Rep. Devin Nunes sues Twitter for $250 million in damages for censoring conservatives– A 2018 study by the leftist website VICE News found that Twitter is censoring top pro-Trump lawmakers. Twitter is targeting pro-Trump Republican lawmakers Matt Gaetz, Devin Nunes, Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan and John Ratcliffe with the same shadowbanning technique. Twitter is also censoring prominent pro-Trump accounts including: Mike Cernovich, Jack Posobiec, Paul Joseph Watson, TGP’s Jim Hoft, TGP’s Cassandra Fairbanks, former TGP writer Lucian Wintrich, TGP’s Cristina Laila and Laura Loomer. Laura Loomer has since been eliminated from Twitter.

It would be great if this forced them to treat all users the same, stop their fascist anti-conservative censorship.

They are either a "platform" or a "publisher" of content.

If they are a platform, and wish to remain immune from the lawsuits of those who are offended by posts on the platform, then they can´t censor anyone.

If they wish to censor anyone (such as conservatives) then they are publishers. Legally, content publishers can choose what to publish and what to block.

However, if they wish to be publishers, then they open themselves up to lawsuits by ones who have a beef with them.

Social media companies can have either one or the other, but not both (they pushed to be platforms to avoid liability). This means that their arguments for censorship are invalid.

I don´t understand twitter and don´t care to. I also don´t use fascistbook. I do sadly use google. But I am mad as heck that they can do this to Conservatives. It is bad enough that 98% of the media is lib and biased against Conservatives, and schools and colleges are war zones for Conservatives. So I hope Nunes get something good out of this.
