that Rev. Wright was responsible for his success.
This totally contradicts Obama's denial of Wright having any input into Obama's success.
Liar Liar has been exposed.

They only have to stall for another 4 or 5 weeks.

This is more serious than just more funny money evasions of donor limits. These untraceable donations started last time immediately after O was forced (by the publicity of being caught!) to return money to Arab donors who were jihadis in Gaza. You do not need to be a crazy to smell treason here by some of his kook left underlings.

It appeared to me that 'unprepared' does not come even CLOSE to describing his reactions to Romney's comments, charges, and arguments.

Obama seemed as if he was hearing 95% of what Romney told him about Obama policies was new to him........

'Duh? Huh? I spent HOW much on bankrupt green companies? Really? Let me check that and I'll make my arguments in response to you tomorrow, Gov. Rommey, in front of college students. So, uh, aaaaaaaaaaaand, take THAT!'

Lemme start the RAT-infested media whores explanations why this story isn't important.

1. The charge is racist against our young, energenic and intelligent President, who by the way, is a black man.

2. It's yesterday's news. We reported on it maybe once many years ago (or even if we didn't, we thought it wasn't important then anyway). By the way, did you hear that Mitt Romney was a bully back in 1964? We might re-run that story again next week.

3. Republicans are eeeeevil. And anyway, it's from a conservative source (or a conservative reminded us of the story). We only get our news from reputable, non-biased sources like Mother Jones, MSNBC, and Media Matters.

4. Did we remind you that it's a racially-biased charge? All those rotten Republicans are Klansmen anyway, don't you know.

5. And anyway, we don't have time to report this. We need to finish that 18-part documentary, "Our Glorious Leader: Barack Obama." The White House just sent over the script and the video we're allowed ... oops, we plan to use.

Which Obama was rattled. There are several Obamas. The arrogant unquestioned Obama who in postition of power tells an opponent, ''I won.'', or with a captive muzzled opponent, berates them mercilessly, e.g. Obama to SCOTUS at his StOTU speech. Then there's Obama that's merely ahead and smug, like to Hillary, ''You're likable enough, Hillary.'' Or the Obama foaming to Black preachers in 2007 in an assumed Southern, street persona complete with Southern Accent.

But never seen seen this Obama on such complete display. We got glimpses of him during that surprisingly tough at times Univision townhall interview a couple weeks ago. We saw Hillary beat him down a couple times in the 2008 primary debates. But never has this totally CONFRONTED Obama been on such display as in this first debate.

This bizarre character is a bully. And when they have the edge, bullies attack. When they are at a disadvantage, like last night, they are cowardly and they shrink. I honestly don't know how Obama can fix this. This is him, the bully cornered. The bully who has really no excuses for his record. Oh like a bully he has blamed others for the bad times that's happened on his watch.

Unconfronted and back on the stump today, he resumed his bullying self, trying desperately to explain away last night. He might as well say, ''Are you going to believe me today, or your lyin' eyes last night in Denver.''

U.S. military assets in the Black Sea are on high alert amid reports Ukraine troops traded gunfire Tuesday with pro-Russian militants. A journalist with Associated Press reported intense gunfire at an airport in eastern Ukraine after the government sent in army troops to retake control from militiamen loyal to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The mayor of Kramatorsk told the Associated Press that Ukrainian troops have now occupied the military airport and are blocking its entrance. The action comes a day after the revelation a Russian fighter jetted buzzed a U.S.S. destroyer multiple times over the Black Sea.

House Democrats are rolling out a new strategy to target 30 House Republicans on immigration reform during the two-week congressional recess, marking a last-ditch effort to force GOP action on a legislative overhaul. The new pressure tactic includes a memo distributed to those 30 districts held by Republicans who have expressed public support for some sort of immigration reform, many of them backing a pathway to citizenship for millions of undocumented immigrants in the United States. Democrats hope the document — which highlights statements made by those Republicans in favor of reform, as well as data showing the district-specific economic

Scott Walker has a 16 point lead (56-40) among likely voters in his race for governor, according to a poll from Wisconsin Public Radio/St. Norbert’s. Among registered voters, his lead is essentially the same (55-40). The survey was conducted between March 24 and April 3. A Marquette University survey conducted between March 20-23 also showed Walker with a nice, though smaller, lead. In that poll, Walker outdistanced Democrat Mary Burke 48-41. Revealingly, Walker fares well in an electorate that does not seem particularly conservative and that, if anything, appears to be slightly to the left of American voters in general.

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day.
