former House Speaker Paul Ryan joins company´s board

Rupert Murdoch’s 21st Century Fox has spun off various television assets — including the Fox News Channel and Fox broadcast network — to form a new company that will be known simply as Fox Corp. The spinoff completed early Tuesday is part of a multi-pronged process that will culminate with the $71.3-billion sale of the rest of Murdoch’s entertainment company to Walt Disney Co. The company announced that it had finished the process of issuing shares in the new Fox Corp. to investors of 21st Century Fox.

Has anyone ever asked Paul Ryan why he announced his retirement from politics shortly after DJT´s inauguration? The true answer is he was corrupt. Now was he corrupted by cash, pics, or some combination? Doesn´t matter. He was part of the swamp draining. Will he be a white hat or black hat on Fox´s board? We´ll see. Bottom line, most thinking, awake people don´t get their info from the mainstream media anymore. They´re dead. WWG1WGA! MAGA!

That is all we need to know to see what is coming next.

I wouldn´t advise anyone to buy Fox stock. This has to be the end of Fox News as we know it.

I stopped watching FNC in the morning, when I would get informed of what the world is doing today. This was due chiefly to Bill Hemmer. Aside from the leftist types, he was the most annoying guy going. Mr. Interuptus with a bad case of babble-on.

Paul Ryan cannot improve his profile in any way that will advance his presidential ambitions.

Populist conservatives are rapidly awakening to the fact that hatbtheir perspective is no more revered at Fox than the other media conglomerates.

Looking forward to the Trump network offered ala carte . She whose name we dare not mention, David Clarke and Dr Carson on the board of directors.

Ryan is joining Jeb Bush in the $400K no show director jobs. For the record, I despise Disney, in same category as Time Warner, AT&T, and Comcast. Now the entirety of media is controlled by the left, a great monolithic wall. Expect a plethora of prejudicial adjectives before every conservatives name, followed by derogatory disinformation. I hope no one buys Fox or Disney stock, or bothers with any of their leftist programming. National Geographic will be all about climate change. Fox will be all about the exciting new Democrat candidates.

Why don´t they call the new company...

RULE 9

You need to rethink who your friends are (Rupert), Jared!!

There is currently info online suggesting in email exchanges between Pence and Ryan, that there was a plan to eliminate POTUS-ELECT in order to allow Rule 9 to be implemented, thereby giving the RNC the ability to choose the president.

It seems to me that the Murdoch family forgets who brought them to the Dance. They made millions because we gave them the highest ratings of anyone for YEARS and years! But! All good things come to an end eventually and apparently that time has come. I for one have no problem turning off the TV, in fact, it´s off right now. It disgusts me to see them hiring a Cheating Democrat like Donna Brazil. It outrages me to find out a MUSLIM Producer is behind Judge Jeanne´s program taken off the Air (maybe it´s temporary, or maybe not). It seems the Muslims are in in control now and nobody DARE to criticize them or there is hell to pay. I´ve had enough. I would LOVE to see a New version of FOX, RUN BY CONSERVATIVES! I´m pretty sure Trump will boost their ratings during this campaign season. Time to turn OFF your FOX News channel and watch something else! Their ratings will plunge! So be it!

Wake up. Fox News doesn’t want our viewership. They want to be like the rest of the left wing media. They are tired of being labeled Faux News by their peers. They did this to force us to leave so they could become one of many left wing propaganda news sites. They actually will take the hit in ratings to be accepted in the cool kids club. Just walk away and don’t look back. I hope the President ignores them and treats them like the rest of enemedia. They made a deliberate decision to alienate their viewers. We should return the favor and stop watching.

#13,
Did you mean One America News (OANN) on channel 616 (HD, Verizon Philly market).
I have been migrating to that channel more and more lately.
Not only is the reporting actually journalism, but the spots in between segments are actually refreshing and educational (not selling me gold or pillows, etc.).
Their website is available also (www.oann.com).
I called FNC on Monday, and actually got through after much persistence, and registered my disappointment with the Judge Pirro business and the hiring of DB as a "consultant".
I also let them know they are not scheduled on my DVR as regularly as even just a week ago.

Most of the Conservatives that secured Fox their ratings, had already seen the writing on the wall, and have shows on radio, cable or on-line. These hosts will make the jump, and their audience will follow, abandoning FNC.

After the highly suspicious events at Fox News these last few weeks, we can now assertion with confidence that Fox News will be propagating against President Trump in his re-election bid, instead of supporting him. The few good MAGA people left will face a hard choice, whether to remain on the sinking ship or not. Unless they´re going to be laid off, anyway.

With Fox News gone as the most important and credible alternative to the Enemies of the People (MSM), a whole new era presents itself...

I have whittled my Fox News viewing down to The Five and I only watch that show because I really enjoy Greg Gutfeld. I do watch The Greg Gutfeld show when I can, but enjoy his comments more so on The Five.

What with Juan Williams and the other Liberal idiots they have on the show, it shouldn´t be a terrible loss to forgo watching Fox News altogether now.

My cable company doesn´t carry OAN but if they did I´d stick to that station. The great thing is that nowadays we have so many more options rather than just TV stations. Paul Ryan spent decades working to get our budget under control. Into the White House walked the self-described "King of Debt."
Frankly, conservatives such as Ryan are no longer welcome in a party in which adoration of a populist demagogue is a requirement.
His addition to the board of Fox is a good one. Perhaps, one day, the GOP will welcome conservative thinking again and will no longer fear the voices of others who disagree.
In the meantime, let´s all join around the campfire and pretend that the man whose policies have increased our trade deficits is really reducing them.

Murdoch family launches a new Fox;
former House Speaker Paul Ryan joins company´s board

Rupert Murdoch’s 21st Century Fox has spun off various television assets — including the Fox News Channel and Fox broadcast network — to form a new company that will be known simply as Fox Corp. Democrat 2020 candidate Robert “Beto” O’Rourke warned from the campaign trail in South Carolina Friday night there may not be another year of America if the Mueller report is not made public. “Republicans and Democrats should do whatever they can to make sure their constituents, the American people, can read that report, form their own judgement, make their own decisions, and that the truth comes out,” O’Rourke said at a campaign stop in South Carolina Friday. O’Rourke warned that America may not see another year if details of Russian interference in the 2016 election included in the Mueller report are

Rep. Ilhan Omar, the Minnesota Democrat dogged by allegations of anti-Semitism, told Muslims in a speech Saturday to “raise hell” and “make people uncomfortable” in defense of their rights. As hundreds of pro-Israel protesters rallied outside, Ms. Omar said U.S. Muslims should confront discrimination in her keynote speech at a fundraiser hosted by the Council on American-Islamic Relations of Greater Los Angeles in Woodland Hills, California. “So, to me, I say raise hell. Make people uncomfortable,” Ms. Omar said as the crowd cheered. “Because here’s the truth, here’s the truth: Far too long we have lived with the discomfort

NEW YORK — Democratic presidential candidate Kirsten Gillibrand on Sunday called President Donald Trump a "coward" who "punches down" and says that he is "tearing apart the moral fabric of our country." Gillibrand also urged the full release of special counsel Robert Mueller´s report in the Russia investigation, stressing that "nobody in this country, not even the president, is above the law, or immune from accountability." Attorney General William Barr was expected to release a summary of principal conclusions as soon as Sunday, but Democrats want to see the full details. Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah), who is emerging as a pragmatic leader among Senate Republicans, is at the center of private discussions among GOP senators about crafting a legislative response to climate change. Senate Democratic Leader Charles Schumer (N.Y.) has tried to put the focus on Senate Republicans for not having a plan to combat global warming, which has been linked to erratic weather events costing American communities billions of dollars in damages

CNN’s Carl Bernstein defended the media on Sunday against criticism of its coverage of President Donald Trump and the Russia probe, saying that the press “has done one of the greatest reporting jobs” in the history of presidential coverage. “Look, let’s look at where the disinformation and mistakes and lying have come from. It hasn’t come from the press. It’s come from the President of the United States and those around him,” Bernstein said on CNN’s “Reliable Sources,” hosted by Brian Stelter. Stelter used the opening of his show to defend major news outlets against allegations from conservatives that the

Former CIA chief John O. Brennan now says his months of attacks on President Trump may have been based on “bad information.” One of the president’s harshest critics had a muted tone on Monday as he discussed special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia report on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” No evidence was found to support the claim that Mr. Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign “conspired or coordinated” with Russia. “Well, I don’t know if I received bad information but I think I suspected there was more than there actually was,” Mr. Brennan told host Joe Scarborough.

Attorney General William Barr on Sunday released the "principal conclusions" of Special Counsel Robert Mueller´s completed Russia probe in a bombshell four-page letter to Capitol Hill lawmakers, which stated definitively that Mueller did not establish evidence that President Trump´s team or any associates of the Trump campaign had conspired with Russia -- "despite multiple offers from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign." Mueller´s team specifically looked into two Russian efforts to interfere with the 2016 election -- first, the work by a Russian organization, the Internet Research Agency (IRA), to "conduct disinformation and social media operations"

Is this really from today, not from the campaign trail in Texas last year? I can’t believe any Democrat would have the stones to double down on collusion the morning after we find out that not only won’t Trump be indicted for conspiring with Russia, none of his inner circle will either.(tweet)Yes, right, we haven’t seen the report yet and so it’s possible that Mueller believes Trump conspired with Russia but declined to indict him due to the DOJ policy that prevents sitting presidents from being formally charged.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler confirmed Sunday that Congress will continue to investigate President Donald Trump regardless of the conclusions reached by special counsel Robert Mueller. “We know there was collusion,” Nadler insisted several times during an appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union” with guest host Dana Bash. “Why there’s been no indictments, we don’t know.” Nadler listed the Trump Tower meeting — which has been the subject of numerous false reports — and the way Trump “pressured the FBI to go easy, to stop investigating Flynn,” and Trump firing Comey as evidence of the alleged “collusion.”Bash pointed out

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., vowed to take the fight over getting special counsel Robert Mueller’s full report released to the public all the way to the Supreme Court. In an appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday, Nadler said House Democrats are poised to issue subpoenas and would “absolutely” take the matter to the high court if necessary. “We´ll try to negotiate. We´ll try everything else first, but if we have to, yes, we will certainly issue subpoenas to get that information,” Nadler said. When asked how long he would give the Justice Department

The San Antonio City Council has rejected the inclusion of Chick-fil-A from the new Food, Beverage and Retail Prime Concession Agreement for the San Antonio International Airport. The city has banned the chicken chain from setting up shop in the airport due to the company’s alleged ‘legacy of anti-LGBTQ behavior.’ In a statement, a rep for Chick-fil-A said they would ‘still welcome the opportunity to have a thoughtful dialogue with the city council.’ Wayfarers passing through San Antonio International Airport will be out of luck if they’re craving Chick-fil-A’s crispy chicken or waffle fries, as the city council has banned

Now that special counsel Robert Mueller has completed his investigation, it is tempting to breathe a sigh of relief and assume that our long national nightmare is over. Resist the temptation, the assumption is false. We are not close to the end. Not by a long shot. In fact, I believe the last two years, as traumatic as they were, will prove to be the easier part of the nightmare, because Mueller dealt only with whether Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign conspired with Russia to swing the election. Based on what we know so far, especially that no more indictments are coming,
