| So here’s Obama proudly advertising his relationship with Reverend Wright, and even imitating Wright’s divisive rhetoric on Katrina. Is anyone surprised? Essentially, every excuse Obama used to explain away his relationship with Reverend Wright during campaign 2008 was a lie. But we already knew that. We also see here that Obama doesn’t want to build more highways out in the suburbs. That’s news to most, and there’s a lot more going on in that line than racial code. Obama’s hostility to suburbs stands behind some of his most transformative, yet least well-known, policy initiatives. To this very left-leaning president,

Old news. That's how this is being played in the MSM: Old news. With a 'so-what?' chaser.

One of Obama's more lofty goals, should he be re-elected, is to basically eliminate the 'suburbs' so that middle class tax dollars can be turned over to the city governments. He is going to turn this country on its head and finish destroying it. The demonstrations and protests will be pointless. It will be far too late and the Republicans have already shown us that they will do nothing to stop him. No one will dare admit they voted for him...

This video would have stopped Obama's campaign at the gate back in 2008. But now it's too late. The Media has sold out America and will blow it off. It only confirms what those of us with a brain already know. This dude has no business in the White House, and the Democrat Party and the Media should be ashamed for what they have done.

WOW #5. If what you said is true, Fast & Furious must be really terrible. In addition to FF&F I think it might be misdirection to take our attention away from Libya. "What did he know and when did he know it?"
At any rate, it surely makes Romney's 47% comments look pretty small.
It is 7:25 a.m. and I grow weary of the "What Romney must do tonight" articles being posted. I believe I shall ignore them——and remind myself not turn on TV until 9 0 p.m. tonight.

I agree, #11. I watched the entire video last night to try to get a sense for why people were up in arms about it. The only 'new' thing to me was the accent. This wasn't a couple of one-liners like Hillary did in a similar forum a few years back. This was an entire speech in a different accent. Now, nothing wrong with someone taking speech lessons...but does anyone for a minute believe that an African-American raised in Hawaii and Indonesia with a mother from Kansas has that accent?

Tucker Carlson released this video while he was a host on MSNBC - this most likely is why the majority have not see it. MSM cherry picked less then 10 min.of the entire 40 min. video, leaving out the most revealing portions. That allows for the "old news". The full video is on the Daily Caller site. Between Tucker, Hannity and Drudge it is now getting some exposure. Thanks guys!

But how many voters are paying attention?
The question should also be - how many voters care? I still encounter those who are racked with white guilt even after voting for the ( sort of ) black guy and suffering at the hands of his destructive policies.

The dirty little (not-so-well-kept) secret is that a majority of those voting for Obama agree with his premise in this speech. The media certainly does--that's why this speech will gain no attention from ABC, NBC, CBS, et al. They know Obama's an unrepentant Redistributionist-Marxist-Socialist-Narcissist-Statist. They also know that if the full truth of that fact were to seep out into the public arena, Obama would be toast. So they have to lie and pretend he's like you and me. It's the world they live in--you and I, we can talk about our conservative beliefs honestly (that is, unless we work in academia, the media, or Hollywood). We don't have to fear that what we say is abhorrent (except to those who support those Leftist principles above). The Left? They have to live in the shadows and fake their sincerity about America. Over time, that's got to do some damage to their psyches.

I think Drudge and Tucker did this to punk the media, not Obama. If so, well played. Look at how the journOlisters like Mark Halperin and everybody at Politico fell right into lockstep with the Obama campaign, proclaiming it 'old news', nothing to see here.
# 3, I got a delightful bonus yesterday. Not only was the 60ish woman driving a car with an Obama sticker, she also had a sticker saying "Republicans are evil" don't know which made me madder, the idiot stickers or the fact she was doing 35 in a 65 zone.

Here is my problem with Tucker: Why not go to all the alphabets, show them the video, and THEN prove that they are in the tank when they ALL refuse to air it? By going on Fox, he's just preaching to the choir. If he had done his legwork, and not been so lazy, he could expose the Legacy Media and at the same time, expose the racist in the White House.

The Obama on the video is the "ghetto" Obama, which whites seem to think is cool - why else are people like JZ and other rappers popular? I think it was the "real" Obama, and the Obama we see on the news with his refined voice is the phony Obama. His "refined" voice is why people seem to think Obama is intelligent.
It worked just the opposite for Bush43. Dubya spoke without putting on aires - it was more down-home Texan; thus, it was supposed he was a dim bulb. He was anything but a dim bulb - I just wish he would have stood up for himself. That may be the only dumb thing he did in his eight years.

Cool video. Loved Obama's attempt at an "Amos 'n' Andy" accent -- almost as authentic-sounding as the one Hillary used to use in black churches. His message, insofar as its content could be discerned, not so much. Regurgitated W.E. Dubois, with dollops of Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, Angela Davis and most likely what's his name, his Commie mentor in Hawaii.
What is more interesting his how Tucker Carlson came by this video, which was carefully suppressed during the 2008 campaign. It is said a few snippets of it were shown briefly somewhere, before it was given cement booties and deep-sixed.

Let's not be quite so arithmetically challenged. Information like this video only has to effect about 5-6 percent of the voters to change the results. From what I've seen some of those well meaning voters who suburban voters took Obama at his pretty sounding words about a post racial America. are now quite hungry for evidence they were betrayed by the media about Obama's character and intentions. The fact that the damaging parts of this tape are only coming out now is just such evidence.

I believe this is how Obama actually speaks in private. Hs improper use of English language and street Ebonics still slips into his public behavior. Yo, yo, listen up, etc. Obama's gushing over Rev Wright ( " where's he at ? " the Great Orator asked ) exposed his phony attempt to distance himself from Wright. If Romney had said that blacks will have to be taught how to dress and how to show up on time for work and other derogatory things, the media would be en fuego. Obama did not disguise his contempt and dislike of whites, especially those who live in the suburbs. Which dove tails with his remarks in a radio interview that suburban whites don't want to pay for inner city black kids to go to school. Of course, suburbanites don't live in the same tax districts as the inner city , I wonder if Obama understands this ? The bottom line is that his autobiography, his behavior , his unguarded interviews and his sermons all reinforce that he despises 72.4 % of the population.

I am always amazed — amazed — when anyone has the gall to dismiss, even laugh off, the suggestion that the right to keep and bear arms is a smart and necessary provision for a free society. Human history (not to mention current events!) is too chock-full of examples of nefarious regimes violently abusing and controlling their people, and the freedoms enjoyed by American citizens are the exception, not the rule. During a committee hearing of the Oregon state senate in considering their own state package of gun-control legislation last week, one testifier reminded the assembled lawmakers of one

A few years ago I interviewed a handyman to do some work on my house. I noticed a teardrop tattoo at the top of his left cheek. Prior to hiring him, I searched online for what this design signified. My mouth dropped when I found out. A teardrop tattoo can mean he murdered someone. So I hired someone else. Plastic surgeons and dermatologists are seeing more and more people who want their tattoos removed, often because they worry that the tattoos could cause problems with employment. Andrew Breitbart has become an iconic and beloved figure on the right, so it’s hard to imagine his eponymous empire could be in danger of losing conservative support just one year after his passing. But if recent events are a harbinger of things to come, that’s at least a possibility. It all started last October, when BuzzFeed’s McKay Coppins penned a controversial piece, arguing the outlet was “plagued by an unusual degree of disorganization and rampant infighting…” The report might have been easily dismissed, had it not been soon revealed that Breitbart.com’s Dana Loesch was suing Breitbart.com

And now the last of them is gone. Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan, and Pope John Paul II—three who won the Cold War and, it isn´t too much to say, saved the West (at least for a while!)—are no longer with us. Their examples remain. They knew what they believed but also knew they had to justify their beliefs, and that one could adjust prudently to circumstances without yielding on principle. They stood firm when in power, and they took risks to get there, challenging the conventional wisdom and the respective establishments of their nations or institutions.

He created intricate classroom plans and a hit-list of fellow students and where they sat, and said he would carry on shooting until the police arrived, at which point he would take his own life. But after warning users on a forum that he would be armed and ready "20 minutes from now", one user called the FBI, who alerted police in England. Frustration is taking its toll in the liberals’ war against guns. President Obama, pushing his broad gun control agenda, said we should be ashamed if we’ve forgotten the Newtown shooting so soon. The New York Times opined that Obama is being shouted down by the “gun lobby,” even though he and Biden had been crisscrossing the country “…making a forceful case for a package of laws that would reduce gun violence.” That, of course, is the media narrative on gun control. For every issue there is a narrative: a set of assumptions and boundaries of thought

GOLFE-JUAN, France—Frank Samson has prepared for a long time to meet his Waterloo. The French lawyer impersonates Napoleon Bonaparte at re-enactment battles, but it is no idle hobby. Mr. Samson has found what he says are perfect replicas of the French general´s gray overcoat, he has studied Napoleon´s native Corsican tongue and he has had himself crowned emperor of France, in a cathedral yet. In 2015, he wants to lead thousands of military enthusiasts into the ultimate re-enactment: the 200th anniversary of the battle of Waterloo in Belgium. But an American rival stands in his way. Is it time to give up the fight against Obamacare? That’s a question some conservative health-care experts, pundits, and — more quietly — politicians are asking. In the first years after its passage, opponents had hoped that the Supreme Court would strike down the law or that a new president would sign its repeal before most of it took effect. But the Supreme Court decided to modify a few of its provisions instead of striking it down, and President Obama was reelected. Repeal is almost certainly off the table for four years. Obamacare will continue to be implemented.

As the bipartisan Gang of Eight works to complete a comprehensive immigration reform bill, there has been a growing consensus among Senate Republicans that the bill — so far seen by no one outside the Gang — should be the subject of multiple hearings and extended consideration inside the Senate Judiciary Committee. But on Sunday there were signs that consensus does not extend to the Republicans inside the Gang. Appearing on CBS, longtime immigration reform advocate and Gang member Sen. John McCain suggested the immigration issue is so familiar to lawmakers that multiple hearings will not be necessary.

Via Fox Nation, newly released statistics show that illegal immigrant infiltration along the U.S.-Mexico border is increasing markedly despite recent statements to the contrary by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano: “I can tell you having worked that border for 20 years, it is more secure now than it has ever been. Illegal apprehensions are at 40-year lows,” Napolitano told reporters this week in Houston. But figures released Thursday by Customs and Border Protection to Fox News tell a different story. Arrests are actually up 13 percent

The White House press corps should ask President Obama this question: You’ve told Iran’s leaders that if they come close to marrying a nuclear warhead with a missile that can hit the United States or our allies, they should expect a U.S. military attack on their soil. (Snip)Administration officials would never admit it, but the main reason for their being tougher on Iran than North Korea seems tied to American domestic politics as much or more than anything else, specifically the standing of Israel and oil versus Korea and Japan.

AS a Texas-raised journalist, I can tell you two things with confidence about my native state. One, its economy has been humming nicely for years. Two, this appears to greatly offend a certain breed of Northern writer, several of whom have descended on the state in an attempt to rebut stories of a “Texas miracle.” (Snip) “Texas has a long tradition of looking outside the government for support — and often finding it. That predates the Texas revolution and was reinforced by the rise of the cattle kingdom and the oil booms.”

The murder trial of abortionist Kermit Gosnell largely is being ignored by the mainstream media, even in the face of grisly testimony, such as what we heard yesterday. Life News reports: ...a former employee described how she heard a baby scream during a live-birth abortion. Abortion clinic employee Sherry West described an incident which "really freaked (her) out" and related to the jury how she heard a child who was born alive following an abortion scream.

HARTFORD, Conn. -- With time running out on the chance to pass gun control legislation, President Barack Obama on Monday warned Congress not to use delaying tactics against tighter regulations and told families of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims that he´s "determined as ever" to honor their children with tougher laws. Obama´s gun control proposals have run into resistance on Capitol Hill, leaving their fate in doubt. Efforts by Senate Democrats to reach compromise with Republicans over expanding required federal background checks have yet to yield an agreement, and conservatives were promising to try

North Korea’s young leader Kim Jong-un is waiting for United States President Barack Obama to make a phone call to Pyongyang to discuss easing tensions on the Korean peninsula, according to Russia’s news agency Itar-Tass. The report cited United Kingdom diplomats, saying Pyongyang was demanding the U.S. president personally call Kim Jong-un as one of the conditions to relieve the current conflict at hand. Itar-Tass also quoted the U.K.’s Sky News as saying North Korea currently has eight nuclear warheads.

Beginning a week of high pressure on gun control, the White House on Monday accused some Republican senators of cowardice for planning to filibuster gun legislation without allowing the full Senate to vote on President Obama’s initiatives. “If they oppose this legislation, have the courage to say so on the floor and vote no,” said White House press secretary Jay Carney. “Don’t block it. Don’t hide behind a procedural action to prevent a vote. That’s the wrong thing to do, and that’s how the president clearly feels.”

Chelsea Clinton has raised her profile in the last few days, which sparked the inevitable question about the former first daughter´s future: Will she ever be like Mom and Dad and run for office? Clinton, 33, essentially said "maybe" in an interview that aired Monday on NBC´s Today show. "Right now I´m grateful to live in a city, a state and a country where I strongly support my mayor, my governor, my president and my senators and my representative," said Clinton, whose father, Bill, was president from 1993-2001 and her mother, Hillary

More than 700 Special Operations veterans are urging members of Congress to back a select committee to investigate last year’s Benghazi terrorist attack, according to a letter first obtained by Fox News. The letter from the group, “Special Operations Speaks,” supports the appointment of a special committee tasked with the single mission of investigating the attack that left Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans dead, and shut down the CIA operation in an annex of the Benghazi consulate, in the Sept. 11, 2012 attack. “Congress must show some leadership and provide answers to the public

A nonprofit organization that works with the families, Sandy Hook Promise, said that after Obama´s speech on gun control in Hartford, he is flying with relatives of seven children and one staffer killed during December´s massacre at the school. The White House says Obama is going to argue that lawmakers have an

There was growing buzz over the weekend that a bipartisan agreement on gun control — a deal that would expand background checks — could hit the floor as early as this week. However, any deal could be derailed by the looming threat of a Republican filibuster involving Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. With Cruz standing proudly in the way of any gun legislation, Democrats are trying to make him pay a political price — and even a couple of high-profile Republicans are questioning his tactics.

Amid all of the very real threats of war and stuff from North Korea, you´d think American intelligence officers want as much video footage of the enemy as possible. Well, here is one video featuring North Korean exercises and Kim Jong-Un holding a gun, and we´ll say this: they certainly get points for presentation. The case of a same-sex Connecticut couple accused of repeatedly raping and abusing two of their nine adopted boys is headed for trial. Married couple George Harasz and Douglas Wirth of Glastonbury were supposed to be sentenced Friday in Hartford Superior Court under a plea deal, but instead withdrew from their agreement with prosecutors. The men had already pleaded no contest in January to one felony count each of risk of injury to a minor — a reduction from even more serious charges related to sexual assault....
