Incoming Democrat Chairman:
Dems Will Go ‘All-In’ On Russia,
Impeach Kavanaugh For ‘Perjury’

The Federalist, by Mollie Hemingway

Original Article

Posted By:earlybird, 11/8/2018 10:19:50 PM

Judiciary Committee ranking member Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., revealed plans for House Democrats to investigate and impeach Justice Brett Kavanaugh for alleged perjury and investigate and impeach President Donald Trump for alleged treasonous collusion with Russia. In post-election chats with various callers while riding the Acela train from New York to Washington, Nadler gave advice to a newly elected representative and discussed potential 2020 Democratic presidential nominees with another. He also lamented identity politics and the thriving economy and worried about Democrats losing working-class voters while gaining elite former Republicans and suburban women.

This is rich!!!! They won’t need any leakers. Just put Jerry-baby on the Acela commuter train with his iPhone. Mr. Big Shot...

When Republcans controlled the House, and supposedly the DOJ, the public got not a single document, certainly none that were not smudged out. Let´s see if the Republicans allow any documents, when really there aren´t any--but the Democrats are great fabricators, so we will see.

I read that a Justice can only be impeached for actions taken as a Justice.

Any/Every thing he said in the hearing was evaluated by the Senators when they voted, and can´t be brought up again.

Is this true?? It kinda puts an end to impeachment.

Does that rule also apply to the President, so his former tax returns can´t be used against him?? Which is ridiculous on its ´face´...Trump has been audited every year for decades, what do they think they can find that the auditors missed??

They hate President Trump because he is the first one who might upset their game and expose them for the criminals they are. Pour over this pig´s life. Every gift, home improvement, partnership, stock trade, and especially campaign money. Where did it go and what favors did he give out to get it. From the looks of it the Democrats probably should be worrying about who President Trump may nominate to replace Justice Ginsburg, instead of crying over spilled milk, as that issue is sure to blow the liberal’s heads completely off!

Democrats like Nadler by trying to impeach Justice Kavanaugh are effectively telling the US Senate that they did not know what they were doing when they confirmed Kavanaugh, in accordance with the Senate’s Constitutional perogrative, a matter that is outside the preview of the House of Representatives.

Chances are the Democrats are going to overreach investigating President Trump and beclown themselves during the run up to the 2020 election, resulting in Trump being re-elected, and the Democrats again loosing control of the House of Representatives as they just can’t help themselves.

You know, I would not be so worried if I knew that our elected Republicans had the President’s back, but I am not convinced they do. Getting them to present a united front is almost impossible. Even after everything that has been exposed about the democrat party, some still are hiding under their desks. It is disheartening and frankly, impossible to understand. We are facing a crisis like none other in our history. The democrat party has declared war against our Constitution and rule of law. Nadler and his fellow democrats will stop at nothing to destroy the President and his agenda, and frankly, I just don’t believe we have enough warriors to take the field of battle. We did not ask for this but we have been given a gift in this President. He is willing to fight but unfortunately is lacking an army. God help us if we surrender to these godless anti-American facsists. Do not be fooled. Nadler is the poster boy for their strategy.

I would not bet against Mr. Trump when it comes to Dem plans for investigation of him or Kavanaugh. The Dems may rue the day they start down that path. They may find out how tough Mr. Trump can be -- within the law -- and they may not like it.

The special counsel has investigated Trump with regard to Russia for two years already, and the FBI (as the Dems demanded) has investigated Kavanaugh ad infinitum. AND, his accusers have confessed (with the exception of Blasey-Ford) that they lied. She changed her testimony multiple times and likely perjured herself. There´s nothing more to be done on either of these. They´re going to need to dig new dirt, and I have no doubt that they will. They have no interest in working for the good of the American people who elected them. They´re only interested in wrecking Trump. Pathetic.

If you wait long enough, the Lawfare actors brazenly expose their intents. Cue the example today as former SDNY U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara showcases the ideology behind the DOJ and FBI weaponizing their offices based on political policy differences. It has been outlined that President Trump would prefer to withdraw the U.S. from NATO. Trump’s view stems from NATO allies (Germany) engaging with NATO adversaries (Russia) with strategic energy policy (gas pipeline) to benefit Russia; while simultaneously demanding the U.S. taxpayer fund the defense of Germany (and EU) from Russia.

A family dubbed Britain’s "first transgender family" has announced that they are encouraging the gender transition of their five-year-old son, Jayden. According to the family, Jayden, a biological male, likes dresses and hates "everything about being a boy." The little boy´s "step-dad," Greg Rogers, is a 27-year-old biological female who now identifies as a male. The child’s mother is a 21-year-old woman named Jody. Both Jodi and Greg are furious that concerned citizens (referred to as “trolls” by many U.K.-based outlets) have reported them to social services for apparent child abuse. The couple, however, maintain Jayden — who is on

It’s tough to tell. Does this make the shutdown a bug … or a feature? Nancy Pelosi has asked Donald Trump to put off his State of the Union speech to the joint session of Congress until after the funding issues have been resolved: (Copy of Letter/Tweet) And with that, the new Speaker of the House just made the best case possible for a perpetual shutdown. Kidding! What I meant to say was that Nancy Pelosi has finally sounded a note of wisdom, at least in her reminder that presidents used to just deliver a report in writing to Congress.

For the last 35 years, the snowpack in the West’s mountains has resisted the impacts of global warming. But that could soon change, according to a new study out of Oregon State University. The study, published in the journal Geophysical Research Letters, found that although climate change should have caused a steep decrease in snowpack, naturally occurring, decades-long weather variations shielded the Cascades, Sierras and Rockies from some of the effects. Although snow stations have recorded some decline, it hasn’t been statistically significant. But according to the study, without this natural weather variation, snowpack in Oregon could have declined

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) announced on Tuesday that she will form a 2020 presidential exploratory committee, a precursor to officially seeking the Democratic nomination. “I’m filing an exploratory committee for the president of the United States tonight," she said during a taped interview on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. (Snip) Gillibrand mentioned health care, better public schools, taking on institutional racism, and "corruption and greed in Washington" as motivators and goals for her run, noting that her progressive goals cannot be accomplished without confronting those impediments. "I know that I have the compassion, courage, and the fearless determination

Former Rep. Beto O’Rourke recently questioned the modern-day relevance of the U.S. Constitution and whether the country should still be governed by “the same principles that were set down 230-plus years ago.” “I think that’s the question of the moment: Does this still work?” Mr. O’Rourke asked during a taped conversation with two friends, which he aired to thousands in response to President Trump’s Oval Office address to the American people about the border wall, The Washington Post reported Tuesday. “Can an empire like ours with military presence in over 170 countries around the globe, with trading relationships

Attorney General nominee William Barr said he told President Trump that Robert Mueller is a “straight shooter” when the president once quizzed him about the special counsel’s integrity. Barr, testifying at a Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing on Tuesday, said he talked to Trump about joining the president’s defense team last summer. “He said, ‘Oh you know Bob Mueller, how well do you know Bob Mueller?´” Barr told the panel. He replied that the Barrs and the Muellers were good friends and would remain so even after the investigation was completed. “And he was interested in that, wanted to know
