| TIJUANA, Mexico — Mexican police caught a prison official who spent a year on the run from charges of killing a 19-year-old inmate, whose beating death sparked riots that left nearly two dozen dead, including two American prisoners. Comments: Why Americans should stay out of Mexican prisons. Can we rendition the next AQ to this particular guy? Personally, I prefer the Mexican cops who spraypainted the butts of captured graffiti vandals with their own spraycans to teach them a lesson. I bet it worked. |
