I think it's better. But wouldn't that be 'middling'? :-)

Pages load faster, I think.
We'll be able to tell better during weekdays when readership is higher.

Very clean - faster - And it seems that the text area is larger. Overall, it is a more comfortable look.

Other than that. I've been having trouble previewing my posts. Posting no problem, though.

Before your changeover you pages fit my screen. Now they're too wide and I have to shift back and forth to read everything. May just be my settings.

Should have mentioned that there are a few ads or ad providers that occasionally slow things down. I can see the "Waiting for XXXXX.com" in the tray at the bottom of my screen.
I am on a Mac with Firefox.

I haven't really noticed any difference. If anything, I think it's slightly faster these days. The only thing that I find odd is why the reply numbers stay the same on a particular thread; eg, reply 17 will remain reply 17 for a number of responses.

Excuse the spamming but just reread your intro. Hope you are not changing LCom's nice clean distinctive look. Just remarked about it to my husband last night...

I have a Mac Pro and I use four browsers.
Insofar as L.com is concerned, Safari is the fastest-loading followed in order by Firefox, Camino and Opera.
