´Half my family´s from Jamaica!´
Presidential candidate Kamala Harris
looks to shatter 2020´s grass ceiling
as says she smoked marijuana in college
and wants it legalized

Democratic Sen. Kamala Harris, who launched her presidential campaign last month, said Monday morning that she smoked marijuana in college, wants it legalized and remembers what it felt like to be high. ´I have. And I inhaled. I did inhale. It was a long time ago, but yes. I just broke news!´ Harris said through a cascade of laughter on New York City´s hip-hop radio program ´The Breakfast Club.´ ´You know, I joke about it–half joke–but half my family´s from Jamaica! Are you kidding me? ´It was a joint,´ Harris recalled, saying that she remember what it felt like

Kamala used adultery to scale the political ladder, so that should be in the mix. Maybe post-birth abortions too? Truly a race to the bottom with this crowd. Also, isn´t marijuana very much illegal in Jamaica, despite being in wide use? Important, seeing how the USA is expected to adjust its culture and laws to those of the Third World.

Everyone should read this latest article by Alex Berenson in the latest issue of Imprimis (Hillsdale College) magazine. It was a frightening eye-opener on this subject.

I just finished a 27 minute podcast about legal marijuana. The increases in homicides, violence and schizophrenia can not be debated. Dope has been illegal for good reasons.

I had an incapacitating attack of neuropathy in November. It still has not resolved 90 days later.

I cannot take gabapentin nor lyrica the only two drugs for it. My doctor will only prescribe a minimal dose of Cymbalta, a drug known to benefit it. I cannot take NSAIDS as minimal doses throw me into renal failure.

But, I can take marijuana edibles and get relief. So, yes, I think it should be legal.

Hey, man. Kamala will let you smoke weed during your day of birth abortion. How cool is that? And, if you don’t want to pay for the hideous procedure and/or the grass, the Feds will.

Free abortions, free grass, college loan forgiveness, free college, free housing, free college, free entry into the US and so much more just by voting for Democrats. What a way to destroy what remains of America.

I am against legalization but it seems more people want it legalized. We don´t need any more impaired drivers on the road. We have enough of a problem with alcohol and distracted driving due to texting.

My understanding medial marijuana does not make one high.

Hey toots got bad news for ya, we already electer Mr. Choom Gang so you are a little late to that party.

As for how I feel about legal weed, I can´t say that I have a sufficient personal database.

In general I find no place in the constitutional USA for a law to protect me from myself.

Frankly I don´t care why someone did me harm. If you swerve into my lane and dent my fender it makes no difference to me if you are drunk, stoned or impaired in a more honorable manner. People who harm others need a disincentive to continue, regardless of what´s going on in their lives that inflicts harm on others.

At some point they have proven that they need to be forcibly prevented from inflicting harm on society. I don´t give a rip about factoring in hate, you hit me you hit me.

The urge to unravel the why leeds to social engineering and no government should be trusted with that power.

I had shingles in September, and the nerve pain since has been nearly incapacitating. Gabapentin seems to do nothing for me, and my cardiologist won´t let me take Lyrica (he took one look at all the side effects and said "are they trying to kill you?").

One thing that does help is cannabinol ointment, with a small percentage of THC.

I´ll bet Harris is still smoking pot. Like B.J. Clinton, who said he tried it once and didn´t inhale, the circles these people run in probably use a lot of drugs.

#5, I believe marijuana use in Jamaica is legal. I remember William F. Buckley, Jr., saying he smoked it when he visited Jamaica.

As far as Kamala goes, I say we should ship her back to her black family.
(I´m trying to come up with a song parody on Kamala - nothing yet, but stay tuned. I´ve got a heck of a good one on Mazie Hirano, which I will post soon. It does require you people to be familiar with the work of George M. Cohan, and his wonderful song, Mary. So your assignment between now and my posting is to go to youtube and listen to Mary.)

#8, your last statement as to "your understanding" is false.

And today´s marijuana is something like 30 times as potent as the typical dope in the 70s, and around 10 times as potent as it was even 10-15 years ago.

Dangerous stuff, uncontrolled dosages, strong correlation with irreversible mental illness.

What´s not to like? /s off

Stupid to legalize it. The "medical" claim is 98% BS, too.

I read the Imprimus article and it mainly dwelled on the effects of cannabis on the weakminded, the mentally deficient, the schizophrenic in society and how cannabis agitated their already impaired judgement.

What I never see mentioned is the 5 hour energy drinks that are being pushed as being better than a good night sleep. Now there is something that will get a schizoid torqued up. Couple energy shots, maybe a 40 or 2 and toke some weed and you do have a raving maniac. The weed was the most benevolent of the self medicating substances but Imprimus puts all the blame on cannabis. Just not so.

Ask the user who is dealing with the nausea from chemo or debilitating arthritis if they use cannabis for the buzz? It´s just a weed. No processing necessary, just let it dry. If you can raise tobacco you´ll be a pro. Genesis 1:29 is God´s take on it.

Is Kamala Harris stereotyping the people black people as pot smokers? Isn´t she being RACIST suggesting that Jamacian´s all smoke pot? She may think she is being smart and cute bringing this up before it can be an issue in the election, but her "I´m miss cool hip hop black woman" will alienate her from a lot more people than will be drawn to her. Of course, she will say that they are just RACIST HATERS.

In the grand scheme of what is important to voters in this country (border security, voter fraud, tax reform, etc), I´m guessing that marijuana legalization is nowhere close to the top 20.

In fact, it´s not even shocking anymore when someone says they smoked it (though I am proud to say that I NEVER did)!!!!!

This just screams to me about how out of touch she is with the real people of this country!!!!!

Besides, if she really wants to legalize it, she is a Senator right now. Now is the time for her to try to put legislation out there to make it legal. It won´t go anywhere (since most members of Congress know it´s not a good idea), but she can show us just how serious she is on this issue, and how important she really thinks it is!!!!

I have mixed feelings on pot. I can see medical marijuana in capsules. But I don´t want to drive on the highway with a stoner or alcoholic or work with them. And BTW my SIL a life long pot smoker, died an ugly death 18 months ago from COPD. He didn´t smoke cigarettes.

Still do not understand how smoking is really bad but smoking pot is a good thing.

#19- Yes, God gave man “...every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.” (Genesis 1:29). However, Scripture also speaks directly to the moral question of drug usage. St. Paul provided a sample list of “acts of the sinful nature” that included such things as “drunkenness, orgies, and the like.” (Galatians 5:19-21) In plain words, common to all the items listed is self-indulgence—pursuit of pleasure, euphoria, happiness through acts serving fleshly desires. Individuals succumbing to such lifestyles ruled by such acts endanger their spiritual welfare and “...through impenitence jeopardize their inheritance in the kingdom of God.” Be mindful that in the list of the “fruit of the spirit” in the verses that follow is the quality of self-control. The “use of drugs falls into the category of self-indulgence, which is the characteristic of all ‘acts of the flesh.’”

Not everything legal is morally permissible—because abortion is legal does not mean it is morally permissible in God’s eyes. There is a difference between real “medical marijuana” usage and “self-indulgence” for pleasure—alleviating pain versus purposeful drug-induced euphoric highs.

Archaeologists have discovered the long-lost prehistoric tools employed to quarry the original standing stones used in the construction of the earliest stone-built phase of Stonehenge. Excavations in an ancient quarry in southwest Wales have so far yielded 15 sandstone wedges used to break off large numbers of natural stone columns from the quarry’s bedrock. They have also discovered V-shaped slots in two columns that had been earmarked for use—but never removed. (Snip) All the tools appear to have been made elsewhere from stones that could not have been found in or around the quarry itself.

One of the assailants tied a rope around his neck and poured an unknown chemical substance on him, Smollett claimed at the time. Now for the charming topics of Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, Ed Markey, and the so-called “Green New Deal.” If ever there was a multi-pronged way to snatch Depression from the Jaws of prosperity, Ms. Ocasio-Cortez seems to have hit upon it. Ms. AOC has discovered that the planet is warming to an alarming degree. Never mind that she is in no sense a scientist. Never mind that many climatologists say that climate change is a hoax — and many say it’s not a hoax at all. Never mind that there are many different possible causes of climate change and that human activity

Conservative CNN host S.E. Cupp took aim at Republican lawmakers in the opening of her Saturday evening television show, slamming them for apparently abandoning their traditional “principles” in support of President Donald Trump’s national emergency declaration regarding the United States’ border with Mexico. “Knock, knock Republicans, anybody home?” Cupp, who identifies as a Republican but has been a staunch critic of Trump, said. “Any Republicans in Washington have a problem with this? Remember conservatism? Limited government? You know, your principles?” she asked in frustration.

Failed Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton warned of “real national emergencies” that included “Americans dying for lack of health care,” despite Obamacare remaining in place. Clinton posted a message Monday appearing to take aim at President Donald Trump’s declaration of a national emergency at the U.S. southern border. She offered four alternative “real national emergencies.” The real national emergencies: – Relentless gun violence. – Children separated from their families at the border. – Climate change. – Americans dying for lack of health care. Clinton identified “real national emergencies” as: – Relentless gun violence

A lot of Americans are justifiably angry that disgraced FBI official Andrew McCabe is doing a book tour rather than a stretch in some federal penitentiary. He has committed perjury on multiple occasions, participated in an attempt to alter the outcome of a national election, and colluded with other rogue bureaucrats to remove a duly elected president from power. But there is a bright and shiny silver lining to this dingy cloud of deep state skullduggery: Donald Trump still resides in the White House while Hillary Clinton stumbles around her Chappaqua mansion in a muumuu hugging a fifth of Glenfiddich.

CBS journalist Lara Logan on Friday unleashed a blistering, uncensored attack on the extreme liberal bias polluting America´s news outlets. Logan derided the “horses**t” “propagandist” press that had no interest in fairness. Appearing on Mike Drop, the podcast of former Navy SEAL Mike Ritland, the foreign affairs correspondent and occasional 60 Minutes reporter berated slanted coverage in a way rarely seen by those in the mainstream press: “We’ve become political activists in a sense. And some could argue, propagandists, right?”

The “we reported the Jussie Smollett case responsibly” contention has been blasted to smithereens. Twitter accounts and headlines in the Washington Post, the New York Times, and the Los Angeles Times reported as fact Jussie Smollett’s wildly implausible allegations, and many other journalists did so as well, not to mention the innumerable activists and celebrities who piled on. So, a question for all of the above. Why did you believe Jussie Smollett? Let’s try to catalogue the red flags. Had you ever heard of Jussie Smollett before the alleged January 29 attack? Do you think it likely

For Sens. Kamala D. Harris and Cory A. Booker, Democratic presidential candidates who were promoting an anti-lynching bill, the “attack” on actor Jussie Smollett in Chicago looked like a horrible yet opportune talking point. Instead, the apparent hoax is turning out to be a warning to 2020 Democratic candidates about singling out people for martyrdom, including the woman who accused Supreme Court Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh of sexual assault and the drum-banging American Indian who confronted Catholic high school students on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. In the rush to speak too soon about the Smollett
