Obama-appointed judge rules against Rick Scott’s
suspension of Florida’s ‘serial election rigger’
Brenda Snipes

BizPac Review, by Vivek Saxena

Original Article

Posted By:ladydawgfan, 1/11/2019 12:26:27 PM

Thanks to a ruling Wednesday by a federal judge appointed to his post nine years ago by President Barack Hussein Obama, disgraced former Broward County supervisor of elections Brenda Snipes may soon be back at her job muddling up more elections. U.S. District Judge Mark Walker specifically ruled that newly inaugurated Gov. Ron DeSantis must offer Snipes a “meaningful opportunity to be heard” regarding her suspension. Late last year then-Gov. Rick Scott suspended her for “multiple violations of Florida law, incompetence and neglect of duty.” He announced the suspension roughly two weeks after she submitted her resignation.

Comments:
So if I´m ever fired from a job for being incompetent and dishonest, I can sue "to be heard??"

She resigned! Something this dumber than a wooden plank judge does not understand??? Of course we need to see stupidity on parade again. Snipes not only was derelict in her duties but she is highly incompetent! What is it with Dem dames that they are always loud, vulgar, can barely articulate a sentence yet hold ´offices´ they should never be in! Hitlery, Maxine, Pelosi, Waters, Ocasio whatever her name is are just a few that come to mind!

I would love to hear her excuses why she is so darn incompetent and stupid.

Gov. Ron DeSantis should have the state Attorney General at the ready with charges already filed for each of the violations listed in the article.

The instant Brenda Snipes steps up to present her reasons to keep her job, cuff her and take her to a different courtroom judge.

Think about this for a minute: this woman was set to receive a yearly pension of $71,000. She is so inept and should have been terminated years ago.

This is what Affirmative Action gets people. Not only job preference, but pensions. The rest of us have to put money in 401k´s or other pension plans.

President Donald Trump’s nominee for Attorney General, Bill Barr, said on Tuesday that he would not sacrifice the powers of the Attorney General’s office simply to secure his confirmation. Barr’s comments came after Democratic Sen. Mazie Hirono began questioning him about acting AG Matthew Whitaker during his confirmation hearing on Capitol Hill. Hirono asked why Barr wasn’t willing to emulate outgoing AG Jeff Sessions and recuse himself from the Mueller investigation. “These are not normal times. This is not 27 years ago. The five-time-deported criminal alien convicted two years ago for being in illegal possession of a firearm — the same firearm that killed San Francisco resident Kate Steinle — has filed an appeal. According to attorney Cliff Gardner, his client José Inez García Zárate’s three year sentence should be overturned because the “momentary possession” of a firearm is not a crime. Zárate has long maintained that the events that transpired on July 1, 2015, and that led to Steinle’s tragic death, were part of an unintentional accident for which he deserves no punishment.

Technically, Elizabeth Warren is “exploring” whether to run for president. For all intents and purposes, she’s running. Now, she’s been joined by Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii and former HUD Secretary Julian Castro. Gabbard announced her candidacy yesterday; Castro entered the race today. Gabbard is a bit unorthodox for a Democrat. Her American Conservative Union ratings usually flirt with double digits, which is unusual for a congressional Dem. Her Hawaii colleagues Mazie Hirono and Brian Schatz struggle to exceed zero. Conservative Review once gave Gabbard a rating of 20 percent, the same number it gave Lisa Murkowski.

The president is asking for $5.7 billion for the wall and other security measures. That is around $17.50 for the 325 million people who live in America, or around 5 cents per day. Think of all the government fees and taxes that cost way over 5 cents per day that will not save tens of billions of dollars in government expenditures each year because of reduced costs generated by illegal aliens. More than 72,000 people died from drug overdoses in the United States in 2017, and a significant amount of those drugs came through the southern border.

President Trump´s threat to halt California supplemental disaster funding for wildfire and floods unless "they get their act together" could cost the state $10 billion. Floods from a cyclical wet weather year could be more financially devastating to California than the $27 billion in losses from two years of record-sized wildfires that burned three million acres. California continually slashed necessary infrastructure spending over the last decade in order to achieve constitutionally mandated balanced budgets. The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) awarded California the booby prize for the worst state in the nation for its $65-billion infrastructure deficit
