Chris Matthews Blasts Obama for
Debate Performance, Urges Him
to Get Talking Points from MSNBC

NewsBusters, by Matthew Sheffield

Original Article

Posted By:Attercliffe, 10/4/2012 12:57:06 AM

An angry Chris Matthews sharply denounced President Obama's performance in the presidential debate tonight, implying his knowledge of the facts was "first grade." Matthews also urged Obama to tune in to MSNBC so he could learn a thing or two from the supposedly non-partisan hosts and guests on the channel. "I don't know what he was doing out there," the normally effusively pro-Obama former Democratic operative raged. "I don't know how he let Romney get away with the crap he threw out tonight." Video and transcript below the fold. Matthews went on at length castigating Obama for failing

Comments:
You have a nice night, now, Mr. Matthews. We'll enjoy the video of your very revealing rant, with or without tingles.

Chrissy Matthews is so stupid that he doesn't realize that 0bama is too stupid to successfully attack 0bama. I believe that 0bama's handlers who prepared him for the debate were afraid to have him try to go after Romney because the counterattack would have been completely devastating to their guy. I couldn't watch Matthews as I bought a TV that has no spit guard on the inside.

The poster at #2 took the word right out of my mouth. I saw the photo of Matthews in this story on Drudge, and my first thought was that Chris Matthews looks totally and undeniably DERANGED. He has practically gone over the edge, as he snarls, snorts and publicly lambastes Obama.
.... Tsk, tsk Chris. Your maniacal personality has burst through like a cracked dam. I can't imagine the president will appreciate the castigation.

I think Chris Tingles right. 0bama should do his best to channel Maddow, O'Donnell, Schultz and the rest of the loons on MSNBC. That way the rest of the country, outside of the several hundred viewers they have, can see how bat-crap crazy these people really are. The bonus would be Romney winning the election after zippy melts down with sixty million people watching.

Talk about chutzpa! They don't even PRETEND objectivity. It's a pity that the mass of left leaning voters who don't really look at the issues will not awaken from their sleep until every last freedom is gone and the government decides ALL issues for them. Perhaps that is what they want, but as the saying goes: Be careful of what you wish for because it just might come true.

Similar remark has probably already been posted.

Conservatives commented long ago that BHO was not so smart as the left made him out to be and were called racist for saying so, although there was a suspicion that some liberals thought the same.

Maybe last night Mr. Matthews true feelings were revealed. The idea of an uberliberal telling his President to go to the commentaors network and programming for talking points - priceless.

Reply 58 - Posted by: rocket scientist, 10/4/2012 8:08:18 AM     (No. 8909134)

Øbama himself said it was a "drag" preparing for the debates. He would rather be partying it up with Jay-Z and Beyonce and doing drugs than something as detestable as "work". Too bad Øbama felt the same way about being pResident, where he could have done some good for the Country. Either lead, follow, or get out of the way. So get out of the way, loser and take your "Tingle Boy" with you.

His reaction is like any sixteen year old girl who lost her virginity to a dirtbag and found that he filmed it and put it on U-tube.

The new research shows that an isolated reef off the northwest coast of Australia that was severely damaged by a period of warming in 1998. It was hit by coral bleaching, caused by higher water temperatures that break down the coral´s symbiotic relationship with algae that provide food for coral growth.

North Korea has transported two more missiles to the east coast, Seoul military sources have revealed, triggering speculation that it is ready for an abrupt missile launch. North Korea has loaded two intermediate-range missiles onto mobile launchers and hidden them in an unidentified facility near the east coast, South Korea´s Yonhap news agency has said. "It has been confirmed that North Korea, early this week, transported two Musudan mid-range missiles by train to the east coast and loaded them on vehicles equipped with launch pads," Yonhap quoted the official as saying. The official said the mobile launchers had since

Hackers posted a picture of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un portrayed as a pig on the country´s official flickr account today. The account and the official Uriminzokkiri Twitter account were apparently hacked today as tensions in the Korean Peninsula continued to rise. The North’s Uriminzokkiri Twitter and Flickr accounts stopped sending out content typical of that posted by the regime in Pyongyang, such as photos of North’s leader Kim Jong Un meeting with military officials. Instead, a picture posted today showed Kim’s face with a pig-like snout and a drawing of Mickey Mouse on his chest.

As the US and China grow increasingly involved, Kim Jong-un must be brought into line if war is not to be triggered by an act of recklessness. There are two schools of thought about what lies behind North Korea’s increasingly frenzied posturing. The first goes like this: the rhetoric emanating from Pyongyang--including calls to “break the waists of the crazy enemies [and] totally cut their windpipes”--is no worse than their decades-old ritualistic promises to turn South Korea into a “sea of fire”. What we are witnessing, according to this theory, is nothing more than an inexperienced leader

Anyone who remembers the halcyon dreams of the 1990s, of civil society spreading the world over, heralding a new peaceful, global millennium, must marvel at the path the young 21st century has taken. Even those who paid attention to global Jihad before the millennium could not imagine how vulnerable the West would prove in the coming, wildly asymmetrical war. Those who, over the course of the last 13 years, have awakened to the ever-growing danger of Islamism and to the astonishing inability of decent people--Muslims and non-Muslims--to effectively oppose its aggressions, owe themselves a brief lesson in cognitive warfare, and

President Obama is going to give a portion of his salary back to the government to show solidarity with the federal workers who took pay cuts during the sequester. [Snip] His move comes as hundreds of thousands of public service workers will be sent home without pay for a number of days over the next six months in an effort to cut spending. The President´s annual salary is $400,000, meaning that a 5 per cent pay cut would amount to $20,000 for the year. That said, it is unclear whether Mr Obama will extend this measure so that

Michelle Obama has admitted that she is already tired of the bangs she first sported in January. The First Lady said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight: ´Bangs are a day-by-day proposition. They´re starting to grow out, get a little irritating.´ Still, she hasn´t let her hairdo woes get her down. ´It´s okay,´ she said after her initial complaint. ´We´ll be good.´ The first indication that her hairstyle was becoming a burden came about last weekend, when Malia, 14, was spotted adjusting her mother´s hair during the White House Easter Egg Roll.

Sen. John McCain says he doesn´t understand the threats from some of his Republican colleagues to filibuster a bill on background checks to buy guns. "I don´t understand it," the Arizona Republican said on Sunday of the threat coming from Sen. Rand Paul,Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Mike Lee and nine other Republicans. "The purpose of the United States Senate is to debate and to vote and to let the people know where we stand.” "What are we afraid of? ... If this issue is as important as we all think it is, why not take ... it up and debate?"

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

Los Angeles — Some people have had it with TV. They´ve had enough of the 100-plus channel universe. They don´t like timing their lives around network show schedules. They´re tired of $100-plus monthly bills. A growing number of them have stopped paying for cable and satellite TV service, and don´t even use an antenna to get free signals over the air. (Snip) Last month, the Nielsen Co. started labeling people in this group "Zero TV" households, because they fall outside the traditional definition of a TV home. On Friday, Sean Hannity brought Pat Smith, mother of the late Sean Smith, on his radio program. The 34-year-old information management officer was one of four Americans murdered in the Benghazi embassy attack on September 11, 2012. In the chilling interview, a distraught Ms. Smith, in tears, pleaded for answers and spoke of the efforts to silence her. Ms. Smith first relayed how her son, prior to the attack, requested additional security in advance and warned the State Department: He did tell them, ahead of time, he typed it into his little typewriter over there,

Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank

Susan Patton, the Princeton alumna who became famous for her letter urging Ivy League women to use their college years to find a mate, has been denounced as a traitor to feminism, to coeducation, to the university ideal. But really she’s something much more interesting: a traitor to her class. Her betrayal consists of being gauche enough to acknowledge publicly a truth that everyone who’s come up through Ivy League culture knows intuitively —

Gluten-free diets are all the rage, but they can be dangerous if not done right. What is gluten? It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon. Baking hardens the gluten, which helps the finished product keep its shape. Wheat — and gluten — is ubiquitous in the American diet.

Newtown killer Adam Lanza may have launched his murder spree at Sandy Hook Elementary School as an “act of revenge,” the Daily News has learned. A close friend of Lanza’s mother told The News that the troubled boy was a target of relentless bullying when he attended the Connecticut school years ago. “I think Adam felt betrayed by the school and this was his act of revenge,” said Marvin LaFontaine, a friend of Nancy Lanza’s. “Nancy told me he was being picked on at school. That they were just torturing him.”

ATTLEBORO, Mass. — As many as 25 students at a Massachusetts school were denied lunch this week — with at least some forced to dump their food in the garbage — because they couldn´t pay, school officials and parents said. Outraged parents said some students at Coelho Middle School in Attleboro cried when they were told by a worker for the district´s food service provider they could not eat on Tuesday because they couldn´t pay or their pre-paid accounts were short on funds. The on-site director for the company, Whitsons Culinary Group of Islandia, N.Y., was placed on administrative leave by
