Senior Congressional Democrats told ABC News today it is highly unlikely that a health care reform bill will be completed this year, just a week after President Barack Obama declared he was "absolutely confident" he'll be able to sign one by then. President Obama's holding the line at an even division in public views on health care reform, boosted by support for two key elements --

"Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has yet to release the bill he eventually plans to bring to the Senate floor."

"Bait and Switch" Harry plans to fool the stupid masses with "his" version after everybody reads Pelosi's bill and won't want to read another 2000 pages.

0bama even lies to himself now.

Obama's feds accidentally let too much H1N1 vaccine slip through, so enough people aren't sick or dying yet to create the fear needed for the public to allow the government takeover of medicine.

CBO numbers must have come back today... that was the collective gasp that was heard in the backroom of the Senate Chambers.

Nancy and Barack are having a hissy fit right now.

watch them, this is a feint. Michelle Bachmann and Mark Levin are going to be at D.C. on Thurs. Along with thousands of Americans. To protest and communicate the dissatisfaction with their beavior and the Bill.
So this may well be a cheap stunt to derail these plans. Also watch for a quick hearing on WED before Thanksgiving.

While we're waiting, how about getting going on stopping the $60 billion annual fraud, president man-child? Or will you dither on this simple decision as well?

From what I've read, there are dozens of bills (real and fictional or ready to be whipped out at the drop of a hat). We're about to get a real-world lesson as to whose bill gets passed and what deals are being made. (Pictures, files, passions, owners, etc., anyone?)

I suspect if the the Dimorats can't ram through their insane 1,990 page 'health bill,' they hopefully won't do it at all.

Elections are coming up next year, they won't want to chance losing their own cushy current employment or health care and other outrageous benes.

This is a Ploy.
The Botox B_tch is hiding stage left to
ram it thru.

I don't believe the headline. This is classic sandbagging, imho. I HOPE I am wrong.

If they can't pass it, how will they manage to blame the Republicans? Oh yeah, they have Dan Rather! :-)

Becoming increasingly clear that Obama really is an affirmative action nightmare. Clueless opportunist, advanced to the most important job in the world by nothing more than the color of his skin. Breathtakingly unqualified.

If not 2009 they can forget 2010.
Today's election results will guide the ones who want to keep those seats.

Don't rest your guard just because our foe dropped his right hand -- he's also got a left hook: The anthropological-climate-change scam is an even bigger threat in many ways.

No.’s 6, 10, 11: A feint, a ploy, sandbagging. – Absolute possibility to deter and/or dilute Americans from being seen and heard on Thursday. And an absolute possibility the Democrats plan to go forward with the legislation as soon as possible.

This seems like a pre-emptive strike. The Democrats must be assuming that they will do poorly in today's elections. If they push ObamaCare into next year AFTER the election results, it will seem that the election results CAUSED the move.

However, that would not work well since such an impression would be in conflict with what will be tomorrow's frenzied Democratic spin that the Democrats didn't do poorly at ALL in today's elections. In fact, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And compared to other off-year elections, blah, blah.

As my old high school football coach used to drill into us: "Stay on offense, maintain ball control and keep the pressure on."

As I wrote in an earlier post this morning:"Sometimes I feel like Paul Revere riding through the streets yelling - "THE BRITISH ARE COMING!" I'm hoping the next sounds I hear are shouts of "LET'S GO GET 'EM!" -- and not the grumbling of citizens howling from their bedroom windows "HEY, SHUT THE HE-L UP, MAN, WE'RE TRYIN' TO GET SOME SLEEP HERE!"

Stay on offense; don't go back to sleep.

There's still too much time on the clock!

Pelosi and Reid and Obama..
messengers are coming to the Capitol steps..can you hear us now ?
Voters are sending a message to you from Virginia..can you hear us now?

If the Republicans win some of the high profile elections tonight, and the Democrats in Congress do not pass Obama Care in 2009, it will be almost impossible to pass such controversial legislation during the run up to the 2010 election.

Then if the Republicans rebound in the House of Representatives you can forget about Obama Care as it is now being offered.

Just scum sucking socialist leaders trying to pacify the proles who are a little agitated. They hope the proles will quiet down and go back to sleep.

What are the names of these courageous dems who said this? If you believe something, you should say it, not skirt around the issue in total anonymity.

This debacle plus c(r)ap and tax are bankrupting us.

Thanks to all who are heading to DC on Thursday and to Michele and Mark for their leadership.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if they lost all about healthcare like Mrs. Clinton did,,,,
I REALLY hope that happens. I think Obama thought that there was nothing that he counld not "make" the Americas do. Now, tonight with the results of the elections, I am feeling MUCH BETTER. I feel like the people are waking up..
It does upset me though when I hear these people talking about the way they voted, saying "it's not about Obama. Its about jobs." Why do they think there are no jobs? It is a sure thing, it is the democrats. If they would give some breaks and tax cuts to small bussinesses, they could hire people -- and then everyone could be hiring....And then stop saying you are going to take away the money of the people over $250,000. Those are the business people and they will need to make more than that to keep the business going..

Let's see if president jug ears starts getting less TV time to distance himself from today's election debacle and if Secretary of State Ample Ankles starts getting her mug in the news a little more in preparation for "saving" the dems.

When 85% or more of the country is happy with their health care...its pretty hard to carry off a program that will make 15% of the country happy. Yes, Americans are hurting and yes, the unemployment rate has increased the number of uninsured Americans. But guess what...90% of them just want jobs that give them the same health care insurance they have known and used. And they know viscerally that if they have to challenge an *entity* that controls their health care they have a better chance against a private company than a government agency.

I so hope health care is Obama's Waterloo.

How the American republic will be able to keep going with all this debt that BO has given us, I have no idea. And he wants to give us more debt!

Maybe we will all have to learn Chinese. What will it sound like, hearing our kids speak Chinese with a New York accent, or with a southern accent? Maybe BO's White House Communication Director, Anita Dunn, could tell us what her hero Mao Tse Tung had to say on the subject.

“Medical care is your medical care. The issue is to lower health care costs and make it easier to obtain high quality, affordable coverage without imposing a massive burden on individual families or impossible debt on all of us together.”

Be careful. Go slow.
It’s your healthcare.
And, it can’t be free.

Like many above, I will cannot accept anything *top Dems* say. They AND their Old Media accomplices are proven liars, tricksters and experts at fraud. We must NOT stop demanding that our freedom from government tyranny remains intact. We must defeat the DC *front* trio of evil ... Obama, Reid and Pelosi, until we hear the Soros screech, *Drats! Foiled again!*
